Cloud 9 is my Cirrus! He used to be a big, big, important cloud! He got a lot of things stuck in him. Most of them fell out, but a flag and a lightning bolt didn't. Then he rained too much and he shrunk and the things stuck in him shrunk with him. He's also kinda grumpy 'cause I bounced on him too much.
