July 29, 2011 - Another editorial where the avatar was mentioned, located in editorial #505. Their response when someone asked for the solution was 'You're right. This has gone on too long. The answer is f- *dragged away by Meepits* '

Aug 6, 2011 - I haven't updated this page in a long time but here is what has been going on:

On June 17th, the staff member Dragona gave a Wishing Well hint to Jellyneo. The hint is the number 7, as shown by this photo (drag to URL to enlarge):

On June 28th Dragona posted the number 6 as a hint to both the avatar and the new neoboard smileys (drag to URL to enlarge, thank you to xxloca_chinitaxx for the screenie):

June 19, 2011 - I just came back from a short hiatus and revamped the page. Two more editorials about the Wishing Well, and I'm working on a page that displays each of the questions to make it easier for everyone. It's been more than a YEAR since this avatar was released and it seems that most people have lost interest. Hopefully an idea sparks that will get everyone hunting for it again.

Jan 28, 2011 - New hint in editorial #479. TNT compared the avatar to the Lever of Doom avatar, stating it's definitely a neopoint sink. The group theory pages probably don't apply anymore but we need to get that reorganized...again.

Nov 20, 2010 - A released hint in editorial #471. The avatar is not seasonal. -lets out sigh of relief-

Oct 1, 2010 - Another direct mentioning of the avatar in the editorial tells us that we are over-thinking. I have eliminated several theory groups after reading editorial #463.

Sept 24, 2010 - After a long, tiring month of trying to keep the project alive, TNT finally mentioned the avatar in editorial #462. This time, they said "If you guys tossed coins into the well nearly as often as you asked for hints, you'd probably have it by now! ;D "
Many of us think they are just taunting us again, while others truly believe it is a hint. We are working on looking further into this, and deciding what theories we can cut.

Aug 20, 2010 - The editorial came out, and my question about the staff account lolamaiden was answered. (See the Aug 19 update if you don't understand)

So what does this mean for us? Well... We don't know. xD

Update: It has been brought up by Meghan that the game Sutek's Tomb has been going under recent beta testing so when you submit your score, it does not appear on your highscores list. This may very well be the reason why lolamaiden's account has the avatar but has 0 games played.

Aug 19, 2010 - Someone found a staff account, lolamaiden, that had the Sutek avatar but has 0 games played. So, what does this mean? We're not sure. It's possible that staff accounts can obtain avatars without actually doing what we have to in order to get them. If this is true, then we cannot assume anything from the test accounts. We submitted a question to the editorial asking about this.

Aug 18, 2010 - On the Style Showdowns boards, a staff account posted the Chinese symbol for 'Error' randomly while using the avatar. The username is testuser40, and we also discovered that the staff account testuser41 also has the avatar. We are currently trying to figure out what we can assume about the avatar from these two accounts.

Aug 13, 2010 - TNT has released an official hint in editorial #456:
