First Month
This month we will be focusing primarily on avatars and trophies, the most basic element to work on.Participants are encouraged to supplement their *to do list* with other forms of account improvement, but the main focus of this event will be to obtain more avatars and trophies.
*Awards
The award for this event will be a brand new petpet to join your Mini Menagerie!Gold stars will be for people who completed the event and silver circles will be for everyone who participated (effort must be visible.)
We will make exceptions down the line if you're really struggling with something. But you must communicate and let us know.
How this works
Before you start, two things must happen. First, you must neomail me the form above with the appropriate petpage that has your avatars on it and make sure that your trophies are not hidden on your userlookup.Then, I will neomail you back with your "to do list." You will then neomail me again and with any edits you need to make to the list. The list that you approve is what you are responsible for completing. As a reminder, this is suppose to be intensive but not unreasonable. You should be challenging yourself.
You may also add any personal goals you would like added to the page. These could be working on petpages, developing characters, earning neopoints, working on a collections (stamp, gallery), training your neopet, etc. Anything that furthers your account and its overall presentation.
Key
To do: Must complete for full credit*.Work on: These are achievable, but we do not expect you to get all of them.
Items: These are expensive one use or expensive items that need to be lent. Try for these, but we do not expect you to get all of them.
Pet / Petpets: Do your best to get as many as you can with how many transfers you have. We will do our best to pound lend what we can.
Dailies: These avatars are the scum of the earth. We do not expect you to get any of these, just a reminder to work on them daily!
Mail me throughout the months with updates of what you've gotten!
You do not have to get a gold trophy for credit unless specified.
Everyone should be working on Random contest and Neopian Writer, even if it's not on your list.
From my experience, all you have to do in order to "win" random contest is simply ENTER and show effort. I've never known anyone who entered and didn't get at least third place.
For those of you who have it on your to do list, please just try. As long as you try, you get full credit. The exception to this would be if you literally aren't able to do the contest due to lack of supplies. Of course I won't require you to go out and buy a lunch box, or clay, etc. But if you can do it, please do.
Some of you have both Illusen and Jhudora's quest avs on your to do. You don't have to complete both, just start both in the month.
