The Noodle Shop offer premade fonts, whether you are looking for picture fonts, word fonts, and even some fonts made with just symbols and/or smileys. Feel free to contact me about anything and I try my best to answer it. If you do not receive a reply within 2 weeks, it may have been lost, so feel free to send another one. Okay. So, here are some things you might be wondering, and I will give you the answer. I hope this will be useful. If you have a question that is not here, feel free to mail me.


Do I still have to give credit even if i changed all the colors and words?
Yes, you do.

Why? I edited most of the stuff already, you can't even tell it's from your site
You didn't make the entire font and the base is still from here. Please give credit.

Can I get your fonts rated?
Yes, yes you can. Just add in somewhere it was a premade or something along the lines as that.

Can I edit your fonts?
Yes, yes you can. Don't take credit for the entire font though.

Do I have to use the suggested avatar?
Nope, use whichever avatar you want. Those are just suggestions.

What is a NB pen and what does it stand for?
A NB pen, short for Neoboard Pen/Green Neoboard pen. It is an item in the NC mall that can be bought for 300nc. Many font makers value this item because it gives more space to make fonts. Even without NB pens, you can still make lots of creative fonts, so don't feel like it is required when making fonts.

Notes

When you see this smiley: it means it requires a NB Pen for the font.
Some fonts may look weird in certain browsers.

Alt+255

What does it do? What is it? Why is it mentioned a lot? Alt+255 makes a space. An invisible space you can say. I use it in most picture fonts to align everything. It is very useful to me and probably many other font makers. However, they aren't pasteable so if you use a picture font, sometimes it won't work well if you don't use alt+255 for a space.
NOTE: you will need a number pad for alt+255.

For those of you on macs, someone told me that option+space might work. I don't own a mac so I'm not sure if it works, sorry.

Maybe you can't find a way to make it work, there's always other stuff you can replace it with, like:

These are all ways you can substitute the alt+255 with.

Alt+255 Alternative: alt+kii

There is an alternative to alt+255 that serves the same function and does not require a number pad. My laptop already has a number pad, but I know that many other laptops do not. Fear not, during a visit to my sister's, I found out that alt+255 can be done without a number pad. If I remember correctly, all you need to do is press the number lock button on your computer, which is usually on the top. Then, you hold on to alt and press letter k, then i, and then another i and then let go of the alt key. The k is the number 2 during number lock, and letter i is number 5. So, it is alt+kii (with number lock). Remember to press the number lock button again after using alt+kii so there aren't any problems when typing afterwards.

Font faces

The two font faces I use for most of my fonts are verdana and tahoma. In my opinion, they both look great and they are readable. But sometimes, you might want a different style so here's a list of some font faces that i recommend:
Verdana
Tahoma
Arial
Georgia
Monospace (great for picture fonts in my opinion)
consolas

On my sunglasses font, someone told me the lyrics might have been oppan gangnam style, so feel free to change it to whichever you prefer (thank you person who told me that).

Picture Fonts

Use alt+255/alt+kii instead of the . to make the "invisible space". Using alt+255/alt+kii is highly recommended, but not required. For more information about it, head over to "Notes" in the navigation on the top.
