Most people are under the false impression it is pretty simple to become a royal pet. For some this may be the case, but for Torrie it was not. Here is her story of her journey to becoming the Royal girl she is now.

The sun shone through the windows of a vast castle, revealing in one of its rooms a very nervous Cybunny. For the tenth time, the Cybunny applied powder to her already bright pink cheeks. Her mother walked into the room, chuckling quietly at the makeup job that had been done.

Torrie, what did I tell you about over doing it? You will look amazing no matter how made up you are," She said gently, using a cloth to wipe away some excess powder.

I'm sorry, I'm just so nervous!!" Torrie responded, as it was her date to meet with the Brightvallian council to be evaluated. This meant that today they were going to see if she was royal material.

You do not have to worry darling, of course you will be accept---" Her sentence was cut off by the chiming of the grandfather clock in the room, it was time to leave. Torrie gave a gasp of surprise and began to head for the door, only to be stopped by a paw tapping on her shoulder. She turned to see her little brother Jason, looking up at her from his emerald eyes.

Yes what is it Jason? I have got to go!"

I just wanted to say good luck." He responded quietly. Torrie smiled and gave him a hug.

Thank you hun, I won't let you down!" And with that she bolted out the door, not wanting to be late.

Poise, ingenuity, good judgment, cleanline—ARGH!" She cried, stumbling over a ditch. She got up and dusted herself off, making sure she didn't have any remaining dirt on her. After a triple check to confirm she didn't she continued through the winding street to Brightvale's main square, where she would meet the judges and be led to the place her interview would take place. She finally arrived to the square, where she saw three regal looking neopets. Guessing they were the judges, she made her way over to them.

Directing her attention to the Skieth that seemed to be in charge, she smiled sweetly. "I take it you three are my judges?" She inquired.

Why yes, we are. I am Ian," he replied, pointing to himself, "this is Darin," he pointed to a brown Moehog wearing large bifocals, "and that chap over there is Joseph." He finished, pointing to a blue Cybunny holding a notebook and a quill. The Skieth took her paw and began to lead her into a large building she had never noticed before. After walking through halls for what seemed like forever, they finally stopped. Entering an immense room with only a table and four chairs, Ian instructed her to sit down, and he began.

State your name." He began.

Victoria Amelie Walters The Second."

What qualities do you think are important in Neopian Royalty?" Torrie thought about what she had been reciting on the way there and repeated it, without the part where she yelled.

Good, good" He responded, while the Cybunny began to fiercely copy every word that had just been said into the notebook and the Moehog just sat there looking thoughtful.

After a few more questions Ian announced the interview was over and the three had to discuss her answers. Not sure if that was a good or bad sign Torrie stood outside of the room, waiting for her answer. Minutes pasted, and the Cybunny walked out, a smile on his face.

Victoria Amelie Walters, you have been accepted into Neopian royalty!" He said proudly. Torrie could not hold in her squeal of excitement.

Thank you!! When will my coronation be? Today, tomorrow, now?" She asked excitedly. The Blue Cybunny looked at her for a moment before bursting out into laughter.

My dear, you will have to wait much longer than that to get coronated, there is an immense list of neopets before you that still need to coronated.." He proceeded to explain.

Torrie's heart fell. "Well then how long do I have to wait?" She asked miserably.

Hmm, I am not entirely sure. We will send you a velvet pillow with your paint brush when it is your coronation date though, so do not fret." He said softly. Trying not to cry, Torrie nodded and left back home, feeling defeated. When she finally arrived back she realized that crying wouldn't do any good, she would just have to wait.

Days of waiting turned into weeks, and weeks to months. Torrie was beginning to feel like an elaborate joke had been played on her and she would never become royal. Just when Torrie was about to give up on hoping to ever becoming Royal, Felicia burst through the door, holding a large package. Surprised, Torrie wandered over to Felicia, looking at the box.

Special delivery for her Royal highness Torrie!" Felicia said excitedly. Torrie's eyes light up; she knew what was in the box. Her paws shaking she opened the box. Yes! There it was, what she had been waiting for months now! She nearly tackled Felicia with an immense hug. Her Beekadoodle, Colibri, who had been her companion through this whole ordeal, began to sing a joyous song congratulating her. With tears in her eyes, Torrie new her waiting was over, she was finally to become the Royal Cybunny she had dreamed of being.

Ghissle
This is my little sister, Ghissle! I got this picture of her right after someone called her "sir". The look was so priceless! Ghiss gets called a guy a lot, but she really isn't! She protects me and is always out practicing her fencing skills. The bravest of us all, she's one of the top usul musketeers in the Brightvallian army, and one of only a very few females!! Don't tell her I said so, but I REALLY admire her!!

My sister/brother Gabby/Gabe! Gabby/Gabe is the lab rat of the family, he/she always changes into comething new every day! Gabby/Gabe loves to battle in the battle dome,and the Lab scientist is always there to at least try to help....though sometimes it doesn't always work out!

I have a ton of cousins on other accounts, but I dont know them very well so I can't say much.


Colibri and Laurie




Colibri means 'beekadoodle' in old Brightvallian, so I thought it was the perfect name for her. She's my loyal companion and I don't know what I'd do without her. She was a gift from one of Felicia's friends, and I got her for christmas. aLong with being my companion, she loves to sing the most beautiful songs!! I've spent hours just listening to her sing. Along with Colibri I have Laurie. Laurie was a flankin I found by Coli one day. At first I was gunna spray her with water to make sure she wouldn't touch my petpet, but Colibri seemed to, well, like having the flankin around, so I decided not to hurt her. Soon I ended up naming her Laurie and she goes everywhere Coli goes, and now I adore her and never even think of her as a pest, but as another pet.
