Rules are simple enough-
1. Your account NEEDS to be at least 4 months old in order to adopt any cool pets this includes adopting limited edition pets!
2. You simply neomail the owner saying what you plan on doing with the pets. If you only want it for a certian avatar it is likely that you will be rejected. But if you really want the pet and send a polite neomail to them, they will get back to you saying if you are accepted or not.
3. You cannot be rude. If you are rude or inconsiderate to the owner they have the right to revoke your application immediatly!
4. Please refrain from using excessive amounts of chatspeak. lol's are fine but not "OMG! I lub ur pets! give it 2 me plz!" (example)
5. You must realize that this is not a sure thing. Once the pet is in the pound anyone, and I mean anyone can adopt it.
6. You can decide on a time via neomail or if you have an I.M. you can contact the owner via that. It is a lot safer that way!
