Stern, dedicated, and difficult to impress, Sobakka can be both quiet and charismatic. His proud demeanor often has him mistaken for vain, however, and has thus his competence as Czar has been questioned, though most have high expectations for the young ruler and truly believe he is capable of fulfilling them.

Despite being of Darigan background, Sobakka has been raised with a good heart and a stalwart mind. If not for his appearance, his blood ancestry would never have been guessed.

My adoptive father, the late Czar of Ursais... He did not have the death he deserved. Aside from being an eccentric man, a bit difficult to follow and sometimes overconfident, he made a far better ruler than I believe I am apt to be. I owe him more thanks than I was able to give him. Oh, yes, he also seemed to have a way with the ladies...

He probably doesn't know the hilt of a sword from the blade, and he has the temper of a small child. Still, he's my brother, and with all his faults, and believe me, he has many, I couldn't abandon him. He isn't all bad, really, he's simply... impressionable.





Volknox. Airship navigator and mechanic I believe. If memory serves me right she served on the ship Nickoli captained. I'd be within my rights to call her a scoundrel, but... she seemed to have her act far more together than the rest of the miscreant's on that ship, including my brother.
