-invalid_words- The sun was starting to set on the Xweetok Forest. The sun beat down hot on the forest, though it was starting to go down. The only break was a small breeze. A blue male Xweetok about the age of 18 sat atop a tree branch, a high tree branch, his front paw dangling from the branch as he looked out onto the forest.
Neatly putting one paw in front of the other, a white Xweetok decided to roam the forest. She was new, and didn't know much about it. She sensed a creature near by, most likely a Xweetok hence the forest's name.
She sat, letting the hot sun warm her fur.
Ator perked his ears as he located a white Xweetok below. He slowly jumped down branch to branch till his feet touched the ground. His fangs and wings tended to scare off others, so he did his best to fold his wings down. "Hello there," he greeted.
The white Xweetok turned to the direction of him. She gently bowed her head saying the following, "Hi," She was determind to make a good first impression, which she failed at many times.
My name is Atoriath, Ator for short. Who am I meeting?" he asked, extending a friendly paw and smiling warmly.
I'm Ichiro. It's nice to meet you." She grinned back. *He certainly seems friendly.* Ichiro thought. She shifted feeling somewhat pleasant.
Ator looked to the female. "You new here? I don't recall ever seeing you around. I myself have been here for quite a long time," he said, grinning widely.
Ichiro nodded. "I've only arrived a few days ago." She glanced at the trees and other sights at the Xweetok Forest. "So far, I love it!" Ichiro grinned.
Ator nodded. "It's a great place, it really is. There used to be an issue with violence, unfortunately, but it's been solved," he smiled.
That's good." Ichiro replied. She glanced down for a while, hesitating before stating, "Though I'm not sure where to shelter.." She's seen many types of shelters in the forest.
Ator motioned for Ichiro to follow him. "I know where you'd be able to find shelter," he stated, starting off quickly.
Ichiro went after him wondering what she'll see. "Really?" She called to him.
Ator stopped at a large boulder-type cave. "I've been in here before; quite roomy." He walked in; light filtered through a crack in the ceiling, and soft grass littered the cave's floor.
Ichiro followed through the opening. "I love it!" She exclaimed. Observing almost every inch of the area, she asked, "So.. do I get to keep it..?"
Ator laughed. "No one lives here. I visit it every day in case someone should come along needing a home. I know of a few other places, too," he explained. A smile seemed to be permanently on his face.
Ichiro nodded slowly as a grin grew on her face. "Other places?" She joked, "Is this the nicest of all of them?"
Ator nodded. "In my opinion." His fangs glinted in the sunlight that filtered through the ceiling. He hoped they, along with his wings, didn't spook the female in any way.
Ah.. I think I want this." Ichiro smiled while staring onto him. *He's a nice guy, even if he doesn't look it.* She thought.
Ator nodded. "I can see why." She was a pretty female.. he liked to flirt a lot, too. "So, where are you from?" A mischievous smirk was now on his face.
Ichiro shifted her paws, making it a more comfortable position. "Well.. I used to roam some fields. I'm not really sure." She couldn't help grinning as well. Ichiro was surprised at how well she got along with Ator.
Ator walked next to her, "accidentally" touching her with his tail. "Oh, sorry," he said, his voice sincere. You'd think it really /was/ an accident if one wasn't an expert on flirting. "That sounds interesting," he said. "I'm not exactly sure where I used to live. Somewhere near Terror Mountain, where the temperatures stayed cool nearly all year. Even in summer it would snow sometimes," he laughed.
Ichiro chuckled somewhat nervously. "It's alright." She said. The white Xweetok felt an unusual feeling. She blinked. "I've always prefered the cold over the hot. On cold days, you can wear things or hide and be warm then." She cocked her head to side. "In hot days, you can rip your fur off and still be hot!"
Ator walked through the dark forest. His vision allowed him to see well at night, so he avoided running into trees and bushes very easily. He approached the cave that belonged to Ichiro, and knocked on the side lightly.
Ichiro rubbed her eyes, coming to the entrance of the cave. "Good.. morning?" she asked, looking to Ator.
Ator laughed. "If you consider the morning nighttime," he joked. "Could I come in? Sorry to wake you."
Ichiro nodded. "Sure, come in."
Ator followed Ichiro into the cave. "Ichiro.." he started. "See, the reason I came here was to see you again. I.. I like you, a lot. I mean, you're pretty, fun, and.. I really do like you," he confessed.
Ichiro blinked. She was suprised at what Ator just told her, but in a good way. Grinning and trying not to blush too much she said, "Really?" She glanced down smiling. "Well I... sorta felt the same way." The white Xweetok looked up at Ator once again.
Ator blushed, but it hid beneath his dark fur. He smiled to her. He was glad she felt the same way, he was really worried that she wouldn't. He embraced her in a hug.
Ichiro hasn't felt this way in a long time. She was glad she made a friend; perhaps more than that? She closed her eyes happily and let her paws off of him.
Ator let her go. "You better get some sleep," he laughed. He himself found that he did better without sleep. But he's stay here and protect her from that Mikhail person that his friend had told him about.
Yeah.." Ichiro laughed as well. "Maybe we'll see eachother later?" She smiled, still blushing.
-invalid_words- Padding over the soft grass of the plains near the forest, Ichiro paused every few steps to watch for danger. The sky was dark, so that meant night. Ichiro was cautious, keeping her weapon in easy reach just in case anything went wrong. Sighing, she came to a stop and sat calmly, letting the wind ruffle her fur. "It'll be chilly tonight." She said quietly to herself
Oeyn was exploring the forest, it was a first for her since the Seal cermony she did. She sighed as she walked deeper and deeper into the forest, each step made her go deeper and deeper into the shadows. "Is it always dark like this?" She muttered until she spotted light. "Finally!" She muttered to herself as she ran towards it.
