Oh... Hello. I guess you're here to beg me with your foolish requests? Like all the others before you?
And now you claim that you're here to listen to me. That's a lie.
People like me for what I give to them. A new social status, gifts... Not for helping them. They're caught by their own destiny, and don't care about others... And now you're saying you're different? Why do you insist and stay there?. I said leave me alone!
I know... You want some objects? I know what interests you. Jewels? No?
Take this gold, and return to where you came from.
You don't want that either?
Its the first time I've seen someone acting like you.
You want to know ... what? You want me to give you a chance? ... I understand. Everyone needs to have a chance. And I lost mine...

Rnei is of a recluse temperament. She don't like contacts with others, unless they are Kagja, lost souls (ghosts) or someone who looks different from the well known class of 'Normal People'. She isn't especially intelligent, but her calm and her logic forces her to makes, most of the time, bright decisions. She always acts for her own benefit, or help people only if it helps her in the future. She hate being touched by anyone, or even touch someone. She has an incredibly low trust in the people around her. In her minds, they only like her because she's a princess, a status that she don't quite like either. She is slowly falling in a world that she created herself in her minds. She sees things that a normal person wouldn't trust, and hears the breathe of life. She can steal souls. Transert them in her necklace, and then move them somewhere else, split or merge it. But its not always perfect. When she keeps a soul for too long out of their body, it slowly desintegrate, and won't be the same anymore. Spliting implies terrible consequences for the both creatures who share one spirit. But she actually don't know that, and keep using her powers freely, to makes her desires come to reality, and seek vangeance. She lives in the secret, and try to hide her dark behavior behind a mask of a shy and grumpy spoiled princess. She loves freedom, and don't think that anyone should take it away. No-one will ever be able to understands, and give her orders. She is a free soul, but she don't understand the consequences of her acts...
When the sun rose this morning, I never knew that my live will be changed that much. I woke up, innocently, like always, and when I looked over the window, I saw this little bird. He wasn't afraid at all... I touched it. He went on my shoulder. Than, than... The little animal started to weakened. He fell on the ground with a faint sound. But during all that time, I felt something... It was a cool breeze, a lifebreathe who ran in front of my face. It wasn't solid, liquid, or even a gaz. It was nothing, but, I was able to see it. Feel it. And I caught it. When I touched it... This thing, this thing... It went into my necklace. The crystal pendant glowed of a shiny blue, than, fainted. But I knew the thing was still there. It was living... But the bird, the one who just died after touching my skin, he was still lying to the ground. I touched him again, I wanted him to live... But nothing made. I suddently tought of what just hapenned. I closed my eyes. And I concentrated my minds. I was seeing the thing. I was able to know it was here, on my chest, in this pendant. I mobilisated my whole soul for trying to move it. And surprisely... It worked. The thing returned to the lifeless body of the aerial animal. The bird sood up on their two paws again, looked at me like if nothing happened. And ran away...
I felt empty. Why me ? How is this hapenned ? How can I stop this ? Flood of questions caught my spirit. I looked at my hands. Those were maybe cursed... I suddently remembered my childhood, when my father showed my the treasaures's room. See, Rnei ? Those are all the precious belongings of the Kingdom. Those have all an important price to our eyes, and have specific capabilities. By example... Those gloves. Yes, I know, they're made of pure gold. They aren't only pretty, they're used for repealing curses or evil magic... Yes. Those gloves. They may help me ? And while all the way down for going to the sacred room, I remembered something else... Rnei... You, my daughter. I like you more than anything else... This is why I want to give you this pendant. This one is passed down in the family since many centuries. It has been worn by the most ferocious warriors that this earth have ever seen. It have been at the biggest wars of our history, have been there when we've concluded peace. It have been there when I met your mother... Rnei. Its time for you to wear it. Stand proudly, and make sure that you will always honor this necklace of your pride...
When I finally opened the heavy wood door, I got blinded by the shines of thousands of piece of gold. Those were all sitting in desorganised piles, covered by a thick layer of dust. I took a torch, and lighted it. When I entered the piece, other memories took place in my minds. My dear daughter... I just want you to know, that this place is sacred. I would like you to just don't take anything who's here, except if its for a noble cause. You have to ask if you want something here. These places are protected by curses, be careful in what you do, I don't want to loose you... I looked around carefully. No trap have been added, like I tought... I walked a little, each step making fly golden dust. I started to search. It didn't took I while, They were here, at the exact same place than my memories. When I took them, I knew something was wrong. I quickly closed my eyes, and made a little prayer. I supplied all the spirits I know to support me. Nothing made.
