Ducky, your board lingo ♥

Well, to start this off, their are many differant boards on neopets. 29 on a regular basis, to be exact. But really, you'll only need to learn about a few.
Today and any other day you need ref. to The Neopian pound board, this is where you'll go. *Unless your seeking trade values, then you can either nm me, or make a board* ANYWHO, you'll go to the PC *pound chat, as the kids call it these days* to try and get offers on pets up for adoption, up for trade, or if you have questions about the fairness of a trade or a new color. *Because yes, pets can be painted colors and it changes their "value"* This board will be where you spend most of your time on neo *besides in your inbox* if you get into pet trading. It is very addictive, so look out.

Account info regarding trading

1 - 23 months 1 user-to-user transfer
24 - 47 months 2 user-to-user transfers
48 - 71 months 3 user-to-user transfers
72 - 95 months 4 user-to-user transfers
96 - 119 months 5 user-to-user transfers
120 + months 6 user-to-user transfers
Transfers are used when you go to the pound and exchange a neopet with someone, or click the transfer button and send your pet over for them to adopt. An account cannot have more than 4 neopets, unless that user is premium. Then they may have 5 pets on that account.
If your account is younger than 4 months, you can only trade for or adopt these kinds of pets, note that you cannot adopt/trade for a LE:
Level 1 or 2 pets
Blue
Brown
Checkered
Glowing
Green
Invisible
Orange
Pink
Purple
Red
Shadow
Skunk
Silver
Speckled
Split
White
Yellow
