Acaras Who Dwell In Darkness Dakota read this to me as a bedtime story once. It was the biggest mistake. I had nightmares for weeks. :(	Lupes I used to like Lupes, but I've been scared of them ever since one tried to eat my friend 0re0s.

Cybunny History

Cybunnies are LE (Limited Edition) pets, and were released July 10th, 2000. They have thick white fur which keeps them warm in extreme temperatures, as they live in the colder regions of Neopia. Being speedy and agile creatures, Cybunnies can disappear in the blink of an eye. They love nothing more than feasting with friends and frolicking in the sharp winter air. Because they are limited edition, Cybunnies are a rare find in Neopia. On special occasions, such as Cybunny Day, Cybunnies are made available to own, but if a user can't wait that long, other methods to get a Cybunny are the lab ray, or a Morphing Potion.

The Steps

In all, there are 4 ways in which to get a Baby pet, that I know of. These include, the Paint Brush, the FFQ, the Flask Of Fountain Water and the Morphing Potion. Some are less expensive and more effective than others, but all suggestions will be considered. Ultimately, it is up to you, guest, whether or not you want to use any of these methods at all.

The Paint Brush

The Baby Paint Brush is probably the easiest option with which to get a Baby pet. This is mainly because it isn't as expensive as many other Paint Brushes, and it is widely available (you can usually find a seller on the Trading / Auctions Boards). This Paint Brush sells for approximately 600,000np, though the price does vary. There are three places from which to buy a Baby Paint Brush: the Hidden Tower; the Auction House; the Trading Post.

The Hidden Tower

The Hidden Tower is located in Faerieland. In here, Baby Paint Brushes are sold for a firm 600,000np. No haggling, nothing. You must buy the Baby Paint Brush for the full amount. This is a definite way to ensure you get your Baby Paint Brush as quickly as you want it.

The Auctions

The Auctions are located in Neopia Central. This is a risky method, as you could easily be out-bid by another user on a Baby Paint Brush. Also, once you bid the amount of neopoints asked for, you cannot withdraw or cancel that bid. You must wait until the auction has closed before your neopoints are returned to you if you are out-bid. I personally, would not recommend this method, because it's lengthy and there is no set time for when the auction finishes.

The Trading Post

The Trading Post is the last method available. It's located on Mystery Island. Here, Neopets users offer neopoints and items on other users' items. Here, you will find lots and lots of Baby Paint Brushes being sold. The seller will most likely have posted the amount of neopoints they want for that items, so if you fulfil their wishlist, it is extremely likely that they will accept, unless they get a better offer.

The Fountain Faerie Quest

A Fountain Faerie Quest is the rarest of all Faerie Quests. She can ask for any item of any value and rarity. It's completely random and an FFQ is not guaranteed throughout the whole of your account life. You could have an account age of 6 years and still not have had an FFQ. If you bring her the item she asks for, she will reward you greatly. The next time you visit her Fountain in Faerieland, she will allow you to paint your pet almost any colour. This would be a great opportunity to paint your pet Baby. However, some people may think this as a waste of an FFQ and would rather paint their pets a rarer, more expensive colour, such as Maraquan or Plushie, but it is entirely your decision.
NOTE: Pets cannot be painted Royal or any of the lab colours, such as Ice, Sponge, Mutant, etc.

The Flask Of Rainbow Fountain Water

Using a Flask Of Rainbow Fountain Water on your pet, will turn your pet nearly any colour possible! These sell for around 800,000np on the Trading Post and the Auctions, but there is no guarantee that you will get the colour that you want, which in this case, is Baby. The possibilities are endless, but I know that I wouldn't want to spend 800K on a Flask, when I don't even know which colour it will paint my pet!

The Morphing Potion

Morphing Potions are the last method with which to get a Baby pet. For example, by using a Baby Korbat Morphing Potion on your pet, it will turn your pet into a Baby Korbat. Pretty simple, right? The only negative aspect of this method is that the Morphing Potions tend to cost a considerable amount more than the actual Paint Brushes.

As she slowly approached the dark forbidden underwater cave, Annoys twitched. She had never noticed fear before. Up until now, she had been immune to it. She barely knew what it was. She sniffed, swallowed and let out a deep, seemingly everlasting breath that made her body shake. Now she felt better. Bold and brave, Annoys ventured out into the unknown abyss of the cave. The crack of a tumbling rock was enough to send her into a panic. Who was she kidding? She was terrified. Her father had forbidden her from coming here. Especially after last time. But she was determined to face whatever was coming to her. She sharply darted to the slimy wall, eyes squeezed shut, her breaths shallow and irregular, her heart pumping in her chest, like a base drum, as she braved the tense atmosphere and swam cautiously into the never-ending darkness.


Her face was delicate, defined, pure, her fluffy mane hung around her head, sleek and smooth. Her eyes were incredibly beautiful - deep blue irises, with a glint of silver, as though she had a star twinkling in each pupil. Her smile was infectious, her laugh unique, her athleticism envied, her love desired. She radiated perfection, the stars above bowed down to her. The only thing more beautiful was her reflection. She was known as the Maiden Of The Deep. A beautiful, kind Uni, she was idolised by every creature in her hometown. She glided to the surface, the dazzling reflections dancing on her shoulders, enlightening her vibrant colours and striking contours. Her slender but strong tail propelled her further and further, helping her break free from her liquid chains of responsibility and order, as she sprung out of the shimmering, glimmering water, her head tilted back as she gazed longingly up to the vast eternal universe above - the sky. Little beads of water gripped her eyelashes, so she caught glimpses of rainbows whenever she opened her eyes. As she started to lose height, she placed her hooves together above her head. She pierced the water with scarcely a ripple. She sliced through the water and made for home. Approaching her underwater town, she let out a small sigh of relief. It wasn't the most perfect home, but it was hers. And that was all that mattered.
