I'm very proud for redeeming myself by announcing that the review is finished, and it only took me one day; maybe even a little less. I personally love giving Hot Chocolate reviews and shorter reviews because I feel that sites who request these reviews honestly care about their site succeeding and getting better, not just to label their site by a score. So anyway, Rollover is a very good site, but definitely still has room for improvement. I deem this site not recommended, only because there were a few errors here and there, but once they are fixed, Rollover can request another review on February 7th, 2012 and hopefully can be recommended!
You somehow magically appear on top of a house on a blizzard of a night. Freezing to the sight of icicles, you grab your sweater which you find hanging from the top of a chimney, almost falling in. Ho, ho, ho! says the Yurble. How are you this fine Christmas Eve? he asks. You tell him you're feeling swell, then follow by asking who he is -- he laughs. You must be joking, are you not? You seem confused. Why, I'm Santa Claus! Don't you celebrate Christmas? You nod your head to signal yes, but still have a baffled look on your face. So, what's the problem, kiddo? You explain your reasoning. Well of course I look like Santa Claus! I may not be the one in all them fancy 'ol movies, but I sure am the real deal here in Neopia! You start to see minor resemblances here and there. As you turn your head, you see nine reindeer prance along-side 'Santa,' and notice a cute, little sort of light bulb on one of the reindeer. Oh, him? That's Rudolph; yeah, it's his natural nose, but I certainly love it. He's guiding my sleigh tonight. You seem to love that idea. As you begin to walk away, Santa calls your name, guest, he begins, wait, I need help -- will you do me a favor? You ask what it is.
Some of the elves made the toys and put them in the present boxes, but I don't think they really meet their full potential. You begin to wonder what he is asking of you as you start to shiver to the snowflake that melts on your cheek. I want you to take the lids off of each box. Here, he hands you a sheet of paper from his fuzzy, white pockets. Take this, and I want you to write down what you think of all these; give some comments on them, and tell the elves what they can improve on for next year, you got that? You nod -- then you begin to wonder exactly how you're going to write it. Oh, here, take this pencil. Ho, ho; silly me! he says. You stare deeply into the pencil as there is a mini snow globe on the top looking as if the setting is from the same town you are in compared to the snow...