...You have to ask if you want something here... Those word echoed again in my head. I suddently understood how I can take those gloves with me. I started to speak loud. I want to take those gloves with me. Only for protecting myself and other, not for any evil beliefs. I'm am Rnei, daughter of Uthtae, and I summon you to let me leave with those gloves ! It semmed to work. The invisible menace leaved. I finally putted on my new protection. A warm, securizing feeling took home in my heart. My arms because warmer, and the tatoo on my shoulder started to glow. To glow ? The only time I've ever seen in make it was... No. Maybe its only an illusion. Its not true, its impossible... I started to climb the thin stairs. Those have always been pretty abrupt... When I come up again to the day light, I looked down at the city. Glorious towers, houses, villas, all in the finest stone. The roofs are dressed in their most beautifull colors. Gorgeous tropical flowers were placed everywhere, spreading their heavy sweet scent around them. Even the sky was more colorfull than usual in the dawn of this day. The day of my 15th birthday.
I went out of the palace quietly. I crossed wonderfull gardens, with fountains, trees, few flowers... Each of them were surrounded by the hight walls of my house and gracious archs. Each details was always carved with lot of attention and patience, and who knows how much time it took to built all that. The result worth it, but we are really drowned in all this. We can't appreciate the simple things, evrything is just too much perfect, and too big... I finally reached, after a long walk in the numerous gardens, my little releam. It was a simple little place, betweem two walls. Here, It was growing an hudge fig tree. I went behind it, by a little hole pierced at the base, and hidden by tall grass, and I crawled few meters. Rnei. This will be our secret place, ok ? Don't tell it existence to anyone ! It was my little heaven, when I was younger. Take care of it ! I finally lied down, in this tinu place, where I was protected of evrything. My fun was to hide here, all day long, for escaping from all those people. "Friends", if I can call those draiks like that, servents... Even my parents. I stood up, and I took a fig. I rolled it beetween my paws, and stared at it. Fruits aren't my piece of cake... But I was still pretty hungry, so the only choice left was to eat, or I will have to wait until the dinner... I stretched my arm, and I opened the little chest next to me. See ? This chest is a treasure chest. It contains all we need. Food, weapons, jewelery... Yes, Rnei, you can use them. They all belongs to you, now.. I searched inside. I finally found the sugar pot I always have in it. I dropped few pinches of the precious powder on the dried fruit. Just before the fig reached my lips, a little bug came out it. Afraid, I threw the fruit at the other side of my abode. The colorfull bug took his fly, and landed on me. I tried to put it off, but with my new gloves, it was hard to remove it. Without thinking, I removed them, and I touched the bug...
Immediatly, life quitted it body, and the cold breeze came into the pendant. Again ? No, no... I touched the bug, and I saw that, like the bird, it died subitely. While looking closer at it, I noticed that he was still breathing, and he still had an heart beat. So, I putted him on the ground. But he didn't moved. Why ? He was still alive. but he act like if he was dead. He is just... I took it again in my hands. Like the bird, I concentrated my minds, and the invisible presence returned to the bug. Again, I was traumatised. To see thing go in a simili death state, than return to a normal being is strange. Especially when you're the cause of all that ! This may be a wierd kind of magic...
I suddently eared the carillons far away. Their clear, pure notes evaded up into the sky, resoned between the walls, for being emplified. This is the sign that I need to go back, before someone discovers my absence. I left the fig on the ground, and after closing cerfully the little chest, I ran out of my abode. I jumped over the walls, ignoring all the strict rules that I have been forced to learn. I climbed the south facade of the palace, with the help of dried vines, and I entered my room. I hid the gloves in one of my shelters, and I lied down again on my bed. I heard heavy steps outside of the room. Someone pulled out the curtain who's used as a door, and sat on my bed, next to me. I opened one of my eyes, faking to wake up. It was Phann. She was pretty old, and her once royal blue eyes has now faded to a fade shade of grey. Her skin became as thin as papyrus paper, and it is all crackled. Even is she was weak physically, she is impressioning. She is the one who raised me, and taught me all what I know. Rnei ! Wake-up ! It is a special day, I know, but its not a reason for waking up at this hour ! See ? Its 7 O'clock ! A princess shouldn't... Yes, a princess shouldn't do this, do that... I like being special, being... royal. But it has it bad side : I must get a perfect eduation, great maneers, show the example. Its hard...
