New Member Requirements

So you're interested in joining The Vault™, huh? The Vault™ is a private guild made so to ensure its members that the community within is trustable. In order to enforce this, we must keep a close eye on who we let join our guild. The requirements posted below must be met by any aspiring new member before they may receive a key to the guild.

Requirements

You must have at least 100 total keys in collection.
At least 25% of your total key count must be gold
Unless you have over 200 silver keys.

Guild Rules

Below is a list of guild rules, following TNT's rules and regulations, that you should be careful not to break.

NP/NC items or points will NEVER be given away as prizes for guild events or activities.
Be respectful on the guild message board. Please do NOT: spam, use hard to read fonts, over-advertise your shop/trades/auctions, or start arguments.
Do NOT cheat or quit on your opponent. This shouldn't need explaining. If you wouldn't try to pull it over on someone you're sitting down playing a board game with, don't try it in Key Quest.

Breaking any of these rules is enough to get you permanently blocked from The Vault™.

Guild Rankings

So you're tired of being a yellow key, huh? Want to know how to upgrade?
Read below to find out the requirements for various levels of rank changes.

Participating in a guild event: 1 credit
Winning a guild activity: 1 credit

Yellow Key:
Red Key:
Blue Key:

White Key:

Become a member of The Vault™.
At least 1 credit and 50 messages on the guild board.
At least 2 credits and 100 messages on the guild board.
At least 3 credits and 200 messages on the guild board.
At least 4 credits and 400 messages on the guild board. You must also meet a secret requirement.

*Plays trumpet fanfare* Hello Vaulties! School is over for me, so my workload has decreased dramatically! I hope you are all as excited as I am to get started on a summer full of fun and games! I want to say a quick thank you to each and every one of you who have been such loyal friends and have acted as the backbone to this guild. You are all some of the coolest people I know, not only because you are vaulties, but because I know that you all have beautiful hearts. Thank you.

A new kind of tournament...

*Ugghh!! I'm so bored! There is nothing to do in this castle,* The aggravated Kyrii looks up and notices you standing there. *What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be playing in the mud with the other Vaulties?* She rolls her eyes and looks down her nose at you. *Be gone from my sight!* You lower your head and begin to walk away in shame. *Wait just a minute!* The Kyrii calls after you with an evil smirk on her face, *I have an idea.*

The Kyrii looks at you sweetly, *Allow me to properly introduce myself. I am Lord Vaultemort's leading lady. Lady Callista, that is.* She sticks a dainty hand out and you give it a gentle kiss. *What in Neopia is wrong with you?* She yells with a whack! *Shake my hand. Shake!* You slink back in embarrassment. *If you could pretend to be normal for just a second, I'll explain my grand idea! For my entertainment, I call forth a tournament of games! And it shall be called... Key Quest Survivor!*

Key Quest Survivor

Below is a vague overview of how the tournament will run. Further instructions will be given when sign-ups have ended.

Participants will be assigned to one of four (or more) possible teams.
Teams will be paired in scheduled rounds where they will battle it out in games of Key Quest for team points.
- The team with the most points at the end of the round will win immunity.
- The weakest link of each losing team will be sent to redemption island where they will be given a chance to return to their team.
The team with the most victories at the end of the tournament wins!
Players with outstanding team contributions will also be recognized.

Rules

*Now I know you are excited,* Lady Callista beings, *but there are rules you must follow. Break just one and you'll be eliminated from the tournament... and possibly... the guild.*

No NP/NC items or currency will be awarded to anyone.
Quitting and cheating of any kind is strongly prohibited.
Be kind and respectful of others.
This event is for members of The Vault™ only.
Simply neomail or leave a message on the guild board to send a challenge to someone on another team. Challenges can be accepted or denied at the will of each individual.

Coloring Book Challenge

Introducing the first activity for creative minds: The Coloring Book Challenge! Do you imagine the world as your blank canvas, clean and ready to be filled with your creative genius? If so, this is the activity for you!

Rules

New CBC's start on the first of each month.
At the start of each challenge, your canvas is chosen for you. Print out or copy the image into paint (or any image editing program) and let your imagination do its job.
Upload and save your edited image onto any page then submit the link to potential_ruler.
The submissions will be laughed at-- judged by a special panel, and a winner will be chosen at the end of the month.
Send in as many entires as you'd like, but only your best entry will be chosen for judging.
Consider your canvas as more of a guideline rather than law and remember that entries will be judged on artistic ability AND creativity.

Customization Corner

Do your pets get a lot of compliments? Do you pride yourself in your ability to customize any species for any occasion? Well here in the Customization Corner you'll pit your fashion senses against your guild mates for the monthly title of Fashionista! Faboo!

Rules

New CC's start on the first of each month.
At the start of each challenge, choose one of your pets on your main account to be your "model".
Style your pet to the best of your ability and save. Turn in your creation by sending the pet name to potential_ruler.
There is a maximum of only one CC submission per person per month.
The outfits will be judged on personality AND originality.

Monthly Junk Drive

Tired of all the junk you've been getting from Key Quest clogging up your inventory?
How would you like to put all of that annoying junk to good use?!

The Monthly Junk Drive is an ongoing activity where you compete with other guild members to donate the most Key Quest junk for the monthly title of Top Donor. Like all activities, though, there are rules you should follow.

Rules

To donate junk, divide the items into lots at the Trading Post.
Each lot must contain a minimum of 10 items. Lots with less than 10 items will be ignored.
Neomail potential_ruler to let him know that you have a junk lot available for pick-up. He will place an offer on your lot and adjust your monthly total when you accept.
Only junk won from Key Quest will count toward your total. No other junk items will count.
Items sent individually through the "Send To Neofriend" option in your inventory will no longer be accepted.

At the end of the month, Potential_ruler will declare the winner and drop off all of the donated junk at the money tree.

Guild Till

Lord Vaultemort's fortune wasn't built on Key Quest alone. In fact, from time to time Lord Vaultemort has been known to tax vaulties to fund his lavish lifestyle. Times have changed, however, and taxation without representation is now severely frowned upon, so Lord Vaultemort has opened a donation shop that he hopes will bring in enough revenue to keep his enormous castle from crumbling.

To ensure that members donate, Lord Vaultemort has declared the Guild Till to be The Vault™'s newest monthly activity! The highest donating vaultie will win the activity and the month-long title of *Tiller-Upper*! Quick! Your King is watching! You should visit the Guild Donation Shop now!
