A small ball of light purple fur stares up at you. It looks innocent enough, save for the hideously disfigured set of wings on her back. She stares up at you with bright yellow eyes, willing you to come closer.
Carefully, you advance with caution. You smile, extending your hand. That was your first mistake.
The creature takes a snap at your hand, barely missing a finger. Taking a few steps back, you cradle your almost-amputated appendage.
As she advances, glaring you down and flashing her pointy teeth, you decide you'd better get out of there.
