My criterea are deliberately mysterious. Part of it is seeing what you think is important, since most people can't include as much as they might want to in a neomail. I generally look at your account/s though.

How I choose a winner:
When you neomail me, I'll quickly reply saying you were either rejected or are the current finalist. I have one finalist at a time for each pet, who is replaced every time I get a 'better' neomail. So you won't need to wait around for my answer unless you've got a chance at winning.