While I was thinking about my dark destiny, Phann started to prepare me. She took crystal beads and pearls for hung them in my hair that she just brushed. The old woman gave me new jewellery. Necklaces, bracelets, earrings… Also, she added a piece of a voluptuous pink organza in front of my face. I only wear it for important occasions… She finally added some sparkles on my skin for making it shine. She went back and looked at what she just has done. She seemed happy with her work. When I looked into the mirror, I saw a whole different person. I felt a mix of pride and deception in my chest… Maybe, I was pretty, but, it's only because of those ornaments. I'm not gorgeous myself, and I don't think I deserve all those things. I look like someone else. Anyone. But not me.
When I walked outside of my room, servants who were present looked at me in a strange way. They bend themselves when I walk next to them. I also hear them saying comments about how I've changed, how I'm pretty. I just don't believe them. They just can't see. They're only liars. I know I'm not pretty, its only the jewellery who make me looks better than before… Whenever. I just can't take great comments that I don't deserve… All the way down to the throne room, people looked at me, astonished. It was annoying, but I ignored them all.
Without any exception.
When I finally entered the ball room, the warm usual climate of our country vanished. Here, the air was fresher than anywhere, because of the dozen of servants who rock huge fans made of peacocks' feather. The high windows and ceiling were so tall that we got the impression of being only a little thing. This place was simply huge, and impressive. At the end of the room, I noticed my mother sitting on the throne, holding the hand of her husband. I walked. I tried to don't turn back and flee, or simply broke down crying to see them together. The man who pretend to the title of our family. The man my mother married. The man who's trying to buy me with gifts. This man isn't my father…
Rnei… You know that I will not always be there ? Don't look at me like if I were to die tomorrow! I mean… When you will be way older, when you will be married and have kids. I will be only a little old grandpa for my grandchildren. And when I will give my last breathe, I want you to be my unique predecessor. You, and only you will govern at my place. But it will only be in a while, yes, in a while…
Those words came back in my memory, like a burst of pain. I tried to ignore this hate feeling, while my mother was examinating my new apparence with a clear face of pride. The king turned his head in my direction and smiled.
You look so pretty , Rnei ! Did you only saw you in a mirror ? Oh... Those wings are adorable ! And those jewels... But why aren't they bigger ? I was sure that I asked for bigger pieces. Your father is surely proud of you ! And Khosro ? How do you think she looks with her presents ? The said Khosro only said an inaudible yes. He has always been silencious. He is kind of a nice king, and he married my mother, but I just hate him. Because he took the place of my father next from my mother and on our throne, I will never forgive him this...
Yasmin, my mother saw the sentiment of hate I was feeling. She touched my hand, and, only with her eyes, said me to calm down. She did a weak smile, and clapped her hands. Of an autoritairy voice, she ordoned to let enter the guests. At these words, I sat on the coffin next from my mother. A long file of draiks from the finest layer of our population came, bend down, and with a long discour of presentation, thanks for gracing them with my presence and that kind of usual stuff, they put gifts at my feets. Funnily, I've noticed that most of them were boys of my age, or a bit older than me. I completely understood what were happening. I turned my head, and looked my mom in her eyes. She understood by my piercing glance that I just noticed what she was trying to do. Rnei... Yes, I've invited boys. You know, you're in the age of being married and... Married ? Oh, well... More trouble. I'm just too young for being a wife for one of these guys. Also, they are mostly interested in me because of my state, and that if they are choosen like beeing my husband, they will automaticly king. They are power thirsty, nothing more.
