Myself, and several other of my friends are currently adopting low level unwanted pets from the pound and we (with our own neopoints) are zapping them and later transfering them to a new permanent home when they are zapped into a pet that someone really likes :). (Limited edition/painted pets/higher levels/better Stats/ ect...)

Here at our adoption headquarters, we have a few rules and regulations about our pets and who they will be given to. We want to ensure the best for the pets we rescue, so we do have an application that you can fill out at the bottom of the page. First, I think I should lay down some of our rules.

Please answer all questions honestly. No one question is going to disqualify you from adopting one of our pets.
