This is my guide to Neopia's newest game,Wingoball!

Wingoball is a time-attack game. You have unlimited balls, so don't worry about hitting something. Your goal is to get through the levels as fast as possible. The faster you are the higher points you get per level. There are 20 levels. The theoretical max bonus points per level you could get for time is 30, but it always takes at least 1 second for the ball to roll across the screen, so the best time left bonus you can get is 29. You get 54 points for passing a level, making it in one shot, and when your time is 29, so the max score possible is 20*54 or 1080 points. The lower your time, the lower the points for the level. If you miss one shot,you only get the time bonus, so dont miss your shot! Here are some tips to help you get a high score:

* IMPORTANT! Get the level beat with one shot! - If you miss your shot, your score for the level automatically drops down to only the time left on the clock! You get a bonus 25 points for getting the level in one shot, so if you ever wondered why you can only get say 500, thats probably why.

* Play at low quality - This allows the game to run faster, which means less time. The time will always count the same speed no matter how slow the game plays, so the faster the game plays, the better.

* Pre-Aim your Shot - After you beat a level, you will get a message screen that says 'Click to Continue'. You will see the next level behind it, and the positions of some of the gnomes. Use this to your advantage, and setup your shot where you want it. Once you have it right, click 3 times (for levels 1-5) or 2 times (levels 6+) and your shot will be with minimal time. This will take some practicing to get it just right for certain levels!

* Practice, Practice, Practice! - You won't pass this game the first time around. You need to practice at it and be patient. I spent 6 hours playing this game to get my 1063 score! The more you play it, the better you will be, and you will remember each levels little quircks.

Time vs. Score table. This shows you what you will score on a level. Time is on the left. The middle column is what you will get if you make the level in one shot, the right is if you beat the level in 2+ shots.

* Update!! - I have scored 1069, my highest ever! In the table below, the right 3 colomns show you my scores and times for the levels. I had a very very hard time getting this score, and (Warning! - Geek talk ahead) I had to overclock my computer to 4ghz, run XP in safe mode, and kill every unneeded process (including explorer), just to be able to get some of the times listed on the levels below. Level 13 you will not get 29 if you have a slow computer, the same goes for level 10 and 7. Level 16 you will not get 28 if you have a slow computer. Having an ultra fast computer is crucial to get a few milli-seconds ahead!

Easy enough!
Not to hard, aim in this general direction.
Wait until the 2 gnomes are passing the opening, then take your shot.
This is a bit trickier. You will have to wait until you have a clear shot like this.

Wait until the 3 mini-gnomes are passing your line-of-shot.
Pretty easy, just have accurate aim!
Wait until the 2 gnomes farthest right are going up, and just passing your line-of-shot.
Easy enough! Just wait until the 5 mini-gnomes are going down.
This is the first level which will annoy you. My best method - Wait until the gnomes are going down. Take your shot like this when the 4th gnome from the top of the bottom set of gnomes (the circled one) is hitting the grass.
Not too hard, just aim a bit lower than the bottom left mini-gnome.
This one is tricky. Aim for the top-left corner of the planter box on the ground, in the middle of the screen. If you get it just right, it will follow this path or close to it. Take your shot exactly when the 2 gnomes are going up as pictured.
Another annoying level. Aim like above, and take your shot when the 3 gnomes to the far right are moving up (passing over your line-of-shot) AND the middle gnomes are just almost hitting each other. If you do it just right, the first set of gnomes will open up just before the ball gets to them, and the 3 gnomes behind them will be near the top of the screen.
A bit of geometry. Take the shot like above when the 3 gnomes bounce off the ground and are just starting to go up.
Not to hard, this level will give you the least points out of all 20!
More geometry. Aim as close as I did above, and you should pass this level.
I HATE this level! This is the level that always determins if I have to restart or not, because its random whether the ball will make it or not. Just try to take the shot like I did above. Shoot as soon as the first set of gnomes bounces off the ground and hope it makes it through to finish!
Just shoot when you have a clear shot across. You may have to determine how early or late you need to shoot to time it just right. I use the ground like above, that way if my timing isnt just right, I might get lucky and after it bounces like mad inbetween the gnomes, maybe it will go to the finish.
They love geometry! Aim as close as you can to my shot, and go for it! You may need practicing...
Aim for the top of the planter farthest right on the ground. If you get it just right, it will bounce like mad and go to the finish!