Mom... I'm not interested in any of these. I'm just not ready for all this, and those only want me for the power it will give... She looked sadly in my eyes. I tought it will make you happy, because most of the girl dream for this day, and... I know you want to be on the throne the soonest as possible, like this promise you did to your father... Mom, dear mom... You know me very well, and you know that its not of my kind all this. You know it. You also know that I will come to the throne the soonest as possible. Alone. You know that I'm solitairy and that I don't have any friends, and that I'm not looking for one. Because they don't want me for what I am. They want me for what I may give to them, a brand new social status. And I cannot tolerate it. And I strongly beleve its Khosro who tried to make you think it should be a good idea...
I wated the whole day to finish. It was long painfull, and I hated it. I faked to be happy, but my mother felt that I wasn't. When the last pretendant passed the door for going home, I left my coffin, turned back to salute the royal couple and thanks them for this day, and I ran out of this room. I climbed all the stairs, the fastest that I can, entered my room in a burst of panic, and placed an heavy closet in front of my "door". I removed carfully all the spiffy jewellery that have been given, and placed the delicate wings near my window. I fell, desesperate, on my bed. And I started crying. All those tears that I've contened inside, for the whole day. I hate crying, it make me feels weak, but at least, all the wrong feelings that took home in my heart will escape, elsewhere... And its now, that this day came back in my head, like it often did. I've remembered it thousands of times, but I never understood...
Happy Birthday, Rnei ! Under my amazed eyes, my father putted on the ground an hudge box covered by shiny paper. Its all yours ! Without waiting, I jumped on the gift. When I ript the package, I discovered what were inside. A little Jaguar ! Oh, daddy ! He's so cute ! Look at him... he is.. so... perfect... Thanks so much ! My father smiled, and looked my mother in the eyes. They both understood that they did the right choice. I will name him... Kagja, its a pretty name, isn't it ? Oh, thanks thanks thanks !!! My mother bent down and kissed my forehead. We're happy that you like him, honey ! You're 7 now, so, you're a big girl. You can now have your own pet...
While I was playing with my new petpet, I never noticed the discret shadow who were slowly coming. She went next from my father. And he fell on the ground. Daddy ? I slowly approached him. Dad ? My mother ran toward us. Uthtae ? UTHTAE ? I tried to hug him. Maybe it was a joke, like he used to make to me ? When my arms touched his skin, he was cold. I shaked him. Daaaaaaaad ! Tears started to flow from my mother blue eyes. She was only looking at him. She did nothing. She was traumatised... She tried to call someone with her shaky weak voice. But she was unable to do it. I turned back toward my father. And then, I noticed it. The long knife. With only the guard showing up from my father chest...
My world just crashed down. It was unreal... Impossible. My father was the strongest. He is the one who's ruling this kingdom... He is... my father. I was unable to cry. No... They took me away from the room, my eyes stayed open. I was only able to see this tool in my father chest. Servants gave me hot drinks. Putted Kagja on my knees. Nothing made. I was here, physically, but I was absent in my minds. I was alone. Alone... What a strong word. I still have my mother, but it will never be like before. Never be like the good old days. I looked down to my necklace. The crystal pendant was glowing. The royal mark on my shoulder was also luminous. Why ? It've never done that before. I took Kagja in my arms, for feeling his little heart beat against mine. It gave me some peace, but I was still deeply troubled. It will never be like before.
