Lorusa the Faerie Lutari.

An accident. That is what Lorusa is, though it was definitely a lucky accident! As many Lutaris were born on Lutari Day (19th day of Eating, Y14) the Faeries of Neopia celebrated too. They feasted, danced and played countless games, as the births of so many Lutaris are rare and special.

Two faeries, one air and one water, attempted to create a Lutari of their own. They were jealous of the Neopian pet owners and were not satisfied merely watching them from a distance, finding great injustice in this.

It should be no surprise to find out that didn't work out too well though! With their magics combined a beautiful Faerie Lutari was born in the heart of the Healing Springs. She grew with the aid of their powers and awoke soon after, bathing in the sparkling bubble of air and water.

The two faeries were overjoyed and wished to hold their new pet close, but they found themselves unable to penetrate the bubble at all. The more they tried, the blurrier the Faerie Lutari became until the rippling water hid her from view. The faeries cried and shouted and then the bubble disappeared. Along with the young Lutari.

We found Lorusa drifting on the gentle current of one of Faerieland's many rivers. We pulled her out and she awoke, showing us her startlingly bright pink eyes rather than the normal blue we expected.

She was taken into our home and became part of our family. She cannot speak, possibly a result of the unusual way she was born. The faeries visited us once they found out where Loru went, and although sad they are unable to care for her, they solved the mystery of Loru's strange appearance.

Uelai the Baby Aisha.

Excited, the small Aisha bounces where she stands. "Hi there! Have you come to say hi? Hi! I'm Uelai! Who are you? Where did you come from? Do you want to play tea-party with me?" She starts gathering some of her toys to show them off. "And this one, this is my favorite!" The Baby Aisha Plushie is shoved at you before she goes back to having tea with her Bree Doll.

Awwr! No matter how long I've had her or how much I look at her, every time I see her I just melt a little!

Uelai was found in Shenkuu after an unfortunate crash with the ship. She was all alone, crying between some bushes. Although it's uncertain where she came from, her parents likely were among the passengers of the ship. As nobody came forth to claim her after a few days, she was taken into my home and has been here ever since.

Although she was a baby when I got her, she was painted the color later on. She retains the mind of a five year old and enjoys dressing up in cute outfits for pretend plays. She entered the beauty contest twice, placing first in species on her first try, and third in species on her second! She's eager to enter more contests in the future.

Nisoh the Baby Mynci.

FerOc0us the Mutant Gnorbu.

Fero was a lucky pound catch. I say lucky because despite his appearance and the way he writes his name, I have never found a more loyal and unconditionally loving pet like him.

He was severely wounded and frightened when I first found him in his cage. His previous owner had not bothered to heal him and the other pets were picking on him for being smelly and drooling on himself. Some went as far as pushing and beating him, even though he didn't defend himself in the least. He is a little slow understanding the things around him and doesn't understand the concept of 'being mean'.

I took pity on the poor thing and tried to lure him out with some cookies. After some hesitating moments he crawled out of his corner and slobbered all over my hand to nibble at the treats. When they were all gone he set his cross-eyed gaze on me and rested his head on my shoulder and cuddled me, as if to say thank you.

Without even thinking about it I adopted him immediately and took him home. He's not the brightest bulb in the batch and insists his name is written as 'FerOc0us'. He doesn't hold his many stinky farts and tends to drool on the furniture, but one look at his loving, cross-eyed gaze and I know I can never let him go.

Lagiala the Rainbow Aisha.

Lagi is possibly the most vain Aisha in all of Neopia. She's pretty, colorful, elegant and kind and she sure as Meepits knows it! Aligned to the Earth Faeries, Lagi prefers spending her time outdoors and is rarely, if ever, home.

Her favorite place isn't very far from Faerieland. It's a bright, colorful meadow where gigantic flowers flourish under the influence of Faerie Magic. These flowers house various pets, petpets and faeries alike and offer a warm and dry place to sleep. It is within or on one of such flowers that Lagi is usually found lounging around.

