A Normal life
Rep breathed deeply. He had waited a long time to see Symph, and he wasn't going to waste the moment. He slowly walked up to her, his eyes focused on her. He stopped right in front of her to look upon her brilliant features. He loved her beautiful green pelt, her brown chest and underbelly, and her soft brown eyes. He thought her brown-tipped tail and paws made her special, but the thing that really caught his attention was the light gray stone heart on her cheek. It really stuck out to him, and he knew that because of it, she had a special gift. Because of it, Symph could detect others' emotions. She could read their aura they gave off, and she could find exactly what made them feel that way. Rep smiled broadly as she noticed him.
Hello, Rep," she said brightly. Her warm voice made his heart flutter.
Hey," he answered back shyly. "How's it going? It's been a while…" Symph nodded.
It sure has," she replied with a chuckle. "I'm sorry about that, Rep, I've just been…busy. My dad had some things to take care of, and I had to go with him." Rep cocked his head.
Why?" he asked, sitting down. She sat down as well.
It's…complicated," she answered. Rep grinned.
Yeah, you're definitely not being vague," he said, raising his eyebrows and chuckling. Symph laughed, and Rep's stomach leapt.
I'm sorry about it, Rep, I really am. I just couldn't help it. I had to go. Dad told me to keep it quiet, since it's kind of personal."
Oh," Rep said. "Well I understand. You aren't keeping it very quiet, though," he added with a laugh. Symph grinned sweetly.
I know I can trust you, Rep," she said. Rep grinned broadly. "You've always been very special to me," she added quietly, looking at the ground as she said this. She slowly looked back up at him. Rep was blushing furiously, but, thank goodness, he was a dark color, so it didn't show. He nearly exploded inside. He was very special to her? What did that mean? Rep could only grin back.
Y-you're very special to me as well," he managed to choke out. Symph smiled sweetly again.
I'm just sorry it's been so long since we've seen each other. I guess when I left I realized how much I really missed you. If I can be a little rude…" she trailed off. Rep looked intently at her as of telling her to continue. "I guess I'd always taken your presence for granted, and I'd never really realized how much you meant to me. I just kind of woke up every morning and knew you'd be there, so I never thought anything about you not being there to play or hunt with me." Rep could understand that. Well, not exactly
all that, but he did some.
It's okay," he said. Symph shook her head.
It was horrible for me to think that way. I know I shouldn't have. I'm just glad now I can be with you more," she said, smiling brightly. Her brown eyes stared brightly into his, and he almost melted into the ground. Did Symph feel the same thing he felt for her? Could this mean a whole new relationship between them?
Rep nodded and smiled broadly. "Well, we could start by maybe going to play or something," he offered. Symph nodded quickly.
Sounds great," she said. Rep grinned. He led the way deep into the forest, where a large waterfall and pond resided. He loved that spot, and he was certain Symph would too. As they delved deeper into the forest, it grew dark. The only sound was his and Symph's feet hitting the ground, crunching leaves and twigs. Soon entire darkness engulfed them, and Rep began to grow worried that he had led them in the wrong direction. Symph turned to him.
Are we going the wrong way?" she asked. Rep smiled; he knew she had used her gift to see through him.
I don't think so. I've come this way the past ten times I've come. I'm certain this is the right way." Symph frowned.
Ten times? Why do you come here so much?" she asked. Rep blushed again, but said nothing. Symph could tell why; he was embarrassed because he had only gone there to be alone as he thought of her, for the peaceful beauty of the place reminded him of Symph. Symph blushed herself, but didn't let Rep know she had read his thoughts.
H-how much farther?" she asked, trying to break the uncomfortable silence between them. Rep looked around.
Only a few minutes. It should be just up ahead." Symph nodded in understanding. She hoped they would find it soon; the darkness was beginning to frighten her.
Rep could tell she was getting worried.
Don't worry," he said, giving her an assuring smile. "We're almost there." Symph stuck her nose to the air.