Ichiro senses told her a Xweetok was near. Her ears and head turned towards the approaching creature. Startled, she began to reach for her knife but suddenly stopped at the sight of her. Ichiro calmed down recognizing the white Xweetok. *O-Oeyn?* She thought. She cast a look of a few emotions at once ending with a sort of puzzled, serious look. Ichiro padded closer for a better look.
Oeyn looked at Ichiro's puzzled but serious look and stepped back. Holding her zanpakuto she muttered "What are you DOING?!"
Eyes widened, Ichiro stopped dead. *What the hell?!!* She almost yowled in her mind. She stopped herself from reaching her knife. *I'm sure she's my sister but.. what's her problem?* Ichiro frowned. "What does it look like I'm doing? I think that's a question that even /you/ can figure out." *Not sure if that was the right choice of words...* She took a step back.
How should I know?" Oeyn muttered as she was ready to defend herself if needed. She looked straight into Ichiro's eyes as she stared at her, she returned her zanpakuto to it's place on her leather belt. She started to mutter Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, The sea barrier surges, March on to the south! Hadou #31: Shakkahou ! A ball of blue spiritual energy flew towards Ichiro.
Ichiro's eyes widened. Unable to think, she froze in her position, getting knocked off her paws and forced against the ground. She hesitated a moment before slowly blinking her eyes, but not moving. *I was... an idiot..* She thought.
Don't do that. I..don't know you, yet you come close to me like that. Give me some respect. Geeze, mortals."She muttered as she sighed "So I didn't really see light at all." She sat down, her very light grey hair blew in the soft breeze as she breathed deeply.
Ichiro opened her eyes and pushed herself up with her paws. She adjusted herself to a sitting position. "But you're.." Ichiro raised her right paw slightly. "..Oeyn?" She made her voice sound as if she was uncertain.
How did you know my name?" Oeyn said as she looked at Ichiro rather serious, there were no emotions in her heart, nor in her mind The only ones she had was Kindness and Seriousness. All others were locked up with her 'other' personality. One that would kill anything and anyone. Even if Oeyn loved them. "I am...Oeyn Takahara. You?"
Still somewhat dizzy, Ichiro replied to Oeyn's statement and question, "Maybe because we are related?" She shook her head slightly. "Did your mind get, like.. wiped out or something?" Her expression was serious by now. "You don't remember me? I'm Ichiro!"
Oeyn shook her head as she muttered "No, my mind has not been erased, rather...it was locked away. Not because I wanted to no, but because of somthing..you would never understand." She looked at Ichiro and heard the words in her mind.
Maybe because we are related? The words spun in her head, searching her mind for anything that could be part of her memories. "So, your name is Ichiro." She said as she closed her eyes and sighed "Sorry, I don't know you.
Ichiro sighed quietly as she shook her head once more. She was CERTAIN that Oeyn was her sibling. But what if she wasn't? Ichiro hated to be wrong.. "But... I know you.." Was all she could think of saying. Her tail twitched impatiently.
I COULD open up the lock, but I can't...because I don't want to kill you. If I do open up the seal put on me I can go crazy once I gain my memories." She said as she tried to put some hope into Ichiro's eyes strangely enough, as if they WERE sisters, Maybe I really AM her sister.
Ichiro glanced at her fur and at Oeyn's. "Look at your fur. What color is it?" She tried to persuade her without saying what she thought directly.
White and light grey...why?" She asked, her sword was put to the side. She wanted a talk with Ichiro. This will also give her time to open the door, the door to her memories.
And my fur?" Ichiro frowned a bit. "It's about the same, no?" She doesn't like getting upset at those who are related to her.
Yes, but color of fur doesn't make us sisters, even you know that." Her eyes stared at Ichiro, the door was opening as small memories came back to her. She died by being burned alive. She was captured and beaten before she was burned alive, and her little sister saw it all. Who was my little sister? She asked herself as she tried to open the door even farther.
Ichiro stared in astonishment as she saw the sight. She froze watching, not able to think about what she should do. "O-Oeyn?!" She managed to say.
After that it was complete darkness, She was trying opening the door more and more. "I need know who was my little sister?!" The door came completely open when she said this, her eyes looked at the memories and then the darkness that was consuming her. Like a wave crashing onto her. What have I done!
Ichiro continued to watch. A good thing about this was Oeyn might understand now, but Ichiro didn't want her to be harmed. She tried padding after Oeyn.
Oeyn started to scream, the wave was consuming her, waiting for her to pass out. The perfect time to take over her. Screams ripped out of Oeyn's throat as it tried to knock her out cold.
Ichiro wanted to stepped forward but she was to worried. Her paws couldn't move. She thought, *Maybe this.. is what Oeyn meant by crazy..* She thought of a way to help as she watched what was happening. Ichiro couldn't help feeling cowardly.
The screams stopped, they won. After awhile the wave disappeared, and Oeyn was gone, but replaced with a black-fured xweetok with dark grey markings "Well, well,if it isn't Oeyn's little sister. I wonder if you even know who I am. Not like I care or anything." He walked closer and closer to Ichiro, his evilish smile grew bigger the closer he got to her.
Ichiro's eyes widened at the sight of the strange Xweetok. She backed away, ready to attack if he went too far. Her face was angry and she was ready to do anything she had to do. "Who are you and what have you done with Oeyn?" She said in her firmest voice.
Oh...HER! She's just a body for me to live with. She's nothing. Just a refection of what Shinigami and Dragon users do to people." He said as he was only acouple of feet away from her. "GideonRyuu" He muttered as a zanpakuto came into his hand. "She has no memories, no feelings, nothing. And it's all those two fault. Dragon users and Shinigami. Hate them, they turned your sister into someone that doesn't even know who she was!"