When she entered her first Beauty Contest, Lagi placed second in species and has future plans to enter more contests.

Baleyan the Rainbow Gnorbu.

Petpet: Dro the Ukali

Generally withdrawn but incredibly helpful and kind. Baleyan was once a Cloud Gnorbu, offering her soft and fluffy wool for regular shavings so that it may be used to knit warm clothes for the poor and needy.

After she was painted rainbow she no longer had the wool to offer and instead chose to help out in the soup kitchen whenever she could. Occasionally she delivers medicine to the sick who are unable to go to the pharmacy on their own.

She doesn't speak much and can spend hours just listening to music or grooming her Ukali rather than mingling in the crowds.

Digisha the Purple Aisha.

It has been many years since Digi was last on the planet Neopia. She is still part of our family but unable to walk among us as a normal Neopet.

Several years ago, the Space Faerie chose and blessed a handful of pets to aid her in the day to day battles, fighting to protect all of Neopia. Digisha was blessed with the gift of telepathy and empathy, as well as the ability to survive in outer space. These gifts proved to be too strong however. The Neopian voices and feelings drove her mad and she fled into space.

We haven't seen her since, though sometimes we find letters magically appearing on our coffee table telling us she is doing well. We don't know the hardships she goes through out there, but we're confident she's doing more than we could ever imagine.

Digi entered the BC once and won second place in species before she left for outer space.

Dyite the Robot Kougra.

Kaananii the Striped Aisha.

The most gentle, clumsy and geeky Neopet to have ever joined this family. That's how I'd describe Kaana! When we first met her - no, we found her in a corner of the Neopin Library, hidden away in a pile of books and devouring reading materials more suited to someone twice or even triple her age.

Her mother was busy quite often, and rather than going to school where she would be bored out of her mind, she decided to self-study in the library. We read books together and discussed them in hushed whispers for several weeks. I came to love her as my own then already.

It wasn't much later we found out Kaana's mother was unable to take care of her anymore. As we grew close so quickly, I offered to take her into our home. Her mother agreed and adopted Kaana out to me.

Since then, Kaana has blossomed into a beautiful young Aisha. Although she's not particularly sad, she loves rainy days and walks in the rain. Thunder is her favorite part of a storm! She is quite clumsy though, in turn making her shy in most social situations. Sometimes she suffers from a little stutter when stressed or nervous.

Mutaen the Mutant Peophin.

Most call him an abomination. I disagree! On a visit to the Haunted Woods, it was Mutaen who rescued us from an unfortunate incident involving clowns and pies! If it wasn't for him, we probably wouldn't still be here.

After this incident we returned frequently to visit him, feeding him good food and grooming him when needed. Uelai is very taken with him and is the one who named him as well, unable to properly pronounce the word 'Mutant'. She insisted he became her big brother, and so we adopted him.

Mutaen doesn't speak very well. His beak-like mouth makes it very difficult to mimic our language, even though he understands us perfectly fine. He communicates mostly by body language and making noises. The rest of the family understands him well enough, but he doesn't come out into the Neopian population much because of it.

Yimmen the Christmas Gnorbu.

Ah yes, what family is complete without some seasonal joy? Yimmen loves winter and the celebration of Christmas even more so! Most of his time is spent up in Happy Valley, the Ice Caves or Terror Mountain together with Bulb.

He loves to just 'graze' in the snow (it's usually bark he's chewing away at, though he hardly eats it) and watch the chilly weather through sunshine and snow blizzards.

Where he is calm and collected, Bulb is a hyper little thing. It's not uncommon for her to make a scene while Yim just watches her. And while she may give him trouble from time to time, he'll do everything he can to protect his little petpet.

(He doesn't like me saying it, but he LOVES to play Santa during the holidays! He has a weak spot for Uelai's big, shiny eyes when he gives her presents dressed up as the jolly good man.)

Cirrusae the Cloud Gnorbu.