I'm not worried," she lied. Rep grinned. Symph was a bit arrogant at times, refusing to show any sort of weakness around males. She wanted to show that females were just as strong as males. Rep respected that, and he thought it was cool that she was so firm in her beliefs. He felt a pride for her, and was soon lost in thought about her until the crashing of water snapped him back to reality. He looked forward once more and finally saw the waterfall. He noticed the trees had cleared a spot for the pond and waterfall, so rays of sunlight shone through, making rainbows all over the place. Beside him Symph gasped quietly. He looked at her to see the broad grin on her face. He smiled at her pleasure, and stepped closer to the pond.
Well," he said. Symph snapped back to reality. She looked at him in awe.
It's beautiful," she breathed.
I'm glad you like it," Rep said.
I love it…" She stepped closer, and walked up to the pond. She looked into the water and grimaced when she saw the heart on her face. Rep noticed this.
What's wrong?" he asked, hoping she would love the place. Symph turned away fro the water.
Nothing," she said quickly, looking at him with a smile. "I'm fine. Just…I thought I saw a…bee flying around my head," she said, trying to finish off the lie by adding a grin. Rep knew she was lying, and wondered what was wrong. Still, he ignored it and walked over to the waterfall. It crashed against the pond, sounding like thunder. Rep smiled approvingly. He looked over at Symph, and found her missing.
Huh?" he asked in bewilderment. Suddenly something pounced on him from behind, and tackled him to the ground. He growled threateningly and whipped his head around to see Symph's shining face. He stopped growling, and wagged his tail.
Evil little—" he was cut off by her growling. She bared his pointy teeth playfully and licked his face. Rep was paralyzed for a moment. Then he pushed her off and onto her back. He put his front paws on her chest and stared down at her, tongue hanging out. He held his tail high like the dominant, but Symph wouldn't have it. She pushed him off and stood up again. She smiled evilly as she stared into his dark black eyes. He looked into hers, challenging her. She growled playfully and lunged at him. He dodged her, and swerved quickly around to pounce on her. She was too fast, and had already made another attempt to knock him to the ground. Surprised, he fell hard onto his back. Her paws were now on his chest, and she was staring down at him with a smirk on her face.
Thought you could take me, huh?" she said playfully haughty way. Rep smiled.
I let you win," he said. She frowned.
Nuh-uh," she said. "I beat you fair and square." Rep grinned.
Whatever you say," he said, refusing to admit he lost. She smiled.
You're such a jerk," she teased, stepping off of his chest. He grinned.
I know. But don't ya love me for it?" he said with a laugh.
Yes, I do," Symph answered back with a grin. Rep stopped smiling and stared at her in shock.
What?" he asked. She realized what she had said and blushed. She hadn't meant for it to slip out. "What did you say?"
I-I said…I love you," she said, turning a deeper shade of pink. A smile slowly crept its way onto Rep's face until he was grinning broadly.
Really?" he asked slowly. She nodded.
I've waited so long to tell you. That's why I couldn't stand to not be with you." Rep couldn't move. He didn't know what to say. The one he had had such a crush on, the one he liked so much, loved him back. Did he love her back? Of course! There was no question in his mind. He wagged his tail furiously and yipped happily. They walked closer to each other and licked each other's maw. Rep nuzzled Symph, and he looked into her deep brown eyes.
C'mon," he said, leading her to the waterfall. She readily followed him. Together they climbed the rocks on the side of the waterfall until they came to a cave that rested halfway up the mountain that the waterfall ran over. They lay down inside the cave and watched the waterfall rush past them. Rep rested his head on her back as she laid her head on her paws. Symph sighed happily and Rep grinned and closed his eyes in pleasure. Soon the two were sleeping lightly, dreaming about each other their future together.
Part II:
Discovery
It had been twenty minutes before they finally woke up. Rep lifted his head from Symph, and looked around. He suddenly remembered all that had happened, and suddenly it felt like a great weight had been lifted off of his shoulders. He sighed happily. Symph raised her head, and opened her groggy brown eyes to look at him.
Rep?" she whispered.
I'm here," he replied quietly, licking her head. She sighed happily and looked before her at the crashing waterfall.
It's so…beautiful," she said incredulously. Rep smiled and nodded.
I knew you'd love it." Symph turned to him.
Rep, did you always love me?" she asked curiously. Rep looked at her.