Never. Ever. I'll be able to forget those things. The picture of my dad falling on the ground haunts me. I wish I had the powers to found the person… To make it live what I've went through. To make it suffer like I did. To see it own mother marry another man. This man… He never did something wrong. He even tried to be friend with me. Yeah, a friend… I want to know nothing about him. He… married my mother. I'll never forgive him this… ever… And now, they want me to marry someone. Tsk… The dark minds continued rolling in the head of the young draikess. She stared at the ceiling. Then, whipped her tears, and hugged Kagja. I wishes you were speaking. The blue eyes of the jaguar pierced her soul. I want you to be like me. To understand me… Like if he understood, the powerful feline jumped out of Rnei's arms and sat in front of her. Kept staring at her. And even move his head in a sign of approbation. But this last thing was mostly the fruit of Rnei's fatigue and her imagination…
The second day. An idea sprouted in her head. To make Kagja even more like her. A dragon. She went down to the general bazaar. With her glorious apparence, and her popularity, people bent down at her feet. But she didn't cared much. She went directly to a silk stand. The owner was surprised to see the oh so popular princess in his little shop, but he smiled as much as he can. And walked to see her. 'Oh, welcome. I guess its for a new dress ? See there, we have this magnificent piece of red and pink silk there look at the detail and the golden –' A menacing glare from her customer maked him stop. How much do you want for those pieces ?But… Those aren't of an enough good quality for something of your rank ! But look at –' Stop I said. I want those. The poor man sighted and took the piece of low quality cotton the princess wanted. I'll also take the whool there. The owner started to be more than sick from the spoiled girl. He gave her everything she asked, and she paid. Thanks is all what she said. And she left…
Rnei entered the castle by crossing the gardens, like she usually does. Instead of returning to her room, she managed to get inside her secret abode. Once she got inside, she dropped all her merchandise on the grass. She also took the little box. After few minutes of searching, she found what she needed. A needle and golden wire. She cut out the pieces of cotton she needed, and started making what she saw in her dreams. She took the time the task needed, and even more. Day after day, she came back there, and kept modeling. She embedded white pearls as stripes on it back. Used the wool for it mane. Painted glass for making eyes. Sculpted horns with clay. And finally, the dragon she always wanted was in front of her. A simple plushie, far from being big, yes. But of a sufficient size for making it stand on Rnei's shoulder without a problem. Happy of her work, the princess smiled. She took the plushie, and left the abode. I only need one thing for making you alive, now.
When she crossed the door of her room, she immediately spotted Kagja, who was lying on her bed. When he saw her, he immediately jumped on her. Rnei delicately took him in his arms. Now, you'll be like me. She putted him on her bed, as well as the plushie. Outside, the sun was falling. And then, she removed the golden gloves. She stared at her best companion, since those many years, and closed her eyes. She concentrated, and touched Kagja. She felt the life escaping from his body to her hand. She had the power on his life now. She smiled of satisfaction. And this time, instead of making the cold breath taking the direction of her medaillon, she directed it to her plushie. She saw the thing leaving Kagja, and embed it being on the dragon. And she heard stepped outside the room. Afraid, Rnei stopped it. Now, half of Kagja life was on the plushie. And the other part in Kagja. Phann entered the room. Rnei ! Its time for dinner. Don't be late. And she left. Rnei stared hopelessly at the dragon, who was still inanimed. Then, looked at Kagja. He was looking quite destabilised, and afraid. But he was looking almost normal. Feeling guilty of what she done, the princess left in running her bedroom. Leaving behind the dragon and the jaguar, while the sun was taking away his last rays.
When she came back, she was so tired that she immediately went to bed. She tried to close her eyes, but something was wrong. Kagja didn't come curl up next to her. She went again on her legs, and searched everywhere. Where is he ? She looked everywhere. And it's now that she saw him. Lying on the bed, unanimed. The princess took him in his arm. No heartbeat. But something in her make her knew he was alive. When she tries to hug him, she noticed the change of texture with his pelt. It was more… Artificial. He make him look at her. And she saw his eyes… Lifeless glass eyes. Then, she understood. She turned back. And it's now that she saw it…
It large wings were partially blocking the moon rays. The once soft skin has morphed to rough leather covered of tiny white scales, were the pearls were. But the most impressive was it eyes. Of a dark blue, with only a neon aqua iris. Glowing in the night. It has this aura of strength all around it, even if it was of a ridiculously small size. Rnei put Kagja on the bed and approached. The dragon started to go backwards, afraid. Then it turned back and spreaded it wings, ready to take flight. The princess, afraid that her new friend escapes in such way, literally jumped on it and brutally put her on the ground. She sat on it back, for making sure it won't move. Even angrier, the dragon kept moving. It slashed, bitted, and growled to Rnei. She didn't care. She took a cushion, and smashed it on the dragon head. It stopped moving, unconscious. The young draikess smiled with satisfaction. I'm the tougher of the two, here. She took the body of the dragon, and jumped through the window.
She ran for a long time into the garden, trying to find something that can hold the dragon for her while the night. When she arrived in the section with birdcages, she had this idea. She stood on her back legs, and took a cage. It was of a respectable size, enough big for holding the dragon, but it could be easy to hide it in her room. She opened the door, and dozen of tropical and exotic birds took their fly. Rnei putted the dragon into the cage, and locked it. The princess took the way back to her room. When she arrived, she left the cage next to her bed, where the poor dragon was still unconscious. Little beast… Tomorrow, we'll see what we can do for you.
