May I help you? A patient voice asked at once. The downside to this library was the poor lighting. Only lit by a few candled sconces. The voice cleared it's throat and tried again, May I help you? The voice had more of an annoyed attitude now, and it was defiantly a woman's voice. I'm sorry, but I can't see you! You reply a bit startled at the voice's change of attitude. I'm right here. She calmly said and rolled by with a cart of books. The voice came from a white lupess with a small body and long legs. She continued to put the books away as if you weren't even there. Perhaps you are looking for a fantasy? She rolled by you handing you a maroon book that had been well taken care of. No, I'm not looking for a fantasy You quickly lean backwards to put the book back on her rolling cart You're aren't? She asks. I'm not looks for a book, I was wondering if you might be able to help me answer The Brain Tree quest You inquire crossing your fingers, because you really want to know what The Brain Tree might reward you with this time No. Sorry. She says bluntly and kept on putting books on there shelves No? But why not? You whine trying to follow her around You won't be able to find the answer here. By this time, she was finished and she sat back at her desk Look, I would love to help you but you really won't be able to find the answer here. The Brain Tree likes to trick people. There really isn't such thing as 'Rebecca Meecra'. He makes them up so you spend hours in my library searching and coming up with nothing. She explains to you and puts her nose into a dull green book. Maybe you should try The Esophogor, he's usually in on with The Brain Tree's scams She adds without looking up from her book. The Esophogor? But the food that he wants is usually so expensive! I barely have any money... You thought for a minute. Can I work for you until I raise the money?" You ask her, sliding up to her desk. She closes her book and looks into your eyes. You want to work for me? She thought for a bit, and tapped her chin with her nail. I don't see how that could be a problem. I guess that would be alright. She says putting the book back up to her face. By the by, you can call me Temperense" She reaches her paw over to shake hands but she doesn't move her book And I'm guest You reply.
•A Tale to Remember• Temperense still sat at her desk watching you very closely as you nervously put books away. It seemed like she wanted for you to mess up. You look over at her, hardly paying attention and, landing on it's spine, a book fell to the floor. You look down and then sheepishly up at Temperense. Her eyes were burning with anger, and a low growl escaped her throat. She didn't scare you just yet, but the sound of thunder that came from outside had made you really jump. She shook away her anger and ahemed, Excuse me, but she looked away and continued, my anger gets the best of me. you picked the book back up and looked at her, this time actually putting the book on the self. Wow, that was a random bit of thunder. Crazy whether, eh? you tried to distract her from her small anger flaw. She looked at you, a bit confused. We don't have crazy whether Neovia, She chuckled but then the smile disappeared and she said, That was me. I bring storms when I become angry. This happened long ago, when I was just a puppy. My parents, my siblings and I used to live on a ranch out in prairie. Summers were always beautiful and brought warm sunshine. But the winters and falls brought horrific storms that could really do damage. One after noon, some time in november, I had gather logs for our fire that we had planned to build. A storm had been brewing all day, but it never really broke loose until I had been outside gathering wood. I hadn't realized how far I strayed from our house. When I saw the storm staring to begin I felt so scared. I tried to run back to home but I couldn't find it with the storm going on and kicking up dirt and dust. But something amazing happened to me that day, I still can't explain it. But I suddenly found myself safe. The storm wasn't raging over me anymore. It seemed like it calmed down, but I opened my eyes, and everything I could see was being shook around, and rain was still pouring more than ever. Suddenly, a bolt of lightening hit me, and I right were I stood. After that had happened, I couldn't remember much of anything. I had blacked out. I woke up right were i had blacked out, from what I saw, the storm had passed and the prairie looked devastated. I searched for my house, but when I found it, nothing was left. My house had been ripped off it's foundation and blown to bits. My parents and sibling were gone, but to this day I don't believe they are deceased. for some reason, I felt anger. How could this happen to me?! I asked myself. I looked at the sky and saw another storm starting to brew. I quickly ran away, and the infant storm disappeared. I didn't understand it at first until had been happening each time I began to get angry. I didn't want to hurt others with my gift, so I moved to Neovia and started from scratch working as a librarian. I enjoy it here and found a new hobby, reading. She had been quite impressed with herself about how well she had told the story and her level of detail. Life is good hereShe concluded.
