Hello curious wanderer, or prospective applicant! Welcome to the official rule page for the Island Lupe, Scud. He's definitely a lovely little guy but unfortunately I don't believe I can give him the attention he so deserves--so I'm offering him to you!
About Me
My name is Cat, I've been playing on Neopets for almost ten years -- with several Hiatus' involved of course! I'm an English/Psychology major in college, with my specialty revolving around Film (declared as screenwriting). To put it in simpler terms, I'm primarily a film student. I absolutely adore writing and character creation, drawing, Web/graphic design, I've been working on a graphic novel titled G.O.D INC for about two years now with a creative group, cinema, and hanging out with my buddies. Normally I like to translate my real characters into Neopets but, the character I had in mind for Scud ended up working out as Gamma instead. I love talking to people, but no begging!
- Please send every and any mail to Corbinww. That is my main account. Kitcat5556 is an active side, but I don't spend too much time on it daily. Anything not sent to Corbinww will potentially be ignored.
- I will accept ANY form of application because it's illegal to ask for one type of app only. As a tip--some certain types of application give you more freedom *cough cough*
- Effort is a good thing *coughagaincought*
- If you choose to make a Neomail application, please refrain from chat speak and limit it to no more than three messages if you must. If it goes beyond three mails, you may want to think about putting what you have to say on a pet page. My mail box fills up fast due to adoptable trades and general messages.
- If you choose to make a pet page application, I use Safari (it runs like Firefox) with a ridiculously low resolution since my laptop's monitor is only 13 inches wide. I do have access to IE with an insanely HIGH resolution monitor so, just slap a little disclaimer on your page as to what browser I should view with.
- Scud is a BOY Not an it, and please keep him as a boy. It's a manly name anyways xD
- I absolutely love any type of creativity. Are you a writer? An artist? Show it off in any form! Character plausibility means a TON to me hinthinthint (aka, I love believable characters....you can make anything believable if you try!)
- The definition of Scud revolves around a thunderstorm. It's the small collection of wispy clouds that hang from the front of the thunderhead. Just in case you were curious!
- If I see any form of code, art, design, web design, graphic design, writing, or character theft I will reject you on the spot. Being a victim of character theft in the past myself, It disgusts me beyond belief.
- GO TO NEOPOUND FORUMS AND HAVE YOUR APPLICATION REVIEWED! I'm there a lot, I can offer opinions and what not, and everyone there is eager to help!
- I will not tell you if you've been rejected. It'll appear on this page with a reason why. Same goes for accepted. My mail box seriously fills up within four days x_x;..
- DEADLINE: November 20th. I will not choose an owned before then! You may work on your applications until that date, then send them my way!

- If I am chosen to be Scud's new owner, can I trade him?
- While I have no say in what you do with the pet once he's off my account, I'd really like to see him be a permanent pet, on a permanent account. I'm going to be more apt to handing him over to an applicant with a good character/goal set in mind for him, versus someone who'll just use him to trade.
- Can I repaint him?
- Hey absolutely! The lab is what turned him Island. If you think he fits a cloud or grey or darigan description, go to town!!