Wow, all these different tests and preparing for finals has really got me thinking about the time I used to spend on neo. Now let me warn you; this update will be longer than usual.
Last year, maybe a couple years ago, I ran sites that I truly loved, and led a guild that would never leave my heart. I remember waking up every morning over the summer, going to my grandparents' house with an endless supply of cheetos, just browsing through Soroptimist and responding to neomails. I used to receive at least 10 to 15 neomails a day. Although it was hectic, I knew deep down I very much loved it. No one would bother me because my siblings would watch TV the /whole/ day, my grandparents would tend to their garden, and I would sit down, relax on my bed there with my laptop without a care in the world. I honestly must say that I miss that. I cannot wait for this summer. I have so much planned, on and off neopets, and I feel like I should make it up to you guys. I haven't finished a review requested in the beginning of the month, and I got a review request last week as well, and I just feel terrible -- I hate it when I love a site so much, and I would check on it everyday to see if they've updated again, and they haven't. Then they'd go inactive and I'd lose hope. I'd really hate to hear that you felt that way yourself because it was not fun for me...
Remember when I said I had a surprise that I was going to add to the site? Well, two surprises really. I'm going to be working on those today, but they probably won't be up until February. January is a very busy month for me, so I'll just wait to update until next weekend to let you guys know how my life is and what the future looks like for Ayuda. Sounds good? If you have any questions, I'd love, love, LOVE for you to contact me using the navigation above. Getting a neomail means so much to me now since they are scarce nowadays in my life. I haven't been doing much, and I really hope to change that. Thank you so much again~!
Wow, you have no idea how disappointed I am in myself. I've been having an extremely hectic week with 3 huge tests (no exaggeration) and two basketball games, not to mention the next three this week. I'm thinking about adding something pretty cool to the site that will help with my activity and keeping you guys updated and stuffs, so be on the lookout for that! I promise, no worries -- I won't break this one! :*
I will definitely finish The Creperies review tonight. I neomailed Michelle before about finishing it last week, but look how that turned out.. I'll surely get it done; I've started the Pros section of the Hot Chocolate review, so I'll finish that up, then do the Cons as well. I'm very sorry, Michelle! Let's see if I can make it up to you... ;)
+1 lister: Maple Leaves Directory. We're also recommended there -- our second recommendation!
Sorry for not updating earlier today; homework was too tiring, and I almost fell asleep without updating! The review for The Creperie will surely be finished tomorrow unless stated otherwise in future updates.
+1 review request from Michelle@The Creperie!
Entered the SOTM at Wisteria; I figured the more, the merrier.
+1 new affiliate: Lasting Impressions!
+1 new beautiful linkback button from Chinensis Designs -- go check it out in the Sitely section.
Remember the surprise I mentioned in the January 3rd update? Well it's coming soon! Just thought I'd give you all a little reminder as something to look forward to later on in the month -- it'll definitely be up either this month, or maybe February -- it will most certainly be revealed between January 13th - February 3rd; most likely one of those Fridays~! Be on the lookout..
+1 finished review; I finished it in less than a day which is great! Would you like to read it?
+1 lister: Silver Directory! I was also recommended there; our first recommendation!
The waiting list has been cleared and requests are open!
Sorry for not updating yesterday; I had no time to come on, but I do have a few updates for today!
+1 new linkback button from Perfect Symmetry -- be sure to check that out under the sitely section.
+1 new review request from Mary@Rollover.
Also, I am still in the process of editing Ayuda since I had gotten a review from The Teahouse by Rika; just thought I'd let you all know.

Rika finished Ayuda's review at the newly-reopened The Teahouse! Thank you so much; I really appreciate it. Don't be alarmed if some things on the site begin changing and whatnot.
Not many updates today; I was out most of the night ice skating with my friends, but I'll keep you all posted on any changes.
+1 lister; Plethora!
I'd love for you guys to vote for me when the time comes, but I honestly hate asking this.. so I guess I won't anymore -- do whatever you'd like~!
I have a special surprise for Ayuda currently being whipped up by someone at the moment, so I'll give you an estimated time of when I will reveal it later on.
Woah, sorry for the unannounced absence! The New Year has come, and it's time for some fun! Haha, that rhymed...
I've entered the SOTM at Genericizing, Kaleidoscopic, & Hollywood Stars. I know it's a little too early, but I'd love to get more review requests, and I figured entering some sitely news and competitions will help accomplish that. Vote for me?
I'm starting school tomorrow! I will not have much time on my hands as I have had before since I had a two week holiday break, but I will definitely be making time to come on and finish reviews. If I will not be completing a review on the day it should be completed, I will let the requester know and update real quick on here to tell all of you. Thank you all so much again~!
It's almost New Year's Eve~! What are your plans for the new year of 2012?
+1 new affiliate; Shenyi.
Sorry for not updating yesterday! I wasn't home all day so I wasn't able to get anything done; I probably would have finished Soroptimist Directorys review then, but oh well.
+1 review request finished! Check out Soroptimist Directory's review?
+2 new affiliate: Frequent Flyer&Third Impression!
Cleared the waiting list -- requests are still open, so request a review?
+1 new affiliate: Effects.
I'm definitely going to be finishing Soroptimist Directorys review today, then hopefully get some other requests.
Review requests are open!
+3 listers; Keychain, Affinity, & Ice Hissi Directory.
+1 affiliate; Sample Reviews.
I just got an amazing new linkback button from Monky at Nostalgia; I suggest you request a button because Monky's buttons are the best!
Also, I apologize about the request status yesterday; reviews were supposed to be open, but I accidentally lost all the coding from a stupid mistake, and apparently the only saved coding I had was from when requests were closed, and forgot to change the sign. Requests are open!
Merry Christmas~! Hooray, it's the GRAND OPENING of Ayuda!
+2 new linkback buttons, thanks to Chinensis Designs and The Lunch Box! Don't you love them? You should definitely request from them in the future.
I finished all the categories that need to be finished, now all I need are some affies, listers, and more linkback buttons -- I'll try to find time to make my own.
Requests are OPEN today on Christmas Morning, so get to requesting; only the first four requesters will make it to the waiting list, so you better hurry!
+1 review request; I'll be sure to get it done as soon as possible.
Make sure you send in your request when review requests are open. Your request will be ignored if sent in when review requests are closed.
Please do not edit your site after sending in the request; you may add content, but do not change anything major that will affect the outcome of your review.
Unlike other review sites, linking back is optional, not required. Although it is very much appreciated, I can't force you, can I?
Most reviews will be done in Google Chrome. I am also able to review in Internet Explorer, and Safari. Please mention in the form if you'd like me to review in a different browser.
Once you get your review and you would like a re-review, please wait at least one month, and be sure to at least make some changes to your site involving the suggestions from my review.