Ever since I saw you that day when you and your father first joined the pack. I could tell there was something about you…something that made you different than the other females. Because of it you stood out to me and were special to me. I grew to know you, and I not only loved you for your appearance, but your personality as well. So yes, I did." Symph's eyes glowed, and she seemed moved.
Rep," she breathed, burying her head in his broad chest. Rep felt her heat against his body, and his heart burned for her. A moment passed until he got an idea.
Symph," he said softly, "wait here." He slowly walked away, leaving Symph wondering what his motives were. He returned a moment later with a bright red rose. He held it softly in his mouth so that the thorns would not puncture his tongue. He dropped It at her feet an awaited her response. She looked at it intently.
A rose?" she asked in wonder.
Because beautiful things can be painful," he finished, thinking back to when they had romped with each other and she had effectively beaten him. She chuckled.
You're so sweet," she said with a smile. Rep grinned.
I know," he said with chuckle. Symph laughed and licked his cheek. Rep put on a serious face.
Symph," he began, looking into her deep brown eyes. She looked up at him, a hungry look in her eyes, as if she were begging him to go on. "Will you—"
He was cut off by a large creature that had lunged itself at Symph. She received a hard blow in the chest and fell backward into the pond. The pond sparkled with red as Rep realized whatever had hit her slashed her chest badly.
Symph!" he screamed. He had barely realized what had happened when the creature turned tail, and aimed itself for him. It lunged once more, and its immense paws buried themselves onto his chest as he lay flat out on the ground. Rep looked up into the face of a large black wolf. He had a blue scar on his eye, and his claws we a threatening blue. His tail was tipped blue as well, and his black coat even seemed to shine blue in the light. His piercing red eyes brined into Rep's.
Get away from the girl," he snarled. "She's mine." Rep was confused.
Symph is your mate?" he asked, struggling for breath.
No. But she will be," he said with a nasty grin. Rep didn't like what he was hearing. He snarled.
Keep away from her! If she liked you, she would be with you." This seemed to enrage the wolf, and he pushed harder onto his chest. Then he suddenly jumped off, and dove into the water. He pulled Symph up by the scruff of her neck, and not exactly gently. Rep could see tiny holes in her neck where he was pulling her up, and blood slowly crept out from beneath her skin. Rep was enraged, and lunged at the wolf. He threw Symph aside, and leapt at Rep. The two clashed in mid-air, and a fury of snarls, blood, and claws were exchanged. Rep was slashed on the shoulder, and he bled badly as he dug his razor-sharp teeth into the wolf's paw. He felt his teeth sink through to the other side, and the wolf howled in agony. Rep let go, and the wolf slashed his head, knocking him aside. He slowly walked over to Rep, and stood over him, ready to give the final blow.
Omen!" The wolf turned to see that it was Symph who was screaming his name. She was standing on all four paws, but just barely. Her legs were wobbling, and her chest heaved blood. Omen grinned evilly.
Finally decided to join me, have you, my love?" he sneered. She growled in disgust.
Never," she seethed. "You had better leave him alone. I chose him, not you. You must cope with the fact that you did not win my heart; you broke it. I chose Rep. Now leave us." Omen didn't look moved, and he angrily swiped at her. She was knocked into the pond once more by the powerful blow. Rep bolted upward and dove into the river, closely followed by a steaming Omen. Omen slashed at him under water, and Rep found himself struggling to find Symph. He glanced around, and came back up for air. Before he could, he was pulled underwater by Omen. Omen bit his ear, and Rep used the last of his oxygen to breathe out a yelp of pain. Omen, thinking Rep was dead, swam upward and onto dry land. He snarled as he thought of what had happened, and cast a final malicious glance toward the lake, where he left his old love and enemy behind to die. If she would reject him, she would not live to be with anyone else.
Rep slowly rose from the water, and gasped for breath. He stayed up only a moment before diving down once more. He searched desperately for Symph. Suddenly he saw her paw, and he dove down to find her. She was trapped by weeds, and couldn't move. He wrapped his front paws around her and tugged her body. The weeds wouldn't allow her to move. Rep tried again, but soon became frustrated when she wouldn't move. He glared angrily at the weeds. Suddenly they untangled themselves, and Rep pulled Symph up to the surface. But...how? He didn't think about the weeds too long; he pulled Symph ashore and examined her unmoving body. He cast a worried glance at her.
