-invalid_words- A quick version of me and my life..

I was alone..always. Left in a cold dark empty cell. A darigan cell? A Merrill..whatever cell? A Faerie cell? No. I was raised, maybe even born, in an intergalactic prison, called Cralain. It is into the far reaches of this solar system.. I was not like any other there. The only neopet. I was raised tough for fights between cells mates every so often, but other then that I was never let out of that cell. I could not see with even the faintest light on. I had gotten used to the pitch blackness of my cell.I was fed once a day and slept when I found boredom seeping into my life. Once the power went out at the prison and many chose that moment to escape. Every one else was outside being watched by the gaurds...All of them were huge reptillian like things. I was stuck in my cell, so by the time I got out of it the power was starting to return... I could see since all the lights were out, but after I got out and the sun rose, the pain was so unberable that I colapsed...Zuka, and Dennis found me. I don't talk to much around anyone. My trust in ever being able to be treated like a normal Lupe has dissappeared. I trust Dennis and Zuka a little by I hardly know them. Maybe one day Some one will be able to fill the dark void inside me. *Note from Star: Remeber this ia VERY brief and UNDESCRIPTIVE version of his story. Please look below for a bit more explanation...)

A Cold, Dark Life
A scranny, dirty yellow adolesent lay shaking on the floor of a pitch black cell. Blood slowly trickeled away from his body. The sources of these blood streams were found on his left leg and along his maw. Scars, opened by accident, stung the adolesent and stained his pelt. A few hours later the bleeding stopped and he stood up. He started to walk toward a container of water but was abruptly stopped by a large dark iron collar on his neck. He could feel steel bolts in the sides, just barley touching his neck. A strong strudy chain kept him close to the wall. He knew that those weren't there the last time he fell asleep. He strained to reach the water but was once again prevented from doing so by a chain between his two front legs..He sat down and with nothing else to do clawed away at the new decorations furiously. He sratched his nails down so far that a few of them began to bleed. He stopped and whimpered a bit, but knew that no one cared if he was in pain or not. He moved one of his paws over his maw. He could feel the words and remeber the pain from the gaurds buring the words 'Property of Cralain' forever into him. I(I'll just say I now instead of he...) slowly moved my hand down to my shoulder where the sign of a prisonor was embeded in my skin. It was a bright blue sqaushed cresent moon with a circle in the gap. My under belly, chest and tassel had turned this color too. How, or why..I do not know. My tassel flicked a bit, before I reached down to inspect my n ewest scar. It was my prison identifactaion number.259014.If I had ever gotten out I could say the other markings were pack related..but the number would tell anyone around here that I was a convict. Even I didn't know what I had done. I had been raised, and possibly born, here. So picture this. I single neopet lightyears away from this world in a prison. Always left in the darkness, and fed once a day. Unlike the other prisonors, he was the only one that was never taken out..unless the gaurds wanted me to fight others for their amusment.

Gone But Still There
One day, a fateful day. The one day where the power went out..and the backups failed.Coisidense? No.
I was tossed recklessly back into my dark pit of a cell, and reatached to the wall. Water and food placed out of my reach. Blood gushing. "You -edited-. Can't see in the light, can't win a fight when I place my -edited- savins on you!" One of the gaurds whipped me across the back with a shock gun..Oh I hate those. Right after the door closed I heard the lock stop in midlocking sequence. The power was out. I expected the backup generators to kick in a few moments. They didn't.Every one else must have known and ran away. They were all outside in the free pen, just so that they could breathe fresh air. Gunshots were heard and I heard more gaurds running down the hall. I found this a good time to go. I rammed against the door, for so long. Finally I was able to slip out. As I found my way to the outside I saw gaurds..Dead. All of them. How could they ALL be dead? I didn't know, and I didn't want to stick around to find out. I ran out into the entrance area. Pulling my blood drenched body out of there I ran and as far as I could. I ran and saw the sun starting to peek over the hills. Of course I had never seen the sun, and my eyes even hurt with the light from the starts and moon.I closed them for a while and walked. When I opened them I screamed. The pain was undescribable. The light was too much for my eyes. It burned so much. I fell to the ground but even closing my eyes and covering them wouldn't help...Here, I was out of the prison but my suffering made me think I was still there. Still being tortured, but worse then before.

A New Start
I'm not sure how long I lay there, it seems like eons to me, but I began to hear murmers. The agnels were whispering in my ears. Maybe I would finally get out of this hellish place. Sadly, I was wrong. Just simple traders that had set up camp a few miles away. My whole body and mind seemed numb as they picked me up and made there way back. I recall that as we were passing through the camp, women and childen would scream or turn away, and the men would come and huddle around me. They all wanted a look at the strange abomination that was me. I heard more muttering and it seemed that at last they had decided what to do with me. I guess I was seen as a bad 'thing' so that set me aboard a transible. These were small ships built for one or two persons to travel throught out the galaxy. Very fast, and very small they were. So they plotted a course for a random planet and shipped me off. I felt like I was in prison again. It was dark, small, and I slept most of the time. I migt have only been in thet ship for days, or I might have spent weeks or even years. It didn't matter to me, time was only a measurement that I decided to discard. Now, I remember seeing a florishing plantet. Oceans, mountains, deserts, forest, and open plains. Such a different enviroment than the dessert like place I had known. For there the landing was a blur. Seirens going off, incerdible heat, and light. Then there was the feeling that I was a ragdoll being thrown about, during my crash. I stumbled out of the small ship and onto the ground. I remeber more voices, like mine, shortly after I crashed. There were whispered and I remeber feeling the heat on my back and was afraid to look up. I didn't want to experience the sun like I had before.
Strange, Dennis, very strange. Where'd he come from?" One questioned and began to cicle me. His had a ruby pelt...at least his paws were for that's all I would dare try to glance at. The other didn't reply for a few moments. "Come no Zuka, he needs help." So began a small friend ship between us, and the long process of healing me and getting my eyes somewhat used to the light. I still am not fully trustful of anyone..no one knows my pain, my life. So I wander and wait.
