Intro

You... you sorta wake up in the water...and you see two lovely peophins playing with a petpet.
Suddenly the one with the purple mane sees you in the corner of her eye, and swims to you.
Sweet: Hi guest, welcome to my reef.
I'm Sweet the peophin, and this are Kiusih and Avaera. ^^
Kiusih: Hello there. ^^ Just call me Kiu if you want.
Avaera: Meoww... *purr*
guest: H-hi... but.. how do you know my name?
Sweet: Oh.. I just have my magical powers! ^^
guest: Eh.. ok... And what am I doing under water??
Kiusih: You felt into the water, and Sweet used her magic powers, so now you can breath under water for a while. ^^
*Hey, that's weird, you always thought peophins had no wings... and she has those weird marki- *
Sweet: I know wings aren't very usual for a peophin.. and these markings, well.. I'll tell you later.
*How... how did she knew that?! Can she read minds or something?*
Sweet: Yes I can. ^^ But you don't have to worry about it. I won't do it if you don't want it.
guest: So... you are peophins with wings, but why? You don't need them underwater, right? And I always thought that magic only exists in faerietales...
Sweet: All peophins have their own magical powers, some peophins have the power of the light, others peophins maybe have powers of the fire. I haven't really discovered mine yet, I hope that'll come soon...
guest : But why I didn't know that? I always thought peophins were.. well, just peophins!
Sweet: It's a secret of the peophins, no other petspecies know it, except a few friends, and the faeries. And now about my markings. Let's tell you my story...


Story

A long time ago, when I wasn't born, my family lived in Maraqua.
Most peophin families don't have wings, but everyone in my family had them. One day they were attacked by something evil, I don't know exactly what it was, but it was horrible... My parents didn't tell me the story, this is what I heard from others who left the family tribe.
That "thing" attacked my family, but they fought back. He was wounded, and wanted to escape, but my parents did not let it leave. In his last minutes it said something magicals to my parents, something about their first child, and then he he died... Years passed by and my parents almost forgot what he said, until they got their first child. That first child was me. I was a normal, just born filly, but I had two strange markings under both of my eyes. They thought it wasn't something to worry about. When peophins of our family grow up, they should recieve their mask, and their wings should start growing, but I still hadn't a mask or anything, only the markings. Then they remembered that monster. They were affraid that I was cursed, and that I could be bad or evil through that monster. They.. they were afraid of me. The whole family was affraid of me. Except my parents... But I still I felt so alone, I had no friends, I couldn't go to school becouse no-one wanted to be with me. Then I decided to swim away. Why should I stay here? I could care for my own... So I wrote a goodbye letter, and I left Maraqua. I decided to go up, to the land...

There I met a nice angelpuss, named Avaera. She was a blue-grey angelpuss, with white stripes, and no wings, though Angelpuss' usually have them. We had a good life there, but after a few years I decided to go back into the water, it looked like it was "calling" me for some reason. But there was one problem, Avaera could not breath under water... I really wanted to take her with me, and suddenly my eyes and markings began to glow up. My angelpuss was changing, it looked like her backlegs were melting into one... I was panicing and I didn't know what was happening. I knew some peophins had magical powers, but I never thought I had them! When my eyes stopped glowing I saw Avaera had a fishy tail now, like me. I could take her with me now, so we went back to the water, and lived there many years. But I was still thinking of the weird thing that happened... magic powers... me?

Later, when I was alone, I saw another peophin swimming. Strange... I thought I'd seen him before... When he came closer, I saw it was my dad! My own dad... a strong blue peophin, a defender of our family. I swom to him as quick as I could and wanted to 'hug' him, but then I saw he was wounded.
He.. he said I was cursed by a thing that attacked Maraqua before, and that Maraqua was attacked again, but this time by pirates. My father said he had fighted to them. He was almost starving. I felt tears coming up in my eyes, and I said I missed him, that I would do everything to rescue him, and that I felt so sorry I swom away from home... There was so much I wanted to tell him. I was thinking of a way to save him, and I tried to get the magic powers again, but I felt too weak. The powers didn't work. With his last powers he gave me a little feather of his wings, and said that feather would protect me... Then he lied down and closed his eyes. My father died right in front of me... I was so angry about myself. Why the powers didn't work? Why couldn't I help him?! I swom away... Everytime when I looked back I had to cry, like a little child...