When the sun rose, it was the tongue of Kagja licking her face who awoken her. Surprised, she took the jaguar in her arms. What ? Weren't you… She turned her head down to the cage. The dragon was a mere plushie, a simple toy. Rnei smashed her head on the wall. Why do my dreams look so real ? It's awful… and now… and now… For the first time in a while, the princess cried. Of despair. Sadness. And this feeling in her chest. That tells her that she's crazy. That she can't do that with other people lives… That it's only a coincidence. Its not possible… And she looked at her hands. And she noticed the scratches. And the little bites, maked by a tiny mouth full of sharp teeth. And she remembered last night when the dragon bit her. Now, those scars were the proofs that it is real. She smiled of satisfaction, and dried her tears. Kagja… I think it's the time to look in the library. At these words, she left her room, her jaguar following her closely.
Many hours of search later in the dusty library, she
found a piece of parchment about what was interesting her. It was torn. But who cares? The essential was there. But one thing really annoyed her. Blood link. It means there is someone in her family with those powers… But if so, they would have warned her. It means either her mother or her father… Maybe her father ? He haven't said anything to her. Well. Didn't had the time to do. And if I could ask him directly the question ? She looked down at her hands. Moving the spirit. And why not making him alive for good ? Returning to the good old time. A cruel smile appeared on her face. I only need a soul to take now. She left the library, with the paper in her hands. A dark plan began to take her minds…

Muirin yawned and began to stretch her legs in the dim moonlight. Maybe it wasn't the brightest idea to wander so far away from the ruins. But what could happen? She was already dead, wasn't she? Lé was just trying to scare her, so she trudged on. Muirin softly padded her way through the over grown brush and happened onto a broken down street. Funny. She never remembered a street being here...She probably wandered too far. Although the new surrounding was a bit intimidating, she was glad to see some sort of civilization other than the usual broken pieces of the grand castle was once was. Muirin took a deep breath in; and exhaled. Not many people were here, Muirin frowned a bit. She hadn't had a decent conversation in..well centuries.
When the night installed their thick black cloak over the sky, and that the faint moon started to light up the path, Rnei jumped out of the window, like she always did. When she landed, few meters farther, she looked at the gardens. Guards were making their usual round. Lastly, there are more than usual. Because of this, trying to go to her hideout would be more dangerous. The young draikess felt bad when she turned back, and decided to try to go in the city. She always hated going there. People were always staring at her, with a horrific glance. They all always bend down on the ground or try to kiss my feet. But like its night, no-one go in the streets…
Muirin closed her eyes. It was getting late, Lé would probably get worried and start looking for her. But a few more minutes wouldn't hurt, right? Muirin eyes fluttered open as she heard faint steps coming her way. Who would come at this hour of the night? Muirin squinted her eyes and look off into the darkness. Illuminated by the moon's glow, Muirin saw a figure approaching. It would probably be best to hide and watch the figure's movements before introducing herself. Muirin stepped back and went through the was of the building. Then she crouched near the edge of the window to get a good look at the creature.
When Rnei came in this little, deserted street, she felt watched. But this place was totally empty… Maybe this dirty little window hides someone? She highly doubts it. No-one would be ever be able to see through it, since its all crackled and many layers of dust were covering both side. But curiosity caught the princess' heart. Something was literally attracting her to the window. She took careful steps in the thirsty sand ground. She looked carefully around her, and tried to see if anyone was following her, or putted traps. It was frequent for people in the area to install things for capturing the rats, the lost dogs, or more rarely lions that sometimes wander in the streets in quest of food…
The figure was coming closer and closer to Muirin's hiding spot. Her breath and her non-existent heart rate hitched. Muirin sank slower until she was crouching near the dust-caked floor. Hiding probably wasn't a good idea. The creature probably already knew she was there. Also what was there to be afraid of? So Muirin inhaled deeply and tried to speak. A small whisper came from her mouth, she'd have to try harder. She clamped her eyes shut and shook her vocal cords."H-Hello? Anyone there!?
