LUNA: EMMY: "Update the BC bloc each Friday, Secure a new member into the Welcoming position (GRC)." KITTY: "Overall I want to keep the PCC updated and make sure to remind people about it on a weekly basis. Keep everything updated @ the Pet Creation Vacation, make sure people know when new prompts are put up, and make sure that everyone is happy with what's happening in the event!" + community outreach for the GRC in progress MARYANN: "Have May's Theme Week completely written in preparation for its release in the second week of May." AHN : "Have the completed Spring Collage up by Sunday." LINDSEY : "Update information on the Goal Challenge page." SILL : "Send out mail to all those part of the committee, check up on the activities, make sure we're all doing something, check for vacancies, and update the pages and services." ANNA : "Redo the page layout and create new activities for the Customization Bloc, start up the noticeboard and think of future event plans." MOJO : "Find two more lenders for Avatar Lending. Update Avatar Hunt, and start planning next month's AC Event." KELLY : "If possible, plan up a monthly/weekly event and pop onto the board whenever possible." mission:
Our mission here at the Employment Agency is to create an atmosphere within the guild where staff members feel productive, acknowledged and appreciated. We hope to create a strong base of staff members and equal delegation of tasks in order to prevent any one staff member from feeling overwhelmed or overburdened with responsibility.purpose:
1) Ensure that all staff members have equal responsibility in helping and maintaining the guild.
2) Break down jobs/ tasks withing the guild into easy, quick and manageable steps--keeping daily tasks down to 10-15 minutes dedicated to the guild for a total of an hour or less per week per staff member.
3) Record weekly goals, progress and accomplishments and displaying them in a way that makes them accessible and easily understood/ utilized by members.
4) Recognize and reward staff members for their time and dedication to the guild.
5) Promote a forum for quick and efficient feedback, where everyone member should feel included in all major guild decisions and functions.
6) Maintain a strong administrative foundation, where all members of the guild interact and work together to keep the guild active.
vision:
It is our hope the The Neo Project will be a standalone guild, meaning that the guild is not dependent on any one member to keep it working and thriving. All staff members share and equal share and stake in the guild's success and accomplishments.