A few months later I was still thinking about it. Should I go back to Maraqua, wich was rebuild? Then I thought of that curse again... I wanted to know more about it, so I went looking for people who knew something about it. I finded out that the curse wasn't very strong, becouse the monster was very weak before he left, and it would just 'vanish' if I could find my real love... I should getting my wings back, and recieve my full magical powers, wich were decreased by the curse. Maybe that's why I couldn't help my father... I cried again.

Last time I met another peophin. Well, I didn't 'met' him really... I only saw him swimming. And since that day I had a strange feeling about myself, and since that day there were growing little feathery things out of my back. A few days later I noticed they weren't growing anymore. Other peo's were looking strangely when they saw me swimming. I asked a little to the peophins who helped me before, and they thought it was becouse I only SAW that mysterious peo. I thought I would never met him again, becouse it was already a month ago I saw him. But I was wrong. ^^

A month later I finally saw him again! I felt almost immedeatly that the wings were groing again.
As fast as I could I swam to him, and talked a little. His name was Kiusih, and he said he liked me. I fell in love almost immedeatly... Those beautiful brown eyes.. those georgeous red mane...
We talked almost every day, and he fell in love with me too. Since then we live together in our beautiful reef, my wings are finally fullgrown, and I can fly, together with Kiu. And I can tell you that feeling is so amazing! I'm still practicing with my powers, and Kiu is helping me with that. ^^ I noticed I'm quite good with transforming spells, and I learned to controll them well. I cannot only transform myself, I can transform others too! Now Avaera can have her backlegs back whenever she wants. x3

Well, that was my story. I think it's time to go now.

Sweet: This is mystery island, here are you safe.
I know there live nice people here, and if you want they can bring you back home.
We are going home now!^^ Oh, and remember, the don't tell anyone the secret about the magic powers, eh? ;)

Kiusih My best friend and my love; Kiusih. Call him Kiu if you want. ^^ He's a white and winged peo like me. We live together in our reef, and sometimes on the land too. I like the most when we are flying together over the lands, and see all people watching us, when they think: "huh..? A flying peo?", haha ^^

Family
I don't know my real family, and I'm not going back to Maraqua again... But I met a very nice human, Anne (_Sweet_Baasje_), and she has other pets too. I'm seeing that as my family right now.

Lupinialo My big bro'! =D He doesn't like people very much, but he's friendly to his owner and family. I don't see him very often, but when I go to the land where he lives, he's actually very nice to me. He has a long history... that's why he always wants to be alone.

HoleyDoley My lil' fuzzy pink sister, HoleyDoley! ^^ She's young and very playfull. She sees me as family, becouse we have the same owner. She really wants learn to swim, so I'm going to teach her. ^^ She's very friendly to others although she's a bit shy for other people. But I'm helping her getting over it, and I believe she can do it!

Friends

Asidya Asidya is a wonderful Christmas peophin with wings like me. I met her in the open ocean and we became friends very quick. She's always very helpful and polite, and always there when you need her. She has the power of healing, which is very handy. ^-^ When I swim with her, we always have much fun! x3 I hope one day she can teach me how to heal wounds, I think that would be great. :3

Note: I will judge on everything on your page, not only your layout/story/etc. becouse I understand people may not be very good at HTML or at writing stories/English.

Gold:
-Your page must be completely done (so no "under construction" signs)
- A very nice layout is important
- You must have at least 8 pictures made by you
- Your page must be interesting, and your pet has to have a story
- Very less spelling mistakes. (Some typos are fine but not too much.)

Silver:
- Your layout must look organized, not too many text sections or messy things etc.
- Your page bust be nearly complete, with at most 3-4 sections with "coming soon" or something.
- You must have at least 5 pictures made by you
- A little story is appreciated (not absolutely necessary to win)
- Not very much spelling mistakes.

Bronze:
- Your layout must NOT be the default petpage layout (at least something changed, like a different background image)
- At least 3 sections of your page complete
- You must have at least 3 pictures made by you

And remember; I always like to hear some music on your page! With an adoptable set you can show me you put more efford into your page too. (An adoptable set counts as 1 picture made by you.) And a link to one of my petpages is always nice to see! ^-^
