June 5th, 2001- Wow... a new blue shoyru was created today.... ME!!! Lizzyjun created me today, 16 days after my brother, Byakko... I am so happy to be here, to fly around in the sky, and to play with the clouds!

August 23rd, 2001- I found something else I really like to do! I like trying to get stronger! I went to the island training school for the first time the other day, and I really liked it! I wanna try to get stronger!

December 31st, 2001- I am so jealous of Byakko now! He gets to train to be stronger by visiting a secret laboratory! He said something about using a laboratory ray or something of the sort.... but I didn't quite pick up the idea, I am gonna have to bug him about it a little later!

January 13th, 2002- The lab ray is AWESOME!!! All a neopet has to do is sit still and get jolted with electricity, and anything can happen! He can change color, species, gender, but also can get STRONGER!!! I need to ask Lizzy if she will let me train with it too!

February 7th, 2002- Awww... I finally confronted Lizzy about the lab ray, and she said NO!! She said it was too dangerous, and she won't let me! On another note, Byakko turned into a skeith last week... and he looks sooooo funny!

May 20th, 2002- Yey! Today was Byakko's birthday, but he gave me a present instead! He announced that once he stopped using the laboratory ray, he would let me use it! Lizzy heard this, and was so angry at him for making such a descision without her consent, but he told me later he would convince her to let me go when he finished! Thank you so much Byakko!

August 4th 2002- Byakko still isn't done with his training! The more I wait, the more impatient I become. I have had less time to fly in the skies because I am to aggitated to want to. Hurry up Byakko... I want my turn!!

September 19th, 2003- Still waiting... still spending codestones! I have managed to get to level 20 recently, thanks to a light faerie quest, but I wanna get stronger still!

May 1st, 2003- Finally! Byakko has decided to end his training and to become a silver kougra again on his 2 year birthday! He also got Lizzy to somewhat agree to let me use the laboratory as a tool. So I start my training on May 21st... I can hardly wait!

May 21st, 2003- This morning I started my training! Byakko and Lizzy went with me this morning to go for treatment. Byakko was so nice and explained what I needed to do, and where everything was in the laboratory! He even introduced me to the head scientist, an old scorchio! First I have to talk to the scorchio, then he will lead me to the laboratory ray for "the treatment." I have to stand on a rubber pad in front of the ray, and he jolts me with electricity for about 5 seconds. Today, my defence became a little better, too bad, because I wanted my strength to go up... I guess I will have to be a little patient!

July 27th, 2003- My training is going very well, but not well enough! I have gained about 30 strength, but only to lose about 15 levels! I need to become stronger, this isn't doing enough for me! I mean, why couldn't I zap myself more than once a day? It would make it so much faster for me to get stronger!

October 3rd, 2003- My strength is around 60 right now, it is okay I guess, but my level is still really low! I need to use the ray more... but that old scorchio won't let me! He is so... soo... stupid!! If he let a pet have their fill on treatment, they wouldn't have to ever come ever again, and he could move onto the next patient just as quickly! I gotta see what I can do to get more treatment!

November 27th, 2003- I have devised a plan! That scorchio can't resist the pursuit of education and science! I'll trick him into 'helping me with a science project' which requires me to examine a rock... I guess any rock will do fine! I'll ask him to help me by examining what components are in it... and while he is distracted... I shall get more treatment! I just need to wait for the perfect timing!

December 21st, 2003-This is it... Tomorrow, in my korbat form, I shall go on with my plan! The lab ray shall be mine!!

December 22nd, 2003-I was so foolish! Only now I realize it. I went on with my plan after I had already had my treatment for the day, Lizzy waiting outside the laboratory so she could take me home as always. I snuck in the laboratory again after he went to examine my rock. I grabbed the switch, stood on the rubber pad, and pushed the button.

There are no words to describe the unearthyly torture I bestowed upon myself. I could not help but shriek in agony, clenching onto the ground in hopes the pain would stop. I eventually blacked out amidst the writhing pain, only to awake to Lizzy's concerned face in front of my own!

I did not know why this had happened, but the scorchio entered through the doorway and explained. It is because once a person under treatment uses the ray, their body becomes unstable for approximately 24 hours. If they are zapped after those 24 hours, their body is fine, but if they are given the treatment immediately after a previous treatment, the unstable parts are destroyed, and thus pain, and eventually killing off part of the patient's body!

He banned me from the laboratory, but I was not quite sure what he was talking about at first. As soon as I got home and looked in the mirror in my room... it all became clear! My body is that of a draik now, but it is torn! I only have one wing, the other is gone, now with a scar left on my shoulder. The one wing I have remaining is very fragile and tattered in areas. My eyes are even changed, one remaining its original brown color, the other is damaged slightly and now green. I was foolish for wanting this strength I have now... I now have lost many things I found important. The sky, which I once loved so much, is something I can only dream of touching again. Even more, the trust I had before has also been broken! I don't think Lizzy or Byakko, or even my newest sibling, Kuchi, will trust me fully after this. For my sin, I shall repent...
