Welcome!
You're probably here for one of my fosters, or you're just looking around. If you are here for one of my fosters, please remember to read the whole page before you start asking me questions. Repeating myself does get annoying. Hope you enjoy your stay here.

Rules and Tips
Rules
1. Send all applications to theater_rules with subject: "Squeaky wheel: [petname]".
2. Your account must be at least 4 months old. This is a Neopets rule, not mine.
3. You must have less than 4 pets on the account you want my foster to be sent to to apply. Do NOT pound one of your pets to make room for my foster.
4. I accept both petpage and neomail applications. Please limit your neomail applications to two neomails. If you still need more room, I'd prefer you put it on a petpage so my inbox does not clutter up.
*Note: If you are making a petpage application, please put "I chose to make this app and was not forced in any way to make this app" or something along the lines of that somewhere visibly on your application. This is for the safety of both mine and your accounts.
5. Do NOT disown, trade, or sell my foster. I am looking for a permanent home for him/her.
6. If for any reason, you are not able to keep my foster anymore, neomail me and I will gladly take back my foster.
7. Include the TNO pledge somewhere in your application
If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.
8. I only use the transfer system to move my fosters because I do not want the risk of losing my fosters.
*Note: I use IE so if you're making a petpage app, please make it IE compatible.
Tips
1.
Read the rules. A neomail saying "giv it 2 me." is not how to adopt one of my fosters and will be rejected immediately.
2. Use my foster's name and gender correctly.
3. Be active. You don't have to go on everyday, at least twice a week would be fine.
4. Use proper english, grammar, and spelling. Some easy ways to check are to copy and paste it onto a Word document or to have a friend read through it.
5. Do not constantly send me neomails asking if you've been accepted or who else has applied.
6. Put some effort into your application. You should have plenty of time and I usually extend deadlines if you ask me to.
7. Get your application evaluated. TNO's own Application Evaluators give constructive criticism and are very helpful and the boards often have places to get your application evaluated.
8. I do check to see how your current pets are cared for.
9. Be honest. Major brownie points if you're honest in your application.
10. Be creative and have fun!

All of these questions must be answered to apply. Anything extra you add is optional.
1. Why are you interested in adopting this particular foster?
2. Name all of your accounts and tell me which one my foster would live on.
3. Tell me a little about yourself on Neopets.
4. Have you ever disowned or traded a pet? If so, why.
5. Have you ever been frozen, hacked, or scammed? If so, why.
6. Tell me about your plans for my foster.
7. Do you have a personality or story for my foster? If so, please give a brief (or full, if you want) summary.
8. Why should I choose you?

I reserve the right to extend deadlines to allow for more applicants if applications received do not meet expectations. I am also IN NO WAY asking for any compensation for improving these pets. F.A.Q.
Can I ask you something about _____?
I'd be delighted to answer your question. Don't be shy, I promise I don't bite. Just check to make sure it hasn't already been answered in a different section.
Can I put _____ on my side account?
As long as it is a clearly active side.
Can I paint _____ a different color?
Sure. If you are planning to, please tell me what color you're going to paint him/her in your application and explain why.
Can I morph _____ into a different species?
If my foster wasn't a foster project, go ahead! If he/she was a foster project, then you'll need a pretty amazing application to convince me to let you change his/her species.
Can I give _____ a nickname?
Of course. Chances are I'm already using a nickname for that pet too, but feel free to give him/her any nickname you like.
Can I trade _____ for a different pet?
If you're asking me that, then you've come to the wrong page. I have not, am not, nor will I ever trade any of my fosters for another pet.
Can I change the gender of _____?
I don't mind if you change one of my foster's gender, but if you do plan on doing that, then please tell me at the beginning of your application so I don't think you have his/her gender confused.
Can I use a premade layout?
Yes, but you must give credit to the actual maker of that premade. I don't expect you to be some coding genius, but if you can make your own layout, then good for you!
What about deadlines?
I set a deadline after I receive a promising application. It will always be at least two weeks from the day I post it on the foster's lookup though.
