This is a place where draik day draiks are celebrated for being the amazing treasures they are. Draik day draiks are also known as 9/9/09 draiks, which is the date that they were created. Neopets allowed people to create a small number of draiks on this day. They later said this was an glitch and that everyone may keep their draiks. Whats the 9/9/09 draik debate? Its the debate about if 9/9/09 draiks are the same as draiks created on another other day by other means. I personally think so, but I do own one of the beauties.
Does a 9/9/09 draik trade for less than other draiks? People try to offer lowly on draik day draiks with very very little success. Draik owners are smart enough to realize the only other way the person will get a draik is pay the nps to morph one or adopt one by being chosen as an owner against hundreds of other applicants.
Is it true that 9/9/09 draiks are gaining lots of popularity? They certainly are. They are a part of neopets history. The very first draiks released were creatable.
