Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Daggre's font page. Hopefully by the time you've read through you'll be a font expert! Please note this is NOT a premade/customs font page. This page is designed so you can learn how to make your own fonts for the neoboards. As the old Chinese proverb goes
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime
Anyway. I hope this guide helps, if you have any concerns or want to feedback on my page you can do so via the 'contact me' link on the left =)!
Please note although I have mainly used colours such as 'red' you can use hex codes, an excellent chart is here Enjoy!getting started
If you go to boards-preferences or alternatively click here . then you will find something like the below.

Ignore the rest of the page for now. We are focusing on the box saying enter your neoHTML here This is where you can make your font more exciting!
First of all here is a list of the very basic tags you can use
neoHTML- Makes your font bold
neoHTML- Makes your font italic
neoHTML- Makes your font underline

There I made my font bold AND italic, using both tags. Note how neoHTML goes in between the tags. If it doesn't the font won't work.
Please note although I have mainly used colours such as 'red' you can use hex codes, an excellent chart is here Enjoy!Colour, size and style
Here is a list of the more interesting tags
[fontc=COLOUR]neoHTML- This changes your font colour, you can replace COLOUR with any colour you like.
[fonts=SIZE]neoHTML- This changes your font size. You can chose any size from 1 (small) to 4 (large).
[fontf=FONT NAME HERE]neoHTML- This changes your font face.
Here is a list of fonts which work on all browsers-the ones in bold I advise against using:
papyrus
chiller
impact
cursive
garamond
verdana
modern
fantasy
roman
terminal
georgia
You can also combine the face, colour and size into one tag:
^^ There I made a size 2, red cursive font.
Please note, you cannot make your font white, this is against the rules and the #ffffff code doesn't work anyway. However you can put it too use in the siggys section.
This section is very brief.
There is only one position tag which you can use on your neoHTML and that is center (note you must use that spelling). This is a very simple tag to apply. Here it is
neoHTML
That's all. Congratulations, you've learnt how to make your own font.
Take out bits you don't want, and keep the bits you do. Next stop, siggys!Positioning

Now you've grasped font making, why not see what you can come up with? Here's a base which you can mess around with:
