That's right. Even look it up yourself. There is no toilet paper anywhere on any item databases. For centuries, Neopians have been smuggling in this rare necessity from Earth. They have been struggling and risking their lives for something that should obviously be available. What us humans would consider a daily part of life… impossible to find in Neopia?
With constantly stricter rules, we some day fear that toilet paper too will be considered 'technology not found in Neopia'. We fear someday Neopets will no longer be allowed to smuggle it in.
Neopia has towels. Neopia has tissues. But what about the toilet paper?
The toilet paper holder screams for its own place in the Neohome. It screams to be fairly represented. We have Green Kau Cotton Tip Dispensers, as pointed out by darlinggal84 floating around Neopia. We can put WRESTLING RINGS in our Neohome. We can marvel at popcorn machines, and biting Meepit lamps. But we can't put toilet paper into our homes? Why isn't there even a Toilet Paper related item?! What kind of abomination is this?
We asked politely for you to fairly represent the toilets.
What did you do? YOU SHUT US DOWN. YOU DESTROYED ALL OF OUR HOPES AND DREAMS.
AGAIN.
You have broken our hearts. You have ruthlessly tricked us, time and time again, through conspiracies such as the Bonju avatar.
Yet this, TNT, is obviously more important. This bathroom discrimination is obviously the final straw. This is more important then the Altador Cup, the NC Mall, and even Neoschool… this is a horrible abomination. Our Neopets are terrified of the cruel rulers who will not even allow them toilet paper. I think I speak for everyone when I say that Neopia is consumed with outrage at this hygienic failure.
This is what Team Toilet is for.
The bathroom has been shunned for too long. We need the toilets to have their say. We need a Toilet Paint Brush.
We need toilet paper for all.
Team Toilet stands for equal bathroom rights.
And we will not sit down until we get our toilet paper.
UPDATE: 2/13/09
^ Will they only add toilet paper, support both causes of toilet paper and a Toilet Paint Brush, or forget about the toilet paper itself? We will have to see! But for right now, team toilet will still keep working towards toilet rights, since nothing is set in stone yet. I have attempted to infiltrate the editorial with no success, but TNT obviously likes Tyler better.

This new Blumaroo toilet paper dispenser from Roo Island Souvenirs promises to put a smile on your face every time you reach for the roll.
At first I was excited. Then I was filled with rage. There is only one roll in that dispenser. ONLY ONE. HOW ON EARTH ARE WE SUPPOSED TO LIVE WITH ONLY ONE ROLL!!!?!
We don't need dispensers, TNT. We need the toilet paper. D;
