You step into the bright light, a large sign stands tall infront of you. You shield your eyes to try to read the curling text. A fanfare sounds somewhere to your right, and a baby blue Peophin is suddenly at your side. }You're here with the group, I presume?~ she asks you, a smile on her face.

Welcome to Nemo's Peophin and Kougra Adoptables, hosted by the most lovely, gorgeous Peophin in Neopia! That's right, I'm talking about, me, Raymii! *giggle* Now, I know you're so excited about ordering a custom, but there are some things we need to got over first, dearies. So if you would just step this way, don't dawdle, blue shirt in the back! I see you eyeing my Gruslen! The nerve of some people....

The Rules.

You follow the group through the maze of corridors and halls until Raymii the Peophin stops in front of a large plaque, with large letters at the top reading }RULES OF THE HOUSE~. The happy face of the Peophin suddenly turns serious as she explains.

}These are the Rules of the House, and they shall never be broken, EVER! If one of them is broken there will be DIRE CONSEQUENCES to deal with. And that's always so messy. It just sounds messy, you know? Anyway, take a gander, children, and learn them well...~

Thou shalt not steal. Thou shalt not enter adoptables into contests (including, but not limited to, the Beauty contest, and the Art Gallery).
Keep the adoptables on Neopets' pages, unless permission is given from the Headmaster, Nemo P. Dragon.
Thou shalt not alter the adoptables in anyway. This includes colors, line-art, and the name on the adoptable that reads "fawazs22". This will be SEVERELY punished.
Thou shalt not take a custom adoptable that is not yours.
Thou shall always link back to dear Raymii's petpage.
Thou shalt not alter coding.
Thou shall be polite while in the house. No horseplay will be tolerated.
Never run around in your underwear. Wash behind your ears. Eat your vegetables. Just say no. Stay in school. Peace, man.

How to order a custom adoptable.

Raymii the Peophin leads you around a few more corridors, passing by a few large windows overlooking the countryside. You peer out the windows, watching the wind play on the trees and trying to guess how many floors up you are. You guess about seven. But, you don't remember taking any stairs at all! While you are puzzling over this, you bump into a girl who is in front of you that is wearing a pink, frilly dress. You mutter your apologies as Raymii begins to explain.

}This is the room where you place orders for custom adoptables! There are special requirements to be filled, so let me explain a little, then I'll let you run free for a bit!~

The order form for PEOPHIN ADOPTABLES:
Keyword: Raypeo Pet's Full Name: Name on adoptable?: Reference Picture: (if you have a reference picture, don't fill the bottom out..) Fur description: Eye color: Jewelry? (any): Wings? (any): Other: The order form for KOUGRA ADOPTABLES:

The order form is what you send in to get an adoptable. You have to pick the one specifically for your request, though, be it a Kougra adoptable (right) or a Peophin adoptable (left). Send in forms to fawazs22 ONLY. Make sure you include the keyword somewhere in your neomail, or else the Headmaster won't know what adoptable you want!

Raymii leads you to a room next to the one your were just in. She points to the left side of the room.

}Those are the custom adoptables. Only take one if it belongs to you now, children.~ Raymii says, also in a happy tone..
