Mutant Empire is – obviously – a mutant directory! Mutants can be loveable too, so I created this directory for the mutant-owners of Neopia to show off their fantastic freaks. It's a very humble directory so far, and will never be much more than a list of the mutants of Neopia...but who knows, maybe we'll expand someday!