What is Snowflake? Snowflake reviewing includes the same criteria as the standard review that most sites already offer. The rubric below goes more in-depth on what to expect from getting a Snowflake review.
FIRST GLANCE ##/10 This is where I mention what I first think about your site; the vibe I get from the top of your layout, and the things that go through my mind when I see your color scheme. Does it remind me of anything? Do things look properly executed and labeled correctly? To get a 10/10, make sure that the color scheme matches your layout, whether it is a CSS layout with a banner on top, or a graphic layout with beautiful images. Color schemes mostly include the different headers in your coding, the background of your layout/site, and your bold/italic/underline colors.
LAYOUT ##/30 Most of your visitors pay attention to this, and definitely judge your site on whether the layout is appealing to the eyes or not. Is it creative? Are there different, unique shapes in it? Is it a custom or a premade? Honestly, most visitors dislike it if your site uses a premade or a template, but if the premade/template does its purpose, looks decent, and organizes all of your content neatly, and orderly, then it serves its purpose, does it not? I will not deduct points if you use a premade, so no worries. Maybe one reason I will take off points is if you use it with no effort. What do I mean by this? I mean sure, you can use a template, but to show effort, you should edit the layout by adding more coding and uniqueness, or changing up the color scheme a bit, you know?
CONTENT&QUALITY ##/20 Is your site a premade site? If so, your layouts should be good quality. Is your site a request site? If it is, then your buttons/banners, etc. should be good quality. Is your site a review site? If yes, then your reviews should be good quality. What do I mean by good quality, exactly? Quality means that your layouts look neat and presentable, your buttons/banners, etc. should be nice and unique, and your reviews should be concise, and in-depth. Introductions, professionalism, and originality all come together when forming quality content. Need help writing an introduction to your site? Wondering how to make your site different from others in your category? Do you need some pointers on how to review? For those, and more, check out Apartment Nine's Content section (/~Happilyyeverafter#con). Do you run a request site where visitors are unhappy with your service? Visit How to Offer Great Service (/~_Castlegard_) for help on how to boost your visitor's happiness and thought on your request site!
ORGANIZATION ##/20 Although this part of any site is very simple, most sites still are not organized, and clutter things in small spaces; before requesting this review, be sure that a) your updates box is a reasonable size. The height should be at least 200px or more, and the width should be around 250px to 300px at the smallest. Don't you just hate it when you read a sit's update, but you have to scroll every fifth word? I know I do. b) make sure that your main content box, where you store your introduction, etc. for your site, is no smaller than your updates box -- it should be about 100px or 200px wider. c) if you are a review site, please have your review boxes appropriate in size for the same reason as the updates box; especially if your reviews are descriptive and in-depth, as they should be, so that the scrolling will not get in the way as much. Also, check to see that every part of your site is labeled correctly. Have your affiliates where the affiliate section is, etc. And lastly, I suggest requesting link sweeps for your site or click on every link around to see if they are either broken, or is the site has moved so it is more convenient for your visitors.
CREATIVITY #/7 I cannot stress this enough; creativity in a site is what makes it unique and different from any other site in their category. For example, let's say you run a button request site. To be unique, you should maybe review buttons. Give people that extra push to strive better, and take more thought into each button they work on. You could also create button resources for others to use, especially other button request sites. If you host a link directory site, you should offer link sweeps, mostly to other link directories, because although you are in the same category, it doesn't mean you're competing and can't help each other out! Whatever the category your site is in, think of something that most sites in your kind don't have, and add it to yours to make it worthwhile for people to visit it on a daily basis. Think out of the box!
SPELLCHECK #/5 Spellchecking is very important, especially when being professional in your site. Spellchecking also includes being literate; d0 n07 ch47 lyk d15 1n y0ur 51T3 b3c4uz3 1T hur75 ppl'5 3y3s, right? Yeah, thought so. Refrain from using that type of chatspeaking because it also drives visitors away from your site. Also try to avoid using smilies from Neo as you see on the Neoboards. And stay away from smilies like ^_^ or :3 because it just looks unprofessional, and people will not take you or your work seriously. I will be checking for correct spelling, and correct grammar usage, too. I will deduct one point every time I see three mistakes.
SITELY #/8 How do you get an 8 out of 8 in Sitely, you ask? Simple -- you should have at least 5-7 affiliates, at least 4 linkback buttons, and be listed at at least one or two directories. Well, if it's that easy, why is this worth so many points? Why, because first, your linkback buttons should be high-quality. If half of your linkback buttons are good quality, then you're good to go! Also, make sure some of your affiliates are high-quality as well; you want to make sure you're noticed by visitors of great well-known sites, don't you? If you have all of that, congratulations, you've earned the full 8 points!
FINAL COMMENTS This is pretty self-explanatory. I will be mentioning anything I feel that needs to be mentioned about your site, how I think it is doing, and if I recommend your site in its category or not. If so, great job! If not, be sure to look over your review again to fix any errors in your site, and also work on making your content higher-quality, and definitely get listed at more directories -- being listed is always helpful to become more popular. Lastly, I will also be giving you your score out of 100 points here, so we shall then cue the dramatic music. Thank you for taking the time to read this rubric, and good luck on your review!
What is Hot Chocolate? Getting a Hot Chocolate review is the same as getting a Pros&Cons review; what is that? Well, I list everything I like about your site, and everything that could be improved on your site.
PROS
If there is anything good I notice about your site, I would list them all in bullet points; there is no limit -- I could have more Pros than Cons (which is good), or, I could have more Cons than Pros (which is not so good, but definitely more beneficial to you so you could make your site better).

What is Snow Angel? Receiving a Snow Angel review is the same as a Visual Inspection. What is a Visual Inspection? I would take a screenshot of your site, specifically the part that I am reviewing. Every time I move onto a different section, I take a screenshot, put it here for you to see, and I write all the comments on the screenshot, and any extra information in the box below!

NUMBER 1 Once the problem is noted on the screenshot, I will label each paragraph the number it is, then expand my thought here, and tell you what I think about it. I will take a screenshot of whatever I feel needs more help (or 'ayuda,' haha), and tell you how to fix it. This will be as long as it needs to be to address all aspects of your site to make it the best it can possibly be. Each problem could possibly be about the layout, any organization ideas/problems, or any spelling errors that should be corrected.

What is Snowman? Requesting a Snowman review is the same thing as requesting for a Five Star review. A Five Star review would be me typing a few paragraphs about what I think about your site, and what could be changed/how to change it. Then, instead of a final score/final comment section, I would rate your site out of five stars.
WHAT I THINK Here, I would write a few paragraphs about how your site looks to me, and how I think it's doing. I would look around, and grade you on if your content is good-quality, meaning if your buttons are the best they could be, if your reviews are as in-depth as possible, or if you have a good amount of links in your directory, etc. I would also 'judge' your site on how many broken links it has, and any spelling/grammar/punctuation mistakes it contains, and of course, give you the correct version. I'll let you know what you can improve on, but I will also mention what I truly love about your site, what you should continue doing, and what is really pushing your site up the ranks.

What is Icicle? When you request for an Icicle review, you are able to choose one specific aspect of your site for me to look at. I will write a paragraph on what I think, and what I suggest you do to make it better. After, I will also rate that section out of 10 points for you to see what I currently think of it.
(SECTION NAME) This is the paragraph where I tell you the things I like about your section, and what could be changed to make it better. These are the sections I can review for you;
Layout
Banner
Sitely
Reviews
Quality of (any) Graphics
Updates
Linkback Quality
Extras Section
The list can go on -- you are able to choose at most 3 sections of your site for me to review in one, single review. And you don't only need to choose from the list above. If you have anything else you'd like me to review, please go ahead and let me know; the list above could go on forever!

Soroptimist Directory | Snowflake | 12.29.11

The Creperie | Hot Chocolate | 01.##.12
B'Quest | Snowflake | 01.##.12

Template from That Kills Me.
Request Status, and bullets from The Lunch Box.
Button Placeholders from Foomanshu.
Banner, Icon, and Layout Editing by Suhrenuh.
Banner textures from Nienke's Resources and Innocense.
Counter started on Decemer 25th, 2011

FIRST GLANCE 9/10 While entering Soroptimist Directory, the layout made by Shingie gives me a warm feeling, especially with the use of the greens and subtle yellows in the banner. Although my eyes go to one particular part of the banner; the lettering. Even though the textures on the banner give a minimal orange glow, the banner maker should have used a color such as #F7ED3C, and darker versions of the color as well -- the orange just looks a bit out of place. Also, there is a very beautiful color scheme around the site, yet the first thing that is noticeable in your Introduction to the Experience section, your bold is plain black. Maybe try spicing it up a bit by using this as the bold coding;
-1 for mismatched colors/dullness
LAYOUT 29/30 The layout Soroptimist is currently using is a custom-made layout from Shingie, and many visitors may value that, although there is no matter whether it is a premade or a custom. The layout is functional when navigating throughout the site because 1. the sidebar with all navigation links are anchored to quickly find what you are looking for, and 2. when looking for a specific site, you can use ctrl+f and it still works; well-done. The navigation bar to the left is also partially color-coded which helps the visitor in different browsers since you can either hover over Soroptimist, or click the orange links below. One thing I must point out is that yes, you mentioned the layout is not functional in Internet Explorer, but Internet Explorer is one of the most used Website Browsers world-wide, so just keep in mind to try to make it functional in that browser as well. Also, viewing in Google Chrome, everything is normal and fine, but one thing you can fix for Internet Explorer users is editing the Welcoming Booth/Getting Listed box's height in pixels because there is unnecessary scrolling going up and down -- I suggest expanding the height by 15-20 px from 228px to at least 243px or more so the scroll bar to the right is gone.

-1 for issues in different browsers
CONTENT&QUALITY 18/20 The content you offer at Soroptimist Directory consists of links to sites, and your goal is to help people find what they need. Soroptimist meets that goal, definitely, but most of your links are dead and must be swept, or must be grey-linked because they are on hiatus such as Random in the Untaken Names section. Marking sites that are on hiatus or removing sites that are closed is a big component to directories because it may bring your listed site amount down, and your directory will not meet its full potential in giving your visitors many options in each category to choose from.
Also, you still have button place holders in sections that still need a few more to achieve the completed top 8 ranked sites. By finishing them, you would help your 'customer' make smart decisions in which site to check in on first if they get lost in all of the links below. I'd finish the ranking sections if I were you. The following sections are incompleted:
Adoptions&Trades
Coding&Design
Dailies&NP Guides
Link Directories
Miscellaneous
Neoboard Fonts
Premade Fonts
Requests
Other than those minor changes that need to be made, your content and the quality of your content is above average, and very-well made/thought out. Nicely done.
-1 for not updating links
-1 for incomplete rankings
ORGANIZATION 19/20 Overall, Soroptimist is very organized; your Getting Listed area is easily found, you have a symbol key to help your visitors understand what each marking means next to sites, and you separate sites into specific categories. Then you put them into columns and boxes as well to make sure Soroptimist does not have unnecessary scrolling up&down as well. Yet, there is only one suggestion; the Site Community should be near the top. Or at least the Sitely News. Being able to view the news at the top or near the top of the page would definitely be more convenient to the visitor so it is the first thing they see -- they'll be able to tell which sites have specials, which sites have revamped, or any site that currently has open requests right away. Just a thought! Other than that, your site is pretty spiffy when it comes to organization!
-1 for misplacement
CREATIVITY 6/7 Cass, you always come up with amazing surprises, invent crazy new ideas to add, and love entertaining your visitors with so many different original creations that Soroptimist holds. These sections are what make Soroptimist Directory stand out to others:
Getting Listed URL -- Most people may not notice this, but you really think about your visitor convenience when having others get listed; you put an address in the text area with all the text ready instead of a form like most sites which decreases the steps people have to take to neomail you.
Grey Links -- You made links grey to let your visitors know that the site they are looking at may be either a) filter afflicted or b) inactive/on hiatus.
Sitely News -- You let other sites post about what their site now has to offer and any changes they made to the site to let others know to stop by.
Some features I do miss though are the Featured Site section and the Advertising section that used to be there. I suggest to should bring those parts back because many people used to love them; they would know what sites you currently liked and what sites should be getting some recognition, and also, the free site advertising may be like the Sitely News, but what is truly different is when advertising, you mention everything about your site that makes you unique and what you have to offer, and when posting on the Sitely News, you just letting others know what you have to offer that very minute.
-1 for removing originality/lacking creativity
SPELLCHECK 4/5 Any grammar/spelling/punctuation mistakes will be marked here that need to be changed; there will be the version on your site, the corrected version which it should look like, and the reason why it should be changed.
-1 for a total of 3 errors
SITELY 6/8 The first section that will be looked at is Soroptimist Directory's linkback buttons. Most of your buttons are high-quality which is good, except for a couple.

This button has a few minor problems. First off, the text color could have been chosen differently; the button creator have gone for a darker grey such as #818080 because although the grey used in the button above is average and okay, when the 'flash' comes on, the grey is almost barely readable. Speaking of the 'flash,' it is too harsh for the eyes. It is almost as if it is flickering on and off rather than fading in and out like this one:
The second button that could definitely look better would be this one:

Two things; the border is one of them. Now, yes, the border is good quality and looks fine, but it seems almost as if the border is unfinished:

As you can see, there are two dots (in red) missing from the border which make it look rushed and sloppy as if the creator was running out of time to finish it and forgot to add the last two 'finishing touches.' Also, one other thing about the button is the animation. The color of it is too close to the letter border's color for most people's taste. Instead of #a45b8e, the color of the animation should have been #dba1c9 to distinguish the animation from the lettering border.
Next is your affiliates. Best Dressed has not been updated since the site has taken a vacation from August 5th to August 11th. Also, Drifting Designs has closed. Lastly, Peach Pit has not updated since October 2nd.
Finally would be your listers, but since Soroptimist Directory lists its listers with the rest of the directories, they are updated frequently and there are no closed directories.
-1 for 2 low-quality buttons
-1 for 3 closed/inactive affiliates
FINAL COMMENTS Cass, Soroptimist Directory is a wonderful directory, and one of the best, most constantly updated, and longest-living directories out there in Neopia, and this is very true. With just a few alterations and fixes to Soroptimist, it can be the most perfect site overall as well. Congratulations on your review, and well done. I have decided to give Soroptimist Directory a 91/100 with a total of 9 deducted points. Great job so far! You may request a re-review if you'd like on January 29th, 2012 as long as you make a few more changes to your site. Thank you very much for requesting a review; care to linkback?

PROS
ORGANIZATION -- Your layout is very organized and you can tell where everything is and where everything goes.
COLOR SCHEME -- Overall, the color scheme of your site is pretty much spot-on, but I do have a few suggestions in the cons section.
LAYOUT -- Again, the layout is great, but I have a couple tips for you when editing, etc. Great job though!
SIDE NOTE -- Just to inform you, I believe that having more cons than pros is actually better for you because having cons does not just mean you have faults or mistakes in your site; it means that there are open suggestions and opportunities to make your site better so it can live up to its full potential. Please do not be offended if there are more cons -- they are only there to help you improve on your doings, not to bring you down (just a reminder!) :)
CONS
NAVIGATION -- Your site navigation should be centered on your layout because it seems like it is aligned to the left. To center it, use this code:
Copy that code and paste it by replacing it with the code that looks similar to it; the code that needs to be replaced is after the hover coding for the navigation. Also, the navigation colors could be changed to make it stand out more and not just plain black, white, and shades of grey. I suggest using colors you see in your layout such as #438B8E (dark teal), #FFC166 (brighter orange), or #F35F44 (soft red/pink). You can play around and experiment with the different combinations of the hex codes, but I recommend this:
Place that code where the previous similar coding is to try it out. Feel free to edit it from there; that is just a suggestion.
HEADERS -- Your headers, especially your header threes, do not match the colors your layout provides. I suggest this for your header three:
With all the changes made so far, this is how your site would look:

The last header I'd suggest changing would be your header twos; I would change the color of the words to #43A2A4 and add a light blue underlining (#ADD7D8) so your headers would look like this:

Like the change? Here's the code:
REQUEST SECTION -- Okay, looking at your request section, the first thing you should change would be the rules and non-rules. The non-rules are unnecessary because although they're not actually 'rules,' they could possibly fall under the rules section. Remove the non-rules section, and re-write the rules like so:

You should also get rid of the divider because it is un-needed since each section is already divided by headers; the headers are also underlined which gives more emphasis to distinguish each part distinctively. Oh, and one more note would be to make the header FORM lowercase because capitalizing it looks unprofessional compared to the rest of the headers.
The next thing I notice in your request section is that when a visitor would go to request, there is a box with the form, not an actual 'textarea.' Add this code in your style tags and change the box coding where the form is to regular textarea tags:
Lastly, with the linkback section, instead of making each button and textarea a pair by adding br's and p's after one another, you should have all three buttons in the same row, then use a br to have all three textareas in the same row underneath the correct button by using this code:
Your setup would then look like this:

Just remember then to change the brackets [ ] to the carrot brackets!
LINKS AND ITALICS -- Finally, these last to aspects of the site look good, but to make them even better, change the hover color for the links to #F8964A because the current orange visitors see when hovering is a 'dirty' orange color. With the italics, make them a bit darker than the blue it is right now by using #3CBCBE.
FINAL COMMENTS Rollover is an extremely well-made site with lots of potential, and I'm sure over time, it will become one of the best button request sites in Neopia. I do have a few tips for your buttons, so if you'd like, you could request another review on February 7th, 2012 to have me focus on your buttons by requesting the Icicle review. Thank you very much for requesting a review; care to linkback?

