Q: Can I be your friend?
A: If you ask me this, you'll just get a no. I'm open to have conversations or roleplay though, and if we connect that way I'm sure we'll likely be friends!
Q: Will you RolePlay with me?
A: Usually, yes! Though, keep in mind I will likely poke around your pet page or pet look up for a while to get a sense of what kind of character it is :D. I don't often roleplay through neomail (but I am willing), so if you would like to join my guild and have a uni/peo to RP with, that's fine too!
Q: Will you draw me a picture?
A: Ah, unfortunately I rarely even have time to draw my friends free pictures. Art is how I make a living/money in the real world. However, I do consider myself to be a reasonably priced artist for hire. For more information, please contact me on DA, as Neopets doesn't allow such transactions to take place via their site.
Q: How old are you?
A: I always forget to update this, so it's likely out of date. Right now, I'm 23 years old :)
Q: Is Cricket your real name? How did you get that nickname?
A: For a while I wanted it to be my real name, but as these things usually go, I grew out of it :) On the internet it seems to have stuck around, so feel free to call me that! I got the nickname from my everlasting love for singing. I feel very alive when I sing, and Cricket seemed like a cute fitting nickname, since they sing too!
Q: How did you learn how to draw?
A: It started off with lots of crayons, and lots of doodles on the walls of my house when I was very little. Since then, it's almost never stopped. I draw constantly. Though middle school and high school I took a few classes to bump up my technique. Beyond that, it's all practice. I know you'll probably hear this over and over again, but that's really what it comes down to. If you want to get good at something, you have to pour yourself into it :)
Also, believe it or not, I owe a lot of my skill in drawing Equines to Neopets.com. When I joined, I wanted to enter the BC and at the time, Unis were not a popular category. So I went for that!
Q: What program do you use?
A: Adobe Photoshop CS4 now! I went through almost every stage in photoshop history though.

The Hooves of Grace meadow is ageless. Time compares naught to my home. I remember when Felicity came to me, excitement vivid in her eyes. I had my doubts when she spoke of the land-- trees which grazed the sky, silken grass, flowing water that glittered like diamonds in sunlight-- but I followed her. There, we formed a herd together. We were small at first, cozy and comfortable, but the magic in the air quickly drew in more and more. As the years passed, members came and went, but I could never abandon the place. The meadow is my home, and I have protected it with my life.
