with the death of ageless mango star, the shadows reigned, and countless were awakened. with the fall of light, came the rise of dark and the creatures whom lurked within said shadows. in the hearts and souls of most mentioned creatures? the same darkness within which they roamed. more often than not, it was not by choice, but simply installed by the lifestyle which they chose. one lives without light, one most often becomes the same. impacted by the way they live. ironic almost.

she was one of those now. forced to waken with the absense of light, growing accustomed to living only when there were no spindly rays of sun to threaten her very existance. alone and unafraid, teaching herself the arts of her kind, growing stronger with the passage of the moon. her once scrawny frame was now filled out with the hidden musculature that lay beneath thick skin. her features, though still beautiful, were just as deadly. elongated fangs had tasted the blood of countless souls, a blood which stained her soul. ever-present, was a smirk; a smirk of underlying intentions. draw one close enough to catch interest, then drain them dry when least expected. thus was her life. the shadows of night were her haven, the rays of light her nemesis. titled the devil by some, a demoness by others. more simply; the vampiress.

Vampire Facts

1. Vampire's cannot go into the sunlight. Even the touch of it will burn their skin. Looking at it will blind them.

2. They cannot even LOOK at a cross without wincing. A light touch will inflame them.

3. Vampires are poisoned by garlic. To them it's a lethal substance. If they breathe it in, they may die, the touch of it gives them a burning sensation.

4. Vampires are pale. Duh. XD

5. Vampires can turn into three different things… A red mist, which is rumored to be made of the blood of their victims; a black, red, or white wolf, color depending on how evil and wicked their heart is; or a bat. NOT a vampire bed. It's a unique species, black, red or white, depending on their heart, and LARGE.

6. Vampires can appear human, and have the ability to hide their fangs. HOWEVER, sometimes they cannot control it. If they are desperately hungry, staring at the neck can cause the fangs to drop down.

7. The fangs are very long. Not just little eyeteeth with a point. They reach to below the chin.

8. Vampires have inhuman strength. Their grip has the same force as a Doberman's bite.

9. Vampires don't have to sleep in a coffin, or upside down. However, they need to sleep surrounded by the soil from a grave to keep them looking human and young like.

10. There are different stories about how you turn into a vampire. Two of them are the main ones, and they both cancel each other out so you'd have to pick one. The simple single bite that turns you into a vampire, and this one goes on that if the same vampire bites you again, you turn into a werewolf.
The second one is the dramatic and my favorite. IT takes three sips from the same vampire to turn you into one. A sip for a vampire is ALOT. O_O; I mean quarts of blood. And it each sip has to be on different nights. If the vampire gets to greedy, then the person will die, every drop of blood gone.

11. The body of a vampire is cold, and when they are turned, they instantly become better looking so that they have more luck attracting potential prey.

12. Vampires don't have working organs, except for the heart and lungs. Technically, you die when you are transformed into a vampire, because everything shuts down, everything that is, except for your heart. The heart keeps working even when the brain shuts down, and when you wake, you don't have any memory of names, faces, or most events except for death experiences and the night you were transformed. Because the heart keeps memories, there are some cases where a vampire will encounter a child of someone they once loved, and find themselves unable to harm them.

13. Silver steaks do not work. It must be wood.

14. Vampires have the ability to… 'cloud' your mind. Which means they make your memory horrible.

15. Vampires can hypnotize the opposite gender with scent, eyes, and kisses.

16. They can't cross fresh running water unless they are in their coffin.

17. If they get to hungry they lose control and kill everyone they see until it's satisfied.
