-Dreaming. Blazing white flames leap and dance, swaying against an invisible breeze. The air is hot, scalding, everywhere that flesh meets. I scream out, but no sounds emit. I scream again- silence. The flames grow, my skin is so hot. My vision goes red, but i can still manage to see those flames. They are growing in size, taking me in whole. My tail is on fire, my paws are on fire, even my hair. Then everything fades to black... Awake. Only a dream? One of many. I will forget this one as well. I almost always forget, never remember-

T H E..L E G E N D

The set scene, an old crimson lupe speaking to many young lupes. Among them is the young Kasei. But he is only a little pup, eyes wide as the old story teller spins his tale.
A long long time ago, when the Earth still worshiped gods and goddesses, there lived 4 Elements. There was Water, Earth, Fire, and Wind. These four ruled over the land with brute force and caused great hardships for the mortal beings. The water goddess would send horrible typhoons, the earth god would cause earthquakes, the wind goddess caused raging twisters, and fire would spread its horrible flames. As a joined force they would ruin the world. Heartless beings, all of them. They felt nothing for us poor mortals so we mortals had to do something to put a stop to this terror. Together our ancestors prayed to lock away these horrible beasts until a brave hero rose up. He had a strange power that was able to seal the monsters into different forms upon this earth. So he hiked up the tremendous mountain , coated in fire as well as ice, braved the harsh winds and dangerous bouldes, until he came across the four demons. He said their eyes were glowing against the darkness, and that he could feel their rage. Yet he managed to seal them all. Since that day, the horrors that those gods and goddesses spread have significantly dropped in numbers. We are no longer terrorized by them. It is said that they are still sleeping, and will forever remain sound.. never to be disturbed again for if that day ever comes they will seek their horrible revenge...

T H E.. R E A L.. T A L E

Once upon a time there were four elementals, each individual possessing a certain power of their own. Amaya (water), Naoki (earth), Sorano (wind), and Ryu (fire). Now water and earth were the eldest siblings and the wisest. Amaya, being the eldest sister, was a gentle soul with an expanded maturity level. Naoki, the eldest brother, was powerful and also mature. He was stern often growing tired of childish behavior but always brothery. Both of them tried to keep the earth balanced, watching over those in need. Now wind and fire were the younger brother and sister and they were restless. They loved causing trouble and exploring. Fire would often create large flames while wind would spread them. More than often the two were scolded by water and earth, but they always managed to create more chaos, for they simply adored playing. They caused great suffering and pain to those mortals and so those mortals prayed that their powers be locked away. A great man with strange powers was able to seal Ryu and Sorano, but fearing the wrath of Amaya and Naoki, he sealed them as well. In a blinding light the four elementals were gone.
Each element was secured into a mrtal form, asleep inside of the being. But Ryu, always being restless and uncontrollable, managed to gain consciousness. He was the first to waken from his slumber, but could not summon enough power to revive himself. So he waited in darkness, his hatred growing with every second of his sentance. With the long years Ryu has grown bitter and yearns to be free, so that he may wreck havoc once more and take revenge on the mortals.

A C Q U A I N T A N C E S



Nai. A female nymph whom took great joy out of toying with Kasei. Ryu was not amused with her games and was able to waken long enough to speak with her. Meanwhile Kasei was in a dreamlike state where he had no idea what was going on. Ryu was able to ask Nai for her assistance in watching over his mortal form and in hopes to break the cursed seal which bound him to his cage. While Kasei has no hostile feelings towards her, Ryu finds her somewhat of a pest and is not quite sure she has proven herself reliable to him yet. Nymphs are troublesome to Ryu and he'd rather not have to deal with them.

F A M I L Y

Amaya (Ah-Mah-Yah). Meaning of name "Night Rain". Amaya is Ryu's older sister. She often scolded Ryu and Shou for being mischievous. Her temper was wicked but it took a lot to actually make her upset. She was usually very calm and had to be when she would try to keep the peace between her other siblings. Loved to laugh, but took life very seriously. She was motherly towards her kin, but also strict when need be. She often spent time alone by the ocean or lake- other times she'd speak with Naoki about life. She posesses the element of water and will use it to help others in need. Her location is unknown at this time.


Naoki (Nah-Oh-Kee) Naoki, the great god of earth and oldest brother. Name translates to "honest tree" He was a hard worker and believed in strict self discipline. Not much for words but very sharp. He too used his powers of the earth for the good of others. He was often the one to first snap at the two younger siblings, yet stayed his distance from the family as much as possible. He was more a of loner, wandering the great plains of the earth. When he did communicate it was usually only with Amaya, she being the most mature-blocked-is unknown at this time.


Sorano(So-Ran-No) "Of the sky". The youngest sister of the elementals. She loved to cause all sorts of trouble with Ryu and enjoyed following him wherever he went. They spent most of their time together, cooking up plans. Though young she was very powerful and caused storms when outraged. Though she enjoyed playing with Ryu and causing all sorts of trouble, she felt closest to Amaya. She looked up to Amaya like a mother as well as her older sister. Her personality was very childish and very spur of the moment-blocked-also unknown at this time.




All of Ryu's siblings are divided up and hidden. He cannot find them until they awake from their slumbers, which may never happen. For them, as well as himself, he wishes to seek revenge. He still hopes he will be able to find them all and awaken them- - so he will never stop looking.
