Yay, Toshiro san got council! Even if she didn't ACTUALLY fit the bill. (*Forgot about referring people*) Well, I'll just have to be more strict from now on. So! I know the webbie's kinda empty right now...Well, we just started the guild a week ago! So it's bound to be empty.

Well, we'll be having a caption contest with scanned images, so keep checking back for that....And please, if you have an image you'd like to suggest, please, feel free to email me!

Conditions for Council Positions

*Spent at least 15000 np (will go up slightly for subcouncil when council is filled) at the donation shop.
*Referred at least 5 people to the guild(side accounts don't count!)
*Been in guild for at least a week

**Refferal notices must be mailed to Rangiku within 48 hours of joining, elsewhere void. :D
