So you want the pretty pink Kad avatar?

What you'll need to do first is familiarise yourself with how 'Kadding' works, I suggest reading one or all of these guides:

So now you understand all there is to know about kadding, your next step is to find out when the kads are going to ask for food, the easiest way to find out when this will be is to go to the Games Chat Boards and look for the thread titled:
Go to the last page, and there will usually be someone doing the timekeeping. The times for main and pends will almost always be posted.
After you get the hang of feeding, it really does get so much easier, good luck!!
