Rules for Petpage Applications

1. Your account has to be 4 months or older (not our rules it's the TNT's)

3. Be creative in your application. Have exciting and imaginative

6. For some extra bonus points include roleplay in your application.(if you read the rules type buhwoo somewhere in your neomail)
7. Neomail the pet's owner once (if it wasn't got link to their lookup/neomail,
   then it's my(hyuugarin) pet and you can go to my lookup by an link at the
   end of this page) with the link to your petpage application. Title your
   neomail the pet's name. Absolutely NO BEGGING!!!! (on second thought, type (or copy/paste shinigamis*heart*apples)
