Oh hi there, didn't see you.
You must be wondering what this whole page is about huh? Well I guess it's like a good bye note. One that no one really cares about, that I doubt anyone would read, and generally only I would care about it.
But you see.. I'm so hurt by what the neopets staff has done that I need to confess my sadness somewhere. Why not here? Maybe TNT may one day see it?
This is my story, and my battle with the TNT Support System.
The Bittersweet Smile
It all started in March of 2013. I was enjoying my time on Neopets, as usual, spending most of my time trading pets on the PC.
That day I decided to do something different than usual, buying and selling stuff in the auctions to make a little bit of money. I was bored. Who knew this was the start of it all. As it turns out, TNT had been stalking my account activity because I log into my account from multiple different places, a lot. I move every few months and have access to library laptops and computers, as well as my own personal laptop. It was only a matter of time before the staff took unnecessary action. You'll see what I mean.
One minute I was browsing the auctions, the next:
My first reaction was to laugh. I knew exactly why TNT thought my account was suspicious and I expected to have my account back by the end of the month.
I was dead wrong.
And so begins my ticket battle.
A few days went by with my ticket going unread. Then a week. Then a few weeks. Then a month.
I had still been advertising my frozen pets around because I thought I was going to get my account back soon.
A lot of people on the PC would tell me that I shouldn't do that, that I was wasting my time, that I was being dumb for expecting to get my account back soon. I refused to believe it, I mean I had done nothing wrong after all.
Eventually another week went by of nothing but negative comments on my frozen account and I started to grow doubtful that I would get my account back soon. I started asking around to see what the best ways of contacting the staff was, since my ticket had gone unnoticed for over a month.
I had learned of several different methods and I tried each of them. To fully explain each method would take too long, so you can see them here.
With all of these new methods at my disposal I was once again eager to get my account back! I even made a ticket guide to help other people with the same problem at /~Helping
But even these methods proved futile for me.

The truth hits
I had sent in around ten tickets for a few different issues, though all of them were attempts to get my account back. I had a problem though, I didn't know the email to my main account. I still don't.
I had a lot of proof in my tickets that the account was mine, but you see if you don't have the email, even irrefutable proof is worthless in the eyes of the support team.
After a few tickets were closed for different reasons, some were still unanswered, some a work in progress, I finally got a small glimmer of hope. The glimmer of hope I had been waiting now two months for.
A staff member, who is popular but I will not mention the name of, finally showed interest in my ticket. All of the info was solid and the staff member was about ready to give me my account back when I was asked for the original email and birthday of the account. I don't know either of them... A hacker could have known this information, but I didn't know.
Eventually I was finally told: Without the email there is no way to prove the account belongs to you, so even with my convincing argument he told me there is no way we can help you.
I sat back for a few minutes, unable to process the email that was sent to me. How could this be?
The staff froze my account because of a mistake and wont give it back, that was all I could say for ten minutes after reading that email. And that was it. That was all they could do.
Everything, my neopoints, my neopets, my neofriends. All of them were gone now. At first it was a matter of how long until I got my account back. Then suddenly the staff comes back with never.
I was so defeated. I'm still defeated.
There is nothing I can do now but send in another ticket and wait for the next staff member to tell me there's nothing they can do.
