Chapter: 1
Life Is A Gift.

So many people don't understand how great a gift life is.
They go around thinking they have all the time in the world.
Till one day it's taken away. Right before their eyes.
I was one of them…
I was born in a normal forest. With trees, Lakes, Animals and grass. Nothing much.
I was born by a normal mother. Into a normal family. I had normal feelings.
I toke life as it was always normal.
That nothing could ever happen that's not normal.
But I soon learned.
Nothing is normal.

Light summer breeze carried threw the air, the bright sun warming the ground. The lakes sparked in the light, like little crystals. A white blur raced though the forest. Weaving around the trees. One more blur raced behind it. Right on its tail. Before, CRASH. The creatures tumbled into one another, rolling down the grassy hill in a mess of fur. Once they stopped at the bottom of the hill grumbles and yelping filled the air.

The first one stood up, shaking the dirt off her pure white fur. Her two sky blue eyes looked around at the other two. "Ha! I won!" The young pup called, a smile placed upon her muzzle as she held her head high with pride. She trotted around the other two pups laying on the ground. She high stepped around and around in a circle.

The male pup on the ground came to his feet, shaking the dirt off his greyish colored fur. "Stop bragging." He mumbled his claws retracking. The female came to a halt. She jerked her head up snorting at the male. The male flickered his ears back. "I'm going to get some water, sister." He called from over his shoulder balde as he walked past her.

The female just walked slowly and steadly to a tree laying her self down. She rested her head on the soft gass below; as she watched the other pup walk off into the trees. Solwly as his shape and details begain to fad into he was gone.

The female pup yawned laying her head down, she was relaxed, she let her eyes dift off to sleep. Hours past till the female began to tence. She rose her head and looked around with perked ears. Where was her brother? She stood to her paws and began to walk over the soft grassy ground. "Brother?" She called flickering her tail as she walked. She wiggled through the bushs that lead to the lake. "Brother, this is no time for games." She sighed. But once she stood on the other side staring at the lake she knew this was no game.

Her eyes darted around shocked. No one was here? "Brother? Brother? Brother!" She cired spinning around. Where was he? She hadn't heared a scream or nothing! Where was he! Only did then she take the time to see the lake, it wasn't a misty blue as normal, but it was soaked it a pool of cloudly crimson. Her eyes filled with horror. "Brother!" She screamed. What hadn't he made a sound! Why didn't she hear him stuggle.

With out thinking she pulged herseld into the bloodly water. "Brother! Brother!" She became screaming over and over as she spalshed her way through the water spitting out mouth fulls of bloodly water. Looking for any sign of him....but there wasn't any...

Tears began streaming down from her eyes and she made her way back to land screaming. "No! No! Brother!" She cired, intill she just feel to the ground in tears..

That night. The moon was greeted with stumbling cires of a lost little pup. Without a home. Without a brother to share her warmth with. She had no one. No one but the moon above. And the bloodly lake besides her.
