CLASSIC HONOR is an avenue to bestow such recognition upon fellow homies.

THIS IS NOT A CONTEST NOR WILL ANY TYPE OF "AWARDS" BE GIVEN
That's right. No neopoints or items.

And no shiny NEOHOME SPOTLIGHT TROPHY.


Each month a panel of three volunteers, selected at random, will view CLASSIC works of art. The panel will not submit their own rooms for consideration of the particular area being viewed. The "area" could range from an entire room such kitchens to more detailed feats such as tiling, best use of the blechy squeeze toy, etc. Rooms/gardens entered must be still in exsistence, screenies will not be accepted. The area viewed will also be selected at random. A CLASSIC HONOR thread will be created on the Neohome Board to announce the area being viewed. CLASSIC rooms wanting to be considered for the area are to be NEOMAILED to flashash10 (coordinator). It would also be helpful if you could provide the specific coordinates of the room entry. The submittal of rooms for consideration will be time limited to one week. Once the deadline is over, all entries will be posted on the CLASSIC HONOR thread for everyone to enjoy. The panel will view the CLASSIC rooms and select the one they deem most deserving of the CLASSIC HONOR. An Honorable Mention will also be selected. After the selection is made the CLASSIC HONOREE's room will be posted on this CLASSIC HONOR page.

The holidays are always special around my home and my CLASSIC home is not exception! Rooms get decorated up for the special occasions and who knows what characters may show up! So why not spread holiday cheer with my fellow CLASSIC homies! While this double event is for DECEMBER, I wanted to give everyone time to participate if they so choose ... so you should have time to spiffy up an existing room or build one from scratch!

THIS EVENT WILL NOT HAVE AN ANONYMOUS PANEL AS EACH OF YOU WILL BE THE PANEL AND MAKE THE CLASSIC HONOREE AND HONORABLE MENTION SELECTIONS FOR EACH OF THE AREAS!

Two categories will be considered. The first will the HOLIDAY ROOM ... entries must be decorated for the holidays. While entries must be an actual ROOM, they may be either inside or outside areas or a combination! The second area will be HOLIDAY CHARACTER. Entries must include a holiday character(s). Again, the character(s) must be an actual room.
You may submit your own work or, if you like, you may submit the work of another CLASSIC homie. HOWEVER, if you submit the work of someone else, I will have to obtain their permission! PLEASE check the person's user lookup to see if they are on the site regularly BEFORE submitting! If the person has not been on site for months, it's unlikely I'll be able to obtain their permission.
So let's get into that HOLIDAY SPIRIT!!!!
