It is just a guild for those who can form complete sentences to collect and chat. All we do is post at the guild message board about our days, interests, et cetera. If you want a guild in which a message is posted every minute of every day, this guild is not for you. ;3
Xairei, the guild leader and founder, wanted a pleasant little community here on Neopets where friends can be made free of relentless competition, immaturity, and lack of literacy. Thus, X-Wolves was born! xD
There is only one very simple activity in this guild, but there are no "Newbie Packs," "Guild-Only Auctions," "Bashes," or anything similar here. Xairei wants members who are interested in what the guild itself offers, not free items.

Please do not spam. All messages that are posted should be three sentences or more in length, and posting more than three times in a row is just plain annoying. ^___^
Council Member Rules:
In order to apply for the last three positions, you'll need be rank Sample or above. And, in order to apply for the second council position, you will need be rank Tall or above. Applying is just as simple as clicking the "Apply for Position" link for whichever position you desire and filling out the form. =)
To remain a council member, you need to post at least once a week (unless you warn of a longer absence). These absences shouldn't take place often, and cannot exceed three months.
As a council member, one is able to change the guild poll, monitor the guild board and the guild calendar, and change the "Weekly Topics." Layout control is given, but only for changes to the "Updates" and "Weekly Topics" sections when Xairei is away, or when something is changed that needed to be changed. Tampering with the layouts is not tolerated, at all. ;3
As the second position council member, one has all of the "abilities" listed above as well as member control and mail privelege. With these abilities, said council member can help with moving members up in rank and with sending out mass Neomails if needed. Abuse of either of these abilities is of course not tolerated, either.
Member Rules:
There are none! Just try to be active. Any member that does not post for over a year will be deleted (unless they have posted ten messages or more).
All of the rank names in the guild have a Starbucks-coffee theme to illustrate Xairei's obsession with Frappucinos. ;D Information on how to apply for a council position is held in the section above.
All council positions are equal, so being third in position will give you no more control in the guild than would being fifth in position. HOWEVER. Second position has more admin powers, for they have more "responsiblity" in the guild. All of the council position names are flavors of Starbucks' Frappucinos.

Below is the information on how one, as a member, can move up in rank. Your rank depends on how many messages you have posted in the guild and nothing more (but spamming can get you removed). The three higher ranks are the three sizes of coffees at Starbucks. =D

Information: I'm really quite boring compared to most people when I think about it. But then again, I've been told that my random bursts of noise, laughter, and running are part of my charm... you know, what with my being very peculiar and all. Some simple little tidbits? My favorite color is, has been, and always will be, green. I have had a change of heart from wanting to become a veterinarian to wanting to become a film actress. My favorite genres of music are mainly rock and metal, though I enjoy all other types. Information: Hmm, what to say? Well, I am not a boy, I know it says I am, and I'd still like to be called Mr. Blue, but I am not a boy.
Some of my hobbies include: Singing, acting, fencing, reading, writing, swimming, hiking, playing piano, and spending time with my animals. I love the theatre, and have been performing since the age of five. Recently I got my first paid gig in an Equity Theatre company, an amazing experience. I love school, and will be graduating from High School a year and a half ahead of schedule. If all goes well, and I am quite confident it will, I shall have my masters degree by the time I am 21, and I will be done with school and free to explore the world. I plan to major in music and education and I would like to teach.

The only requirements are that your guild is literate, not centered on roleplay (it can have roleplay, but not be solely dedicated to it), and has been around for longer than a few weeks.

At the beginning of each month, Xairei puts up a new layout for the guild. Each layout will have a different theme, with wolves somehow being a part of it. Want to know how the activity will affect this? It's quite simple. =)
Whichever member earns the most points by the end of a month gets to choose the theme for the next month's layout.
Each member may begin to earn points for themselves following the time a winner is chosen. By 12:00PM NST on the 23rd day of each month, the member who has earned the most points wins (in the event of a tie, the two members who earned the most amount of points can decide together on a theme). Members can earn points in one or all of four different ways:
Posting a Message: 1 Point
For each message that a member posts they earn one point for themselves. Keep in mind that these messages must follow the rules. They will need to be three sentences or more in length, and posting more than three times in a row is not really appreciated. Such is spam! =3
Recruiting a member earns the most points, for members are what makes the guild go round! xD In order to earn the ten points, please have the member that you recruited to the guild neomail Xairei letting her know who advertised to them, or have them post a message at the guild board with such information. These members have to post at least twice with messages following the guild rules in order for the points to be awarded.
There are two ways a member can earn the seven points for "Making a NeoBoard." One, you can attend one of Xairei's (or any other guild member's) advertising board in the guild forum. All will be notified by Xairei when she is making one (via neomail or at the guild). Points will be awarded simply by showing up to chat. Two, you can make your own advertising board. In order to earn the points this way, you will need to post a message at the guild with the URL to the board (the only time a message can be below three sentences) so Xairei and the other members can see it. If a new member joins because of your board, that's an additional ten points just for you!
And lastly, making a banner for the guild can earn you five points. These banners can be of whatever image or wording, but must have the guild name in it and be in some way related to the guild. You must also host the banner with your own image-hosting account, 'cause Xairei doesn't have much room on her own. ;3 Please keep the quality of these banners high. Take a look at the banners page and note how well the banners were made.

This section holds the information of the five most recent past winners of this activity. No matter what, even if a member scores the most points six months in a row, they will always be able to choose a theme. Xairei's idea of fairness is that when a member earns the most points, they deserve to "win," even if that means no one else gets a chance. ;D
