The Neopets Team announced a plushie being released on the news page months ago, and it's still not out! How can I convince them to release it?

Many people try posting boards, hoping TNT will read it, but this is not the best way. TNT will probably not respond to that. Maybe try sending them a message here asking why it wasn't been released, and when it will be. If something was supposed to be released the other day, be patient. It takes them a while.

Where can I get sporkle syrup?

Since it is an unbuyable, you can't get it in the shops, but try the trading post and the auctions. Trades are your best bet, though!

My pet refuses to be groomed! What do I do?

Grooming does nothing to the appearance of your pet, so it just wastes neopoints. Forget it.

My pet is miserable, and playing games isn't helping. What do I do?

You can either buy them a toy and play with them with it over and over, or go to the Roo Island Merry-Go-Round and pay 50 nps per ride. You will have to ride about 5-10 times to make a miserable pet really happy.

I was hacked! What can I do?

You were not hacked, you were scammed, and there is a difference. Change your pw immediately! Make it something so personal that not even an identical twin could guess it. After that, remember what you did when you first got your account and how you earned neopoints, whether it was playing games, stock market,etc. and do that. Remember to do your dailies, as well. Always shop on half price day. I got a garden gnome worth 13-40k or under 2,000 neopoints! Using the shopwizrd, lookup expensive items like transmogrification potions, and refresh by pressing 'R' and 'F5' at the same time. People somtimes underprice these items.

When do they update the sheild on your userlookup?

It is updated every month to a new sheild, unless you are new, and it changes from newbie 3 days, to 1 week to 2 weeks to 3 weeks to 1 month and such all in a month.

How long does it take to get a picture into the art gallery after I have submitted?

About a week after you submit it, you should recieve a neomail from TNT saying if your submission was accepted, and if it was, it should be in the next Art Gallery.

Whenever I visit the neopian shops of the bazaar and main place, there is never anything in stock! Why?

The shops restock at special times. Your best bet is Half Price day, but every other day, I find that there are things in stock at either 2, 4, 6, or 8 minutes past the ten. This is not guaranteed, it is just something I have noticed, however it has not been thouroughly tested.

No. The only plushie that turn the pet into the plushie colour and species are the magical plushie that have the word 'magical' in their name.

This is a common problem with guilds. If something is wrong with the link, it will display everything above the link, not the link, and nothing that is supposed to be under the link. Go back to edit your page, and be sure that the code is right. Typos will do that. Once the code is correct, everything else will go back to normal.

The answer is completely random. It doesn't matter the name they give you, it's not always the same. To find out, complete two esophogaur quests. He will tell you one part of the answer each time. Be sure to write down what he tells you so that you don't forget!

I zapped my pet with the petpet laboratory ray. What will happen if I remove the petpet from my pet?

To prevent people from making a ton of neopoints from re-selling zapped petpets, the petpet will return to the form it was in prior to the zapping.

How do I feed my petpet?

As a petpet belongs to your pet, your pet take care of most things when it comes to petpets, such as playing with it, feeding it and grooming it. You have nothing to do with this, and do not have any part in buying grooming items for it, etc. You can talk to the petpet and name it by clicking here and clicking on the image of the petpet that you want to name/talk to.

Can armour such as 'Full _____ (insert pet name) Armour be used on pets other than _______ (name of pet)?

No, if an item has a pet name in it, such as full _____ (insert pet name) armour, it is only for that neopet, however there may be few exceptions.

I just bought a really expensive petpet for my pet! Will my pet eat it? I don't want my neopoints to be wasted!

Skeiths and Grarrls can eat petpets, but only if you feed it to them! When you go to equip the petpet, make sure you check what you have selected from the drop-down menu, that it is not 'Feed to ______ (insert pet name). Select 'Give to ________ (insert pet name'.

My pet is a total battledomer! Is there any way that I can raise my pet's maximum hit points?

Yes, go to the Island Training School and sign your pet up for a course in 'Endurance'.

I entered the Caption Contest, but I entered a pretty lame caption! I have thought of a better one now...can I enter again?

I accidently reported someone who didn't do anything wrong, and I feel horrible! What can I do?

You can't do anything, but don't worry! TNT checks out what you reported before freezing the person, and they'll only freeze the person if they are doing something against the rules.

I don't have Paint Shop Pro, and I only have Paint, and I want to make a button for my page, like yours. How do I do this?

Okay, I'll try to walk you through this as simply and easily as possible.

1) First, choose the size. Height 18, Width 88 is fairly popular. Make your attributes your desired size.
2) Open another Paint wind*w. This is where you will get your image ready.
3) Now, find an image which you want on your button, for example, I chose a rainbow kougra. Right click on the image and select 'Copy' and return to your second paint wind*w, for preparing your image. Now go into 'Edit' and select 'Paste'.
4) Now, Go into 'Image' at the top toolbar and select 'Stretch/Skew'. It will allow to type in a percentage (%) to enlarge or shrink your image. Obviously, a % smaller than 100 will shrink your image, d a % larger than 100 with enlrage it. Experiment with this until you have the size that you want. If you only want say, the eye of a kougra, you don't have to make the kougra small enough to fit on, but make sure the eye is the right size.(Don't worry about removing any un-wanted parts of the image.)
5) Now, right click on your image and open your first paint wind*w, and go into 'Edit' and then 'Paste'. Now, position your image where you want it on your blank button space. If you only wanted say, the eye, position it so that only the eye shows, and the inage is in turn too lage, and shows only the eye! Image too large/small? Return to step #4.
6) You may want to add a background. Just use the Fill (Paint Can) Tool in the colour you want to fill it in, and add some mouse-drawn details if you like using the 'Pencil', 'Spray Paint' and other tools.
7) Use the text tool to add the name of your site!
8) Now, save your button, and go here:
and click 'Browse' and find your button. Click 'Upload' and then use the 'Direct Link' code, and add put

before your code. Then, (removeing spaces) put

and then put your direct link after that, with

Neggs come in many different 'flavours', if you will. Basically, you feed them to yor pet, and some neggs have special powers that will increase your pet's intelligence, make it gain a level, harm it, etc. Alternatively, you can go to the Neggery and exchange them for negg tokens, which can later be exchanged for different neggs on sale at the Neggery.
