Merry meet, and welcome to our agency—few Neopians find their way here. I am Elphie, the proprietor of this establishment. Here we house and care for the wonderful fosters that find their way to us. Some of these fosters will be up for adoption, others will be up for trade. Feel free to browse at your leisure. For now, the only pets that will be listed are my own fosters. If I decide to open this agency to the public or to my guild, I will make note of it for everyone.

I do not wish to post a list of rules, so please don't make this necessary. Simply make sure you check whether the pet is up for adoption or up for trade before contacting the owner, and be sure to mail only the account listed as the owner on this page—otherwise your mail may not be received!

Feb. 12th 2011 -- Updated the page finally with new labbers and potential adoptees. Also removed the planned transfer for October since it's clearly waaay past October. Some of the pets listed here are on my husband's accounts, but he's allowing me to advertise or they're being housed for me temporarily

Aug. 20th 2010 -- Revamp! I wanted to streamline my coding with my new directory coding...hope you like it!

Aug. 5th 2010 -- Currently working out the kinks in the layout and coding so that I can get this page up and running. There probably won't be a whole lot of pets listed here unless I happen to join or create a guild big on labbing/rehoming pets.