Review number four goes here!
I have owned a previous review site. Because of this, I know the proper way to review, and how to deduct points.
First requester? Your review will be completed in less than two days. I understand what it is like to wait for a review, and my previous review site was more of a practice one for Ayuda. It was trial and error, and what I didn't think about was how long the person at the end had to wait. If you are the fourth person on the waiting list, you will wait no longer than five days for your finished review.
I can view sites from a visitor point of view. While reviewing your site as a professional reviewer, I also take into consideration how a visitor looking at your site would feel about being there as well, and also, surprisingly, I try my hardest to be in your shoes while re-reading this review, and make sure my responses one, make sense to the site owner by explaining as thoroughly as possibly, and two, trying to be helpful and give constructive criticism without hurting feelings or being offensive. If I fail to do so, I apologize in advance; that was not my intention.
My reviews can benefit specific categories. Not only have I owned a review site, but I have also owned a directory, and a button request site, so my advice to those types of sites is more helpful as opposed to other categories which is sadly limited. I know how to give good advice to definitely improve sites, but sometimes some types of sites may receive more help than other types just because I am unaware and unsure of how to run a few different themes.
My knowledge of grammar mechanics and spelling is large. Getting straight A's throughout grammar school and mostly high-school is very helpful when reviewing for any grammar/spelling/punctuation errors in a site, especially because Google Chrome has a built in spell-check like a Microsoft Word document, so it has those pretty red lines underneath words for me to correct!
I am not familiar with most site types. Those sites include:
Adoptables/Pixels
Art/Writing
Applications
Untaken Names
Screenies
Neoboard Fonts
Although I know the basics of most sites, I am not entirely sure of what some of the purposes are, especially for writing, how to advance and give advice, most certainly toward screenies, or how to be more creative with making fonts since I am not a font coding genius; sorry!
I have a busy life like most people. I'm sure everybody's parents expect them to do well in school, limit their time on the internet, and finish the endless piles and masses of homework that was assigned to them by the evil teachers of death... and that is pretty much my life, so, I will certainly come on every single day to check neomails, but I will let you all know in the updates what is going on in my life, and if I have plans, etc. I apologize, but I have parents who control my life, so yippee.
I own a guild. My guild, Vorpal, is something extremely close to me that I do not want to lose. As some of you may know, guilds take time and effort put into them than some sites, so if I am unable to update Ayuda, I hope you understand why, so please excuse me, but I would never abandon either one of them -- they're both equal in importance to me, so I try to split my time evenly between them.

Hey there guest, my name is Suhrenuh, but you can call me Suh for short. No, it's not my actual name, but I like to be called that. I think it is a creative, unique, and different way so spell Serena, and I love it a lot; I even have my friends and family spell it that way, so I'm pretty much used to it, haha! I am in high-school right now, I live in the United States, and my birthday is August 16th -- the best holiday ever~! ^_^
I also love using the cute little smilies like ^_^ o_o :3 etc., but I don't use it in reviews or anything professional; I figure it's okay to use them here though since this is about me :3
My family is quite large: my siblings don't play Neopets, but they respect my responsibilities on here as far as Ayuda and my guild, Vorpal, so they usually excuse me from playing games with them and stuff; maybe that's not a good thing, but I always make time for my family when I'm not on Neo! They also like to stalk me and sit behind me when answering neomails, creating graphics on GIMP, and coding layouts for Vorpal, or just random petpage layouts. Yes, I know how to make and code layouts, but I'm always too lazy to code them because I either never have the time, or... well, yeah, I'm just too lazy. I already sit down for hours on end just editing layouts ;D
Now, onto my Coke or Pepsi book to bring out some more randomness about me ^_^
What's more fun to pop; popcorn, bubble wrap, or balloons? Bubble wrap ^3^
If you were a dog, what kind would you be? Pomeranian~! :3
Eat m&m's one at a time, or by the handful? By the handful, of course!
Ultimate part of the cake; cake, frosting, or filling? Frosting... mmmm... :P
Dancing or listening to music? Listen to music, for sure!!
I wish I could be paid to... breathe; haha x)
Ever take the blame for something someone else did? Sadly, yes -- I got in trouble, but I guess it was worth it ;)
Would you rather be a cat and wash yourself, or a dog and get a bath? A dog and get a bath, because you never know if you fully clean yourself as a cat... o___o
Open your mouth to put on mascara? Haha, yeah; is that weird? ..... x_x
Do toothpaste worms in the sink bug you? Sometimes, but whenever they're mine, I don't always wash them out :O