Symph?" he said softly. No answer. "Symph?" he said more loudly. Still she didn't move. His heart began to race, and he could feel his eyes burn.
Symph!" he screamed. He stared at her unmoving chest, and reality hit him.
Symph!" he screamed once more. His screams slowly turned to sobs, and soon Rep was lying next to Symph's cold body, tears streaming down his face.
Symph…" he whispered once more. Suddenly he knew what he had to do. With a cold determination, he stood up. He let the last tear fall, vowing it would be his last. He bent his head down and licked Symph's cold face. He carried her body on his back, all the way a large rock, not far from the waterfall. It was there he had first met Symph. He dug a large hole, buried her, and said goodbye. He carefully placed on her grave the rose he had given her. He cast one last look at her grave. He then left the first place he had ever met Symph, and the last place he would ever see her, with a new goal: destroying Omen.
He sprinted through the forest, totally oblivious to the bleeding gashes he had all over his body. A rage filled him, and nothing could stop him. Adrenalin pumped through his veins, and his eyes burned with a revenge that nothing except Omen's blood could cure. The bloodlust took over, and soon Rep's mouth was salivating at the thought Omen's blood covering his lips. He ran as swiftly as possible through the woods, until Omen's scent hung fresh in the air. Rep's now-red eyes scanned the area. Finally he saw the large wolf lapping up water in a small stream. Rep snarled, and the wolf whipped his head around. Suddenly something hit Omen, and he was afraid of Rep. He could see something in Rep's eyes that disturbed him, and he fled. He ran as fast as he could away from him, but Rep followed, matching his speed. Shoulder-to-shoulder with him, Rep suddenly leapt sideways, crashing into Omen and sending them both crashing into a tree. Omen got the full force, and he had Rep's weight to add to it. After being thrust so hard up against the tree, Omen's head was swirling, and he was finding it hard to think right. He growled angrily, but swiped at air. Rep snarled and slashed his enemy's throat. Blood poured out, and Omen screamed in agony.
Please, show mercy," he croaked through his torn throat.
Mercy?!" Rep seethed. "Did you show Symph or me mercy? Did you spare her life? No. You tried to kill me, and you succeeded in killing her. For it, I will neither show you mercy nor spare your life." Omen cringed in fear, and shook his head.
No," he whispered. Rep Snarled. Suddenly Omen howled in agony. Rep had laid not a claw on him, yet he was howling as though Rep were tearing out his heart. Omen couldn't take it, and soon he passed out. Rep looked shocked, and for a moment he forgot his rage. He then realized how good it felt to see Omen in pain. He grinned evilly. Had Omen been awake, he would have screamed more. But Omen was out cold, and Rep didn't discover it was he that had caused him so much pain using only his mind, until Omen awoke and the event reoccurred.
I am hurting you with my mind?" Rep thought aloud. Omen nodded quickly, hoping Rep would stop.
Please, I cannot take it," he begged.
Only the reason to continue," Rep said harshly. Omen groaned in agony. Rep could somehow read Omen's thoughts, and he found that the wolf was truly sorry for what he had done. Nonetheless, he had killed Rep's love, and that, to him, was unforgivable. He decided to put Omen out of his misery. Having discovered he had the gift of both telepathy and causing others pain using his mind, he decided to find out if there was more. He looked at a log, and it broke in half. He grinned; he had the power of being psychic. He positioned the logs on either side of men, and in an instant they collided. An agonizing howl rang throughout the forest, followed by utter silence.
Part III:
Doorway
Rep slowly walked through the forest, his mind flooded with past events. He was alone now, not a love or even an enemy to be with him. He looked up to the darkening sky, wondering how anyone would let such a thing come to pass. He then threw his maw up and howled a long, depressed, lonely note. He was lost now, not knowing what to do next with his life. He finally decided to walk back to the cave he had shared with Symph, deciding to live out the remainder of his pitiful life there, until one day he would die, and everything would end. He wished this day to be soon, and slumped down onto the cave floor, his lonely eyes staring out onto the landscape that had, only a few hours earlier, been the place he had so dearly loved, and where everything was going perfectly. He sighed, and finally fell into an uneasy rest.
