New Years 2010- A New Years Tragedy

Just as the council were rushing around trying to get the guild ready just in time for the guild's New Year celebrations, tragedy struck.
The council member's Sparkle Beasts were kidnapped by a mysterious creature! Without the Sparkle Beasts, not only were council members bereft, but the New Years celebrations could not occur, and if the New Year was not celebrated with the ritual, disaster would befall Scarlet Memories!
Members had to suceed in gathering the council together and then enter the mysterious and deadly depths of the Infinite Closet to recover their Sparkle Beasts, and do battle with "The Thing That Lurks". However, there were numerous choices which meant members had to think very carefully about each action they took...
If members were succesful, they were again rewarded by the council with an award- and the satisfaction that they had reunited the Sparkle Beasts with their respectful owners!

Christmas 2010- Pieces of Velseir

At the start of December, the council lost the most important item in the guild to help them keep it running; the "Velseir", an item of great power. It was so powerful, that it had to be composed of different parts, of which there were four.
The four pieces had been divided and scattered throughout Neopia. Members adventurous enough to quest for the items had to ask for hints from each council member as to what their item was, unable to ask outright as each council member had sworn an oath never to openly state what the item was.
Aided by a pet from each council member, the member had to venture forth, armed with only what they had packed in their backpacks and power orbs granted to them by the council.
When the member suceeded in acquiring all the pieces, the council were able to recreate the Velseir, restoring order to the guild. As a reward, Tina let the member into the council office and awarded them with a trophy exclusive to this event.

Halloween 2010- Room 13

On the Halloween of 2010, the notorious Room 13 of Scarlet Memories made its official debut. Members had to make their way through the abandoned halls of Scarlet Memories in order to locate and rescue the council members, each of whom had been caught up in their own terrifying situation.
Finally, the members were presented the opportunity to attempt to rescue a council member of their choice- or else opt to help Room 13's usual demonic inhabitant, Malmort. Unfortunately for many members, only one was safe to accompany and those who failed to select the correct choice found themselves facing a night of horror.
The members who survived the dangers of Room 13 were rewarded graciously by Malmort with a trophy- and of course their lives relatively well intact.
