No, the first release it was on Feb. 2 as a random event on Terror Mountain, Now it is released a month earlier for the Advent Calender...

You can Find them in the Gift Shop (does not stock year around, only stocks for 7 days, Feb.8 - Feb 14.), also a lucky few may get one from the Igloo garage sale (Stocks them all year, but are rare there), otherwise you will have to pay the inflators...
I sent it to a friend, now what do I do
Go to your site preferences and change your sidebar. Your friend also gets the sidebar.
My friend won't give it back or Can I borrow yours
It is a one time use item, and disappears after you send it, that is why it is so costly...