He awoke a few hours later, only to find it dark. He sighed, and decided he would take a walk. He slowly walked out of the cave, descended down the rocky hill, and walked on the pond's edge. He glared into the water as he was reminded of the horrific events that had transpired there. He smacked the water with his paw, when something in the distance caught his eye. A glowing figure was creeping behind the tall trees. Rep growled; he was in no mood. He slinked behind the trees until he was right behind the creature. It appeared to be wolf, but Rep didn't recognize it.
Identify yourself," he said threateningly. The creature spun around, and Rep nearly collapsed when he saw that he was staring into Symph's warm face.
Symph?" Rep managed to choke out. Symph nodded and smiled broadly before bounding towards him. Rep backed up, causing her smile to fade.
But…you're dead. I saw you. Omen killed you. I sat with you for ages before I finally buried you." Symph nodded.
Rep…I'm a spirit," she said. Rep was skeptical at first, but realized that was the only was Symph could possibly be standing in front of him. He smiled weakly, but knew that now, since she was dead, they could never be together.
Symph…we cannot…I cannot be with you. If you are a spirit, there is no possible way." Symph nodded.
You can make me mortal again," she said. Rep's heart leapt.
I can? How?"
The one who wants me back most and the one who killed me must become one in the mind, and together will me to be alive. Only the one with real power can do it. If both of you were pure mortals, having no gifts at all, it would not be possible. But you do, Rep, and you can help me. Rep's heart sank. Symph looked shocked.
Why would you do that?" she asked. Rep immediately knew she seen through him. But how? Was she still able to use her gift even thought she was deceased?
Rage took over," Rep said shamefully. "I couldn't help it. The bloodlust came, and I couldn't stop until Omen was killed." Rep suddenly had an idea.
I can bring Omen back," he said. Symph thought ofor a moment, then shook her head.
He will not be willing to help you. He wants us both dead. He has wanted me dead ever since I rejected him when I was a pup. He will not help you." Rep looked determined.
I must try." Symph sighed.
Very well," she said.
How can I do this?" Rep asked.
There is a doorway between the mortal and immortal. If you can find it, you can link together with us. It is a gift you have been given." Rep looked confused.
But you said anyone with a gift could do it," he said. Symph shook her head.
It requires two, one alone cannot do it. But because of the gift you've been given, you can. You can link together with the dead, and bring them back. But in the end, when they have served their purposed, they must die once more. A downside to the gift is that only you cannot bring them back permanently." Rep nodded, finally understanding all she said.
But," she warned, "know this: he may not be willing to come back, in which case you must force him. That will take a lot of power, and of course, forcing someone to become alive against their will is wrong. And…Rep…" he cut her off with a nod. He vowed then to find this doorway, bring Omen back, and revive his dear love Symph. With that, he sprinted away after saying goodbye, and telling her to meet him there tomorrow night. Symph only gazed sadly at her love's back as he sprinted away, unable to tell him what she had wanted to, knowing it could change everything.
Part IV:
Revived
Rep crept slowly back up to the cave and lay down, thinking about where this doorway could be. It took him a few hours to come up with something. Finally it had hit him: the grave. The place where one dies must be the doorway to the dead. With that thought in mind, he headed out of the cave, and into the blackness of the night. He crept through the trees, over to the spot where he had last seen Omen. He was starting to regret what he had done to him, but knew there was no turning back. Besides, maybe Omen would help him now since he knew Rep was stronger than him. But who knows what kind of power death could bring. The wind swayed and rustled the large, ominous trees. Rep looked up at them. Against the black sky, they looked like daunting giants, sitting so quietly yet intimidating. Rep tore his eyes away from the chilling scene, and found where Omen's grave lay. After destroying the wolf, he placed him in a crude hole, kicked a few piles of dirt on him, and left him to rot. Rep looked into the grave and was sickened by what he saw. Apparently his thoughts on death were different when he was a furious, raging beast then when he was a sober wolf. Rep sighed; he was glad he had avenged Symph, but was startled that he could be so violent. He had never before acted so aggressive. His thoughts were interrupted by the soft hooting of an owl. Rep was remembered of his mission, and immediately looked down into the grave once more, focused deeply on bringing back Omen. A few minutes passed by with not a thing happening. Rep tried again, but nothing. He was beginning to get frustrated. Why wouldn't Omen become alive again? Had Symph not said he had the power to bring him back? He angrily turned away from the grave. Maybe it just wasn't the right spot. A little too late, he realized his back leg was right on the edge of the grave. The earth beneath him gave way, and Rep found himself right on top of Omen's mangled body. Suppressing the urge to cry out, he quickly scrambled off of him. Now inside the grave, Rep sighed. He didn't know if he should even bother trying again; it just wouldn't work. Why wouldn't Omen come back? He needed him to! He desperately wanted Symph back, yet that stupid wolf that killed wouldn't just let Rep revive him so they could both revive her! Suddenly he found himself really wanting Omen to come back. Despite the fact that he hated the wolf himself, he loved Symph, and Symph needed both Rep and Omen to be able to come back.
