Hello typhon. I know quite a lot about you, in fact I know everything there is to know about you. I wouldn't let that bother you though, it's my job to know everything about everyone.

I know, enough of my silly jokes. This is serious business, bro's! Applying is an art form, and one that should be taken very seriously.
After all,
there are probably many people applying for Jokes and I have a lot to compete with. So, I guess we'll get started!
The Things I Do
This section is all about me and what I do on neo, it's probably one of the more boring sections in this application because it's not about Jokes. (No pun intended) So feel free to skip this part if you're not up to reading about my NeoLife!
I do quite a bit on neo, most of it includes helping out people in the boards. I have three favorite places to hang on neo:
1) My guild
2) The PC
3) The Newbie or Help boards

Now wait, you're thinking "So is she just applying to trade Jokes?" No, I am not. I have enough pets to trade already and I'm trying to settle down and collect my permies. I have many pets I love and will keep forever, a few you can see on this petpage I made for my guild:

I love to be active, helpful, and do plenty of activities on the boards and in my guild! I even host a few pages for them, including this one but it's all about pokemon so you don't have to check it out if you don't want to.
Some other Petpages I make are things including anime, I have to say I am a pretty big anime fan!.

I may not be the biggest anime fan in the world, I mean I don't cosplay and I haven't seen more than probably 70 anime in my lifetime, I do however really like what I've seen and would gladly spend time expressing exactly how much I enjoyed watching and talking about the.
My Top Ten Favorite Anime
I made this page for a few reasons:
1) I was looking at other people's top tens and thought it would be a neat idea to share my own opinions.
2) I wanted to help people find good anime to watch when their looking for some.
3) Finally, I wanted to know for sure what my favorite anime are, since I never really knew. After some researching, I finally came up with my top ten.
I wasn't really sure how well people would like my newest petpage idea since it's not something anyone else has ever done on neo, but I've gotten quite a lot of positive feedback from it so I'm proud to have it up.
trading
Woah, wait! I'm not saying that I'm going to trade Jokes! I only trade a few of the pets I own!
Trading is the thing I do that takes up the most time on neo, right beside petpage making and helping out the guild, because it takes weeks (maybe months) to find a good trade. I love to do it though, it's very addicting! I especially love to get pets other people really want, because it's fun to watch people drool or offer their souls for my them.
I'm kidding! :p
Though trading is the thing I do the most on neo, I don't have a premade uft page anymore. Ever since that annoying cookie-grabber scare, people don't like to go to links much anymore. The trust is slowly returning, but some people will never go to links again. It's understandable, but I still find it rather annoying. I also feel like I should mention this important fact as a disclaimer: You are advertising Jokes on the PC, everyone trades their pets here. Everyone who is applying for Jokes trades at least a one of their pets. Odds are, more than half of the people applying for Jokes just wants to trade him. I am among the small group of people who actually plans on keeping him forever as a spoiled permie.
Why did I chose Jokes?

Okay, so now that we've established he's amazing, we can move onto my other reasons.
I hate being cliché but I think it brings a nice air of humor. I will now use all of the cliché's I can think of to express my absolute desire for Jokes.
I saw him and had a sudden inspiration for a character!
He is amazing!
I've been looking for the perfectly named pet to keep as my active on my main account for who know how long!
(Lets pause right here for a second. There is such a small amount of perfectly named neopets in the neoworld. The months and months or maybe years of searching for that perfect name that just clicks with you is a dream not many people ever get to realize. Just to be goven the chance to apply for Jokes is worth it, as this could finally be the end to my quest!)

Why did I really get hooked into applying for Jokes?

Alright. This is why.
I spent my entire life with jokes and humor pulling me through the toughest parts in life. I'm not even that funny, but just watching other people make jokes will make my day. Without jokes I would be nothing but an empty human being, cold and depressed. It's jokes that keep me going, and when I say I need Jokes, I mean it. He means everything to me.
My Future Plans for Jokes
There are so many thing I would want to do with Jokes! I plan on entering him in the BC, making him a custom pet lookup, get him his perfect customization/morph, a perfect petpet, a petpage full of screenies and jokes, and a huge fanbase! So this is what I would want to do right off the get go:

I've got more of an eye for realistic style, but I have a passion for all things lizard. In case you wanted to know, I own four frogs, one large toad, and several salamanders. o3o
I'm not obsessed! Just passionate.
The Beauty Contest
I have entered the beauty contest a lot in the past but the BC is dominated by how much spamming you do over quality. You see, I only recently got the internet at home so before it was almost impossible to get gold even if you did great art! It's literally how many people you can get to vote for your pet rather than people choosing which pet has the better quality art. However, I have a goal to get all of my permies a trophy for the BC. Right now I'm working on one for my newest permie, Queen_Lyn a royalgirl shoyru.
So my plans involving the BC for Jokes is going to include getting three gold trophies. Since you get gold-locked for a month after you win gold, this will definitely take time. It's certainly worth it though! 
Jokes's Character
There's a lot to do with a character, but a lot of people question why it's even important? I mean, does it really add anything to the pet? It's just written up in a few days, stuck onto the pet, and it's there for the rest of his neolife! It's just eye-candy to add to an application and there is no real value to doing it!
While at first I agreed with the statement above because I hated applying, but I realized that a character for a pet is actually very important.
Why, you say?
Well here's a point I find very important: Neopets. This game was created so that everyone could own pets that they wish they could have in real life. How fun would neopets be if all the pets were just pixels with no feelings? Adding a personality and giving them a story gets everyone more involved with their pets and allows for people to get more attached!
I find writing to be very fun, and it's great to see that my writing wasn't wasted on a school assignment that would be read over quickly, graded C-B, then thrown away. My stories will last forever and I can build off them!
Asking why people bother to make pet stories is like asking "Why should people write books?"
Because they are entertaining to read! Fun to write! It adds another element in your life, fantasy! This inspires great imagination, leading to sparkly vampires, great wizards, and funny memes!
There are so many reasons why people make stories, and if it wasn't important people wouldn't have made it a cliche in the first place!
So keeping that in mind, I decided to add the most cliche of cliche topics in an application: the character.
