;Intro;

The air was thick with the sence of a storm comming. The trees that were in the forest that you were in sawyed slowly, bowing to the rythm of the breeze. It felt like you had been wandering around the woods for hours. You heard a roll of thunder in the distence and moaned. There really was a storm comming and you were lost in the middle of no where. After walking a bit further, you heard another distant crash, but it wasn't thunder this time. It sounded like waves. A small flicker of hope lighened you. Perhaps it was a public beach where you could take shelter in some snack shop. You quickened your pace, following the sound of the ocean. The forest ended abrubtly and you looked around your new surroundings. Yes, it was a beach (quite small, if you did say so yourself), but there was no one in sight. Looks like you just stumbled across some place useless for shelter.

You saw that there was a cliff that was a little ways off. Who knows what was on top of it; maybe you'll find shelter there. So you make your way across the sand and end up at the face of the cliff. "How am I going to climb this..." you wondered aloud. Your eyes scanned the area and you saw that there was a much less steep side a little ways further from the shore where you stood. In no time at all, you were walking up the smoother side of the cliff. When you made your way to the top, you were amazed. It was a huge grassy plain that seemed to never end. As impressive as it was, it didn't offer any shelter. You sighed and walked along the edge of the feild, the ocean to your side. You were at loss at what to do. You had no shelter from the comming storm and you had no idea where in the world you were. Just then, you saw a little flicker of dark blue in the distence. As the object neared you you began to make out what it was. It was a lupess, probably still a child becuase of her size, with flame-like markings. She started to break into a run and was soon in front of you. The small lupess looked up at out and the first thing that caught you were her eyes. Her left eye was normal and teal colored. But the other one was bright orange and where the whites of her eye was supost to be, it was black. "Hi there!" she said with a smile. "Um, hello," you said a bit more quietly. Her right eye suddenly changed color from orange to green and you rubbed your eyes. Were you seeing things, or did her eye just really change color? "Are you a visitor?" she asked with a grin. "I don't get visitors often..." She added. "Um, acually I was looking for a place to shelter." you said, looking around. The lupess's odd eye turned a shade of purple and she didn't answer. "Uh, you know, like... hide?" Her eye turned orange again. "Is someone after you?" she asked, cocking her head. You begain toget impatiant. "I want to keep shelter from the rain! Theres a storm comming, see?" You pointed at the darkening clouds and the lupess laughed a bit. "The odds of it raining are pretty slim, human!" she said, her eye now light blue. "But don't you see those dark clouds?" you asked. "Yeah, I do, but if anything its probably going to just be thunder and lightning." You felt confused. Just thunder and lightning?" you asked. The lupess grinned a toothy grin.