Suddenly a white glow outlined Rep, and he sunk to the ground. There was a moment of blackness, then he found himself in the middle of a large prairie. He cocked his head in confusion.
What?" he murmured. The scene was in black and white, with no one else in sight. Rep looked around. Suddenly he spotted a large black male wolf. He had a scar on his eye, and Rep recognized it as Omen. The wolf walked up to him, and sat down in front of him.
Why have you come to see me?" he asked coldly. His eyes stared harshly into Rep's, but Rep stared back.
I need a favor," he answered. Omen scoffed.
You killed me; do you really think I'm going to be so eager to help you?" Rep knew he had a point, and shrugged.
Look, I know you must hate me—"
Bit of an understatement," Omen mumbled. Rep frowned, but continued.
But Symph needs your help." Omen thought for a moment.
How so?" he asked. Rep looked confused.
But…shouldn't you know? She died. Don't all souls come here when they die?" Rep asked. Omen nodded.
Symph must have chosen to stay on Earth for a little while. You're given the option when you die. Either you choose to come straight here, or you choose to stay on Earth for a little while to say goodbye to your loved ones, take care of unfinished business, et cetera. So she died, huh? Didn't think I'd actually manage that…" he said, a sad look painting its way over his face. Rep was beginning to feel a flare of anger, but it stopped when he realized Omen seemed upset about it.
What are you so upset about? You're the one who killed her. If you didn't want it to end up that way, you shouldn't have let it." Omen shook his head.
I can't help my temper. When I was born, a curse was placed on me. It gave me a terrible temper; I can't control myself when I get angry. That's why I was named Omen, after a bad omen. I can't help myself, and I look back later at what I did, and I sicken myself. I know that if I had this curse lifted, I'd never do that. It's not my fault. It really isn't," he said, shaking his head sadly and looking at the ground. A wave of pity fell over Rep. He remembered what if felt like when his anger took over when he was attacking Omen, and how it must be ten times worse for him.
Omen…" he said slowly. "I-I'm sorry I killed you. If I would have known—"
I can't blame you," Omen cut in. "I've had others try to kill me before. All of them just weren't strong enough though. I guess I should've known it would happen sooner or later. I'm just sorry I had to kill your mate." Rep looked to the ground.
She wasn't my mate," he mumbled. "Yet," he added. He then remembered what he'd gone there for.
Omen, we can save her," he said. Omen looked surprised.
What?" he asked quickly.
If you and I both will her back, I can use my power to bring her back to life."
Then let's do it."
I can't unless you're alive.
Um…see, that's where you've hit a little snag. You see this wolf killed me by crushing me between two logs—very painful death, by the way—and now I'm…well…I'm no longer alive," he said sarcastically. Rep stared at him, not amused.
As I was going to tell you," he began, "I can bring you back to life." Omen looked pleased.
Really?" he asked excitedly. "Then I can live without the curse!"
Yeah, but—wait, did you just say you could live with the curse?" Rep asked incredulously. Omen nodded.
The curse was placed on me until death. Now that I'm dead, it's gone, and if I come back to life, I will no longer have it." Rep looked pleased.
Good. Then you won't be trying to tear my throat out." Omen grinned sheepishly.
