Of these accounts, I only keep permanent pets on the first two. Then I have a lab account, and two back up accounts that are for pet storage or just a back up in case I ever need them for something.
I tend to rotate around my pets between my two main accounts depending on who I feel like working on or customizing at the time (I keep the majority of my NC items on my main). If I adopt Setsuki, I would swap Ibasi over to my side and she would go on my main while I work on her page.

As for why I am interested in Setsuki, it is mostly for her name. My pets all host characters, so it's important to me that they have nice names that I can work with, and that won't sound silly when using the character off neopets. I also just really like Japanese names! Her character would be my other pet, Hikouka's, little sister, and I would like them both to have Japanese names just because it makes them like a matching pair.
I cannot say I have an extreme attachment to baby acaras, but I have always kind of wanted a baby pet- mostly to dress up in some of the cute, baby-themed wearables neo has recently released. Customization is one of my main hobbies on the site, and I would like having a baby pet to dress up. Someday I may morph her into another species or paint her another color if something comes along that I find more suiting for her character, but for now I would just leave her baby.

My plans for Setsuki would be to customize her, give her a petpet, and work on making her a character themed petpage. My design idea for her is based on a decora girl, so it would be very bright and colorful with lots of accessories.

As mentioned earlier, she will be the younger sister of my character Hika, and would be involved in my group of main characters. Her character is that of a shy, self-conscious girl who has an odd fondness for organizing things and likes to collect meaningful quotes. She tends to be one of the more reasonable people in her group of friends, but lets people push her around and her good advice falls on deaf ears. While she's a nice girl, she often fades into the background and has a bit of a problem with lying as she's always trying to avoid confrontation or offending anyone. She also likes to collect useless knick knacks and tacky souvenirs, and has a bit of an issue passing up anything she deems to be a good deal.
