Let's get started
So if you're here, you obviously are interested in roleplaying, right? If you are looking for a guild and are considering this one, all of the information you need to know should be here or linked from the side; as I get more ideas I'll add links accordingly. The pages are currently being set up right now, so don't mind if they're not all in top shape. Now, as the above says, let's get started.
The Rules
Player Rules
Rules are very important and should always be followed. Failure to comply with them will result in a warning the first time, temporary suspension for a week the second, and being deleted and banned the third. Please follow these rules, most of them should be pretty standard and quite easy to follow. More rules may be added as deemed necessary.1. This is a literate guild. Chat speak will not be allowed unless it's in OOC and is the simple kind that everyone knows, such as "lol", "gtg", etc.
2. No god-moding, power-playing or anything of the sort
3. No flaming other members. Fights are okay as they are expected in this roleplay, but hurting the player behind a character (their feelings) is not tolerated, which leads to....
4. Killing off other characters is allowed, but only under the permission of person who plays them. If a character is killed without the authorization of it's player, the posts in which it (the killing) happens will be deleted and the killer will receive a warning
5. Please use some form of OOC and BIC
6. Font needs to be presentable, it can't blend in to the layout or be so bright that it blinds us
7. Nothing inappropriate is allowed in this guild. No language, and while romance is allowed keep the icky stuff to a minimal (you should know what this means). Basically, nothing that violates Neopets rules
8. No prizes, newbie packs, etc. are given out. That is also against Neopets rules. The only thing the guild gives to winners are points toward a promotion
9. And last but not least activity is key. If you're going to be gone for a while, please make sure you mail here about it. The guild will understand if you can't be active all the time
Character Rules
We know this is a pain, but these rules are here to make the plot fair in general. You'll probably have to read the plot before you can understand this.1. Make sure to keep the amount of characters from each nation even. We don't need a billion people running around from Luans while Daero stays empty
2. You can't use abilities that don't coincide with your nation. For example, you can't be from the water nation and shapeshift like the earth-oriented can.
3. People born from parents of different nations are allowed but please keep them minimal, there can only be a couple in this plot. They can't be in full control of both powers either; they can have control over 2 elements but their power in a particular element has to be weaker than one with full control over it
4. There are no different races, only humans. However there are nations somewhat like other races. Some examples would be:
-Blood being slightly vampiric
-Earth's shapeshifting abilities
-Air people eventually being able to fly
Rankings
How They Work
Rankings are proof of your dedication to the guild, and with each rank comes new privileges as well. Here is the list all of the rankings, their meanings (as they are Japanese), and what you get to do with them. If there is anything wrong with the translation please message here about it.
Regular Ranks
MurabitoVillager
This is the base rank of the guild. You have the basic rights at this stage and are allowed only one character.
Gakusei
Student
Once you get here you can add an extra character to your arsenal. You can also send in fan art for some extra recruit points (more on that later) if you wish.
Sotsusha
Graduate
You get the option of yet a third character and now you are allowed to participate in games that we have (when we get them) to earn recruit points.
Samurai
Warrior
As usual you get an extra fourth character slot. You are now allowed to participate in competitions to earn not only a recruit coin but five points for your side of the war.
Eiyuu
Hero
You max out your character slots for a grand total of five and now can apply for council. Even if you don't want to try out, you have the highest normal rank in the guild and will probably be looked up to with admiration by lower ranked members. A win-win situation.
Council
ShinzuiSpirit
The Guild owner. This person oversees the entire guild, the webbie, the rankings, the members, and all activities.
Ranpu
Light
The Guild Co-owner. This person is second in command and has authority over all of the same things the owner does. They also help making banners and have control of the council vote (if the council doesn't like what the leader is thinking they can take a vote against it).
Kumori
Shadow
This person has control over the message boards, making sure that no Neopets rules are broken and that all guild members are following the general guild rules. They help make banners and also make sure everything with a deadline is done on time. This person needs to be quite active.
Hakaisha
Destroyer
They "destroy" (or at least notify me of) any grammar errors made in the pages as well as control the poll if there is nothing important there. Banner help is part of the job as well. This person needs to be an absolute grammar freak.
Hizashi
Sunlight
The person in charge of activities, which include competitions, games, and fanart. They're also a banner maker. This person needs to be quite patient when making things, as this could potentially be a big job.
Promotions
Now, wondering how to get all these ranks? Through this section you can see what it takes to be promoted from rank to rank. This is where the recruit points come in. For completing guild activities you will get a certain amount of points toward your recruit count. Ten makes a recruit coin (it counts as recruiting another member). This rule was made because we know how hard it is to get recruits from the boards nowadays with so many guilds around.
1. Read all of the guild rules.
2. Neofriend the council.
3. Enable your guild mailing. If you don't know how, it's on this page.
4. Neomail a bit about yourself to ShadowBlade14 for the webbie. Since this is a roleplay guild we don't tend to try to get to know the person behind the character, and it would at least be nice to know your name (or online nickname). Don't get intimidated by this step, you can write anything you want to about yourself, even if it's completely irrelevant.
5. Neomail your character application to ShadowBlade14.
6. Introduce yourself on the message boards (and use OOC).
7. Neomail ShadowBlade14 once you have completed everything above.
Gakusei
1. Post at least 10 non-spam messages on the board and stay active.
2. Have recruited at least one new member.
3. Add a guild banner to your lookup.
Sotsusha
1. Post at least 50 non-spam messages on the board and stay active.
2. Have recruited at least two new members.
Samurai
1. Post at least 100 non-spam messages on the board and stay active.
2. Have recruited at least three new members.
3. Contribute some ideas and/or host a page for the guild.
Eiyuu
You can't get any higher than this besides council but you still at least must be participating in activities and the roleplay. Now any recruit points you get are contributed to your team itself (see plot page).
Application
This guild isn't by any means private, but we still need you to fill out an application before you can start roleplaying. What kind of application? Obviously one on your character. While you can have a page completely dedicated to your character, we need at least a bit of information for them on the main page.Character Name:
We need a name to call your character by. Make sure it's their full name as well.
Gender:
Is this person a boy or a girl? It isn't always as easy to tell as you might think.
Age:
How old is this person? Pretty straightforward.
Nation:
This is important. This helps to define who your character is as well as what abilities they possess. They can be from Illia if you wish.
Side:
Another important thing. Is this character of Sukelle, the Rebellion, or are they just caught in the crossfire?
Picture:
You need to provide a picture, and preferably it needs to be anime-ish (not a word, I know). We understand if you can't find a picture at this second and can only provide a description, but a neomail about the picture will be expected soon after.
Personality:
What kind of person is this? At least a couple sentences are needed for this. The character can not be defined by only one trait, as that would make them very stereotypical.
History:
What happened to the person before this point? Have they done anything of any importance in the war? This doesn't have to be long, it only needs to give the rough outline of their previous life.
Other:
Is there anything else of importance you want to add to your character? Maybe a note about them?

This is where you can see some information about all of your fellow guild members. Want to at the very least know their name? This is where that goes.
