3. Tell me what programs you used to create it and how long it took you to create and tweek. (So I can get an idea of how much work went into it.)
4. I will rate your lookup on a scale from 1 to 100. Entries that are rated 85 or higher can take the award.
5. DO NOT, under any circumstances, take this award if you have not rightfully earned it, as that woukd not be fair at all.
6. Please do not remove the link from the award, as that would just be rude.
7. I will not accept any bribes or threats to increase your rating. And whinning about your rating will not change my mind either.
8. If I have forgotten to put your name on the winner list, please neomail me, as I am a forgettful person.
9. Type "Rule #9" into the subject box of your application so that I know you have read ALL the rules.