When the thing spoke, Rnei almost died. It was so unexpected, and this tiny voice in the darkness echoed many times between the walls… The princess tried to be rational, and control her spirit. When she finally calmed down, she approached the window again. She saw a faint light on the other side of the dusty glass. Maybe a lantern… "Who's there?". In waiting of an answer, the purple draikess raised her paw, and started to clean the window, for trying to see inside…
Muirin opened her eyes when she heard the voice speak up. Maybe the creature wasn't out to get her like she had thought. Muirin stoop up and straightened herself out as the figure was cleaning the dirty window. She stood on her hind legs and peered through the now almost clear glass. "D-Do you want to come inside before we talk? It's getting a-awfully dark outside." A small smile was on Muirin's face, maybe she could have a conversation after all!
The face who comes up behind the window was the one of a little draik, for sure. She was pretty, young, but a pale aura come up from her skin, and her eyes… They were of a faint shade of grey. They looked lifeless… But the feeling of joy they expressed when they crossed the blue glance of Rnei was enough for making her forget all the fear she caused. The strange thing asked her to go inside… The draikess was really hesitant. It's never safe for someone to go inside someone's home, if we don't know the person. Especially for a member of the Royal family… But this one looked different from all the people Rnei ever met. Because she seems to be honest and with a pure heart without any bad intentions… Maybe it was an enough good reason to trust her. "Well… Where's the door? I can't see it…"
Um.." Muirin gazed at the draikess, her completion and her hair was beautiful. Muirin turned her neck and scanned the room. It was dark in the room excluding the light from the window. Muirin turned her head back to the stranger and spoke up. "I don't think there a door..Or at least I can't see one." Muirin's face saddened until a second later her eyes perked up from an idea. She put her arm through the wall of the building and grabbed onto the limb of the draikess. As soon as Muirin noticed that the draik was starting to become translucent, she pulled her arm along with the stranger inside and let go.
When the arm of the young draik pierced the wall, Rnei had difficulties to believe what she was seeing. At her cold contact of her skin, the princess felt that she was becoming inconsistent, and when she has been grabbed on the other side of the wall, she thought that she was crossing a weak waterfall. It was fresh, and she got on the other side without almost any resistance, but… Rnei was literally scared. She looked at her body that suddenly became solid when the draik released her, and right after the being that was in front of her. It's now that she noticed her translucent look, and that the faint glow she saw earlier was in reality a faint aura… "What do you want ?"
Kagja is what I can call, in your world, a petpet. He is a domesticated Blugar, that I got when I was younger, the day my father got.... killed.... He has always been my only friend. But I always wished he was like me. A dragon. If he were like that, he would speak, fly... It would be so wonderfull.... Its why I tried to move his soul to a dragon plushie I made. But evrything went wrong. I had to split his soul in two halves : One part in his body, and the other one in the dragon.... Since that day, he isn't totally the same anymore. His pelt turned to a bright shade of gold, who glow of a faint light in the darknesses. Also, it seems that all his defaults has been ereased. He's just... Perfect now. But maybe too much ? He has lost the adventurous and active part of his personality, and its really a big lost. He also... Morph into a lifelss plushie while the night. Why so ? I don't know. But the thing who's sure, is that dragon is the exact opposite of this little guy...
Ama... Little Ama... When I created her, it wasn't intentional. And it seems that she's the opposite of Kagja. Her body seems to absorb light, making her stripes and eyes glow. She has many, many defaults, and isn't very friendly with me. But with the time, she'll get easier to take care of. She also morph into a plushie, like Kagja, but only the day... I blessed her with the protection of an Egyptian goddess, Amanuet. Its also from the same godess that I took her name... Since then, this little girl (yes, girl ? It seems that I've took all the feminity and defaults of Kagja to put them into this plushie) started to soften up a bit. I had few months of pure happiness with her... But one night. This night. Someone tought that what I've done... Was her fault. They tried to take her away, yes... But I saved her at the last minute. And asked the goddess to protect her. I wasn't supposed to pray for a divinity of another kingdom, but I just didn't cared anymore. I wanted Ama to live free. Its why I putted her in a box and abandoned her to the hands of a couple of foreign strangers. I think they were from France ? But to hear them talk, I think they'll take a good care of my... creature. No, it isn't the right word. My Daughter...