How can you do this?" he asked. Rep explained it, and Omen smiled broadly.
But…there's a negative part of it too," Rep said quietly. Omen's smile faded.
What?" he asked slowly.
Because of my power, once you've filled your purpose I must kill you again. I cannot revive you permanently. Omen looked a bit sad at the thought, but his eyes said, "Anything for Symph."
Let's do it. Symph can only be on Earth for a certain amount of time; once she leaves Earth, it'll be harder to bring her back." Rep nodded.
Let's do it," he agreed. He stood up straight, and Omen straightened his back as well. Rep thought very hard about bringing Omen back. His thoughts were filled only with reviving him, yet nothing was happening. He raised his paw, and put it on Omen's head unknowingly. When he realized what he had done, Omen had a distinct white glow outlining his body, as did Rep. Soon the two were floating off the prairie's ground, and a moment of blackness came before Rep awoke on the cold ground floor. He was lying on his side, shivering. Apparently his physical body had stayed behind as he visited Omen. Omen was standing over him, and for a split second, Rep thoughts he was going to attack him. Then he remembered all that had happened in the prairie, and he bolted upright. He glanced at Omen, who smiled back. Rep sighed, relieved that Omen was on his side, and not against him.
Part V:
I am what I am.All right, we don't have much time. C'mon, let's find her." Omen nodded. Rep padded through the woods, panting quietly. Using his power had worn him out a bit, and he wasn't exactly in good shape. Omen had injured him pretty badly during their fight. Omen noticed this, and grimaced.
I'm sorry," he said quietly as he ran shoulder-to-shoulder with Rep. Rep smiled.
It's okay," he replied, turning to look at him. Omen grinned. Rep turned his head back to the path ahead, and saw the same shimmering figure in the woods that he had before. His smile broadened, and he quickened his pace.
Symph!" he called happily. Symph turned around to face him, and smiled broadly when she saw him. She looked at Omen and growled lowly.
Symph, it wasn't his fault," he said quickly. Symph certainly didn't look convinced. Rep explained the situation, and Symph's -disallowed_word-color=white)">

Adoptables
Welcome to Ghostee's adoptables! :3 You may not know, but we've completely re-done our layout for these, and made four new outlines. Excited? Well you shouldn't be. They're not that good. x3 But hey, they're adoptables, right? =3 With four new poses, they, hopefully, will grab your attention.
All right, in order to request a custom, you have to neomail me this form. KNOW THIS:
if you don't neomail the form, I will not
make you one. I'm sorry, but people have asked for a custom, and not give me this form or even tell me what custom they want! O_o; Yes, I know, stupid. But that's people for you. =3 That's why I prefer my race as opposed to the humans. So. Let us begin.
Here are the different templates; pick which one you want (put it in the form!). The eye color will not stay the same; it's just an example. I couldn't do just black, or you wouldn't know where the pupil began and ended and all that jazz. So, without further ado, suspension, and all, here they are.

And here's the form you must neomail me:
Template:
Reversed?: (switched to face other way)
Name: (full name of the pet)
Nickname: (what name you'd like on the custom)
Eye Color: (Uhm…pretty self-explanatory. You really need an explanation? x3)
Gender: (Uhm…get help. xD This stuff is easy to understand)
*Nose Color: (leave out if it's just black)
*Wings?: (Pfft, good luck)
*Weird stuff?: (creative, aren't we? 8D)
Expression: (-no comment-)
Description: (not required if you have a reference picture; however, if you don't, explain in FULL and VIVID detail what the wolf/lupe looks like)
Reference Picture: (Not required [but loved and preferred] if you have a you have a description)
*not required if it doesn't apply
Okay, there it is. Looks a little long, I know, but when you take out a few things, since most aren't used, it's shorter. :3
NOTICE: I don't shade, people. If I do, it's very limited. I'll try if you ask, but don't expect too much, 'cause I svck at it.
Everything is closed until summer break! My school work is piling up on me, and I don't have the time to do anything but it. However, if it is now summer break and this message is still up, neomail me, 'cause I've probably forgotten to take it down. I'll let you know if I can do your request or not.
Lupes:
Customs
(don't steal other's customs; I can make you your own. Just ask)
